House is in a great location for all dive spots! Pool was a nice plus to cool off at night!

Perfect location for checking out the entire island ! The pool was nice and cool after a long day in the sun. The beach chairs were such a nice touch ! Everything we could ever need while we are away from home.

This home was absolutely lovely. The rooms were a good size and the master bedroom was huge! The kitchen had great counter space and the pantry was very well stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. The best part of this home was all the outdoor living space. We spent so much time out on the deck, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful ocean view, and ate many dinners outside. And let's not forget about the fabulous pool! This home was perfect for our family getaway and we would 100% stay here again if available.

We have been to St. Croix twice before but this was our first time staying in Fran and Dan's beautiful home. When we pulled up to the house, the views took our breath away. The location is just about mid island so it's an easy ride everywhere we wanted to go....just about 20 minutes to all of our destinations. During our stay, Dan checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and boy did we. We didn't do much cooking at home because we wanted to enjoy the islands delicious restaurants but when we did, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The whole house was very comfortable as well, including the beds and all of the seating. We traveled with our parents and kids and everyone was comfortable including my father who has some mobility issues. No steps into or out of the home or shower etc which Dan shared with us ahead of time which made my father's trip that much more enjoyable. The pool and covered veranda, on the back deck, were our favorite evening spots to enjoy the wonderful breezes and to jump into the pool to cool off after a hot day. While on island, we loved our fishing excursion with captain Ryan from Lioness Fishing, the beach at Buccanear, crab races at Brew STX and caribbean night at the Deep End. The staff and food at the Landing at Cane Bay as well as bingo at Off the Wall made our trip complete. When we return to St. Croix, which we are already planning, we will be reaching out to Fran and Dan again!

This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and welcoming. The large patio doors to the deck allow cool winds to blow through the house thus adding to the experience. The familiarity of the home enhances the experience. The house is conveniently located near everything on the island including some of the best beaches anywhere.

The property was 5 star and dealing with the hosts Dan and Fran was a joy. Made us feel like family not just renters. The view is spectacular the master bed was waay to comfortable and the kitchen a dream to cook and serve for a family of 5. But vacation means being outside and we couldn't have asked for better. Private pool right outside the door. Lots of comfortable seating and an experience to wake up to coffee on the deck. Thank you Dan and Fran hope to be back again.

Our stay in Si Querida was great. The weather started off stormy, but as usual, St. Croix does not disappoint. Within a few days the storms cleared, and we were able to enjoy the island. Si Querida did not disappoint either; the view of Judith's Fancy was fabulous and made our morning coffee and sunrise the perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed reading the various books in the house and relaxing in the afternoon on the deck. Everything you need at the house...and in life...can be found here!

Our family cannot sing enough praises over this incredible home, but you have to also know how ideally located it is! Judith’s Fancy is THE place to be and this neighborhood is close to Christiansted and centrally located on the island of St. Croix. Our family (kids 15, 13, 12) is big on exploring and experiencing everything we can find on vacation- this trip included Buck Island, scuba diving Cane Bay, hiking out at point Udall, snorkeling and hanging out with turtles at the Fsted pier etc etc, but we all agree, hands-down, our favorite part of this vacation was this incredible home! There isn’t one thing we would change about it! In fact, we are hoping to return next year and bring my parents along. One specific feature I want to highlight is this pool. The way the house is situated the sun rises in front of the deck (what a glorious wake up call!), and by about 1:30PM the sun is moving behind the hill to the back of the house and so the pool begins to have shade starting with the back deck and then as the afternoon progresses the pool itself is in shade. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon chilling in this pool and oh the view! Note that Fran and Dan have thought of everything- fans in every room to add to the breeze- though the open windows draw a breeze through the home marvelously, plenty of pool/beach towels, we even discovered boogie boards we used down the street at Judith’s Fancy beach. This was the only spot on the island that had waves and so we made friends with the neighborhood surfers in the ams and pms when surf was best. I spent a lot of my early morning hours exploring this neighborhood and it is so thoughtfully laid out! Everybody has plenty of space but there aren’t fences anywhere and so it feels like a rolling hill, cozy neighborhood. Right on the other side of the street from this house you can walk down the street called Bacuba and watch the most amazing sunset! Then continue your walk down the road admiring Salt River Bay (and imagining all the pirate ships that took cover there during hurricanes! St. Croix has such a rich history of piracy!!) and eventually wind down to Caribe street - beach access- where you can step through to the beach and watch the finishing touches of light play on the clouds. Oh man, when can we go back? Our family loves exploring this beautiful world and I have to say this has been our favorite Vrbo yet!

We were in St Croix 2 weeks with our 3 kids (3/8/9). We stayed at Dan and Frans for our second full week and at the end we didn’t want to leave! Dan was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. The house was clean and worked great for our family. The pool and deck were amazing and location and neighborhood perfect to get anywhere on the island in less than 25 mins. We caught every beautiful sunrise on the awesome deck. View was amazing!! My family loved our time here. The property has everything you need and more and the view was incredible! Dan was very responsive and had a ton of great info on things to do on the island. Book this beautiful home, you will not be disappointed!

This was by far our best rental experience ever. The property is all around beautiful - the views are nothing like we’ve experienced - picture’s don’t do it justice. We took full advantage of the outdoor spaces, the back deck has very nice patio furniture and a table, the pool area has several comfortable loungers but our favorite was the daybed. There are constant breezes outside and you can hear the ocean which made for very relaxing days and nights. We felt completely safe with our children in the neighborhood- it is very quiet and peaceful. The location of the house is centrally located on the island and was perfect for exploring all the different directions. The house is very well stocked especially in the kitchen and lots of books available to read as well as some different board games. There are fans everywhere which helped keep the air moving when it was warmer and the air conditioning in the master bedroom was very much appreciated while sleeping. The hosts were great with communication, we received a detailed welcome letter before arriving and there is a book of information in the house that answers all the questions you might have. When I did reach out I always received a quick reply. You will not regret booking this home, there is a reason there are so many good reviews - we would definitely stay again. There is a grocery store not far from the house, Foodmart, that was very nice and we visited on a few occasions. Our favorite restaurants that weren’t too far were La Reine’s Chicken Shack (a MUST!), The Landing at Cane Bay, and Shupe’s on the boardwalk in Christiansted. We also thoroughly enjoyed the bioluminescent kayak tour with Virgin Kayaks and our first ever snorkeling adventure with Big Beards at Buck Island. Thank you so much Dan and Fran for sharing your beautiful home, it was comforting having a nice home in a safe neighborhood to stay on our first trip to the island.

ok not sure where to start first time in St Croix first off the house was much nicer then described the owners Dan and Fran have done so much nice extras to make our stay enjoyable stayed for 8 nights and would have loved to stay longer pool area was amazing to sit and relax I would be more then happy to stay here again thank you

The check-in process was seamless, and the property was exactly as described. Would strongly encourage this beautiful home for any family looking for a cozy stay in a secure neighborhood. The back deck is the perfect spot to drink a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over Buck Island and Christiansted.

From the start to the end, Our host was great and responsive to questions and concerns. The local manager was also available for help and the house is as described and in a safe and easily accessible area. We were comfortable in the house and enjoyed the views tremendously especially as we relaxed at home to get ready for the next day’s adventure. We had a great time and will return and hope Dan and Fran will have us again as their guest. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Amazing hill top views of St. Croix and Buck Island. Super clean home in a gated very safe community. Dan had everything needed for the beach from beach chairs, coolers, to snorkeling gear. I stayed at many places on St. Croix and this property was an awesome find.

Had the pleasure of staying at Dan and Fran's beautiful home and could not have been more pleased. The view and accommodations were just incredible and everything that you need is located in this beautiful home. We were able to catch some Wahoo and bring them back and grill them while we watched the beautiful ocean view right on the outdoor deck! My elderly in-laws were with us and they really enjoyed the pool as they were able to exercise daily...really nice! We also had the pleasure of actually meeting Dan and Fran and they are so nice and accommodating and we hope to remain friends with them when we move to the island permanently. This is a really beautiful home and accommodates large groups and the location on the island is really nice to the site seeing areas. My fiancé Mo and I celebrated are engagement at Si Querida. The setting was perfect - the incredible view of Buck Island and landscapes of the island, the pool and deck were all cornerstone to making the scenery feel magical. A wave of peace overcomes you pulling up into Si Querída.We are eternally grateful to Dan and Fran for allowing us to use their home. They’re very communicative and go beyond the extra mile to have their guests comfortable. The house is clean and stocked with many amenities. You feel like you’re in your own home. Dan sent out Property Manager Mario to give me a preview of the home so I can get an idea for the engagement set-up. Would def stay again!!! The home is also conveniently located on island which is super important!

I have never stayed at such a well stocked place. Almost anything you could possibly want or need was there. If you forgot to buy something at the grocery store, like oil, there was likely some in the cabinet. It was wonderful! The location was nice and close to a lot of the things we wanted to do. We loved the recommendation for Cowboy Steve as well. A few minor things, the stone around the pool got extremely hot! The renters downstairs were smokers and the smell wafted up into our open patio, thankfully we only overlapped one or two days. There was a dog in the neighborhood that was dragging trash and things around near the property and on our last night it knocked over a lantern, waking us up, and stole one of my shoes. Thankfully we found the shoe and it was still in one piece. So don't leave shoes outside here, even if they're soaking wet. The a/c in the master bedroom was nice. We would have liked some curtains in the main room to block out some of the bright morning sun, but it was fine without. Overall, I would stay here again if we return to the island.

We visited for a week after hurricane Maria. Even with generator all week and some inside knowledge of how the house works, we LOVED every minute of staying here! Great visit to the island and the community was wonderful and safe and calm. We enjoyed the gorgeous view off the expansive deck(s), the nice pool at the beginning and end of every day, and the quick access to Christiansted and even to the rainforest and north shore. SO much to do and super friendly neighborhood hospitality team at the gate. Loved the Bleier's home (and thanks Dan for attentive coaching on the house!) and St. Croix for Christmas. Ken and Family

This was our 4th time to St Croix. We have stayed on the East side the past 3 times. We wanted to experience a different part of the island since we are planning on moving to St Croix when we retire. The neighborhood has a security gate which has a guard 24 hours. The property is on the side of a hill and has a beautiful view to the east including buck island. The house is well appointed. There is a nice sized pool to cool off and float around if desired. The AC in the master is nice to use on the hot humid summer nights. As usual, the power is iffy on the island and rolling blackouts were ofter and lasted between 2-4 hours. The generator in the house was not operable for the first 4 days, but the maintenance man was able to get it working. The owners were very easy to deal with for any problems. We found the beach in the neighborhood to be a little too rocky and rough for a swim but would be good for surfing. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. There were several nice places to eat and get a drink. Our favorite was Blues Backyard Barbecue which was right down the road about a mile from the gate. Great food, music and drinks. The owners were fabulous. Our other 2 favorites on the island are Castaways and Ziggys, both on the east end. While on the island you must go to Cruzan and the Domino Club in the rainforest to see the drinking pigs and a little Mama Wanna! We love Chenay Bay beach. We also found the beach in Fredericksted at Sand Castles on the Beach to be very nice. They do charge $10 but if you purchase food or a drink they reduce it to $5. Other nice beaches are Cane Bay and Buccaneer/Shoys. We had a wonderful fancy dinner at Zion Modern Kitchen and breakfast a couple of times at Toast, both in Christiansted. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was so lovely. It really made you feel comfortable, like you were staying at a friends place. From the outdoor living space (the pictures don't do it justice!) to the tasteful and relaxed decor, this place was definitely a great find. I loved all the little extras here to use for your convenience. Umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys, and everything you could want in kitchen supplies! The only con:The master bedroom is the only room in the house with AC. BUT there are plenty of ceiling fans to make up for it.

My family and I enjoyed this property in the month of July 2017. Our time in the house was everything we could have asked for! The owners did a great job of making it feel like a home away from home. I am definitely going to recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a place to stay when they go to St. Croix. Thanks to the Bleier's for everything!

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed at this home in Judith's Fancy, and this year we stayed for 3 weeks. It is an incredible home with incredible views of the Caribbean Ocean, Buck Island and Christiansted. This home offers everything one would need to have a great escape from the outside world - to help you fully relax and enjoy your time away. House is fully appointed and includes little touches like beach chairs, sunscreen, beach umbrella, board games, books to read, music and of course an incredible wrap-around deck that encompasses great views of the ocean. If you have a love for the Islands, and are looking for a home for you and your family to make incredible memories-this is the home to choose.

What a fabulous trip and stay in St. Croix! We enjoyed this beautiful home near Christensted, St. Croix for 10+ beautiful weather days. The home is well-equipped from kitchen to beach. The pool is an added delight after beach visits, the views and trade wind breezes were refreshing! The layout is open and easy, kitchen well-prepped with all the little things you might think to bring and don't need. We left rum after a visit to Cruzan Rum distillery. There are numerous restaurants and stores closeby and we never felt more relaxed and happy with a stay. The hosts were more than gracious and left a very informative binder of information about the house, island and things to see and do. We enjoyed the tour of the Christensted fort, snorkelling the underwater trail at Buck Island trip with Big Beards, the bioluminescent bay with See Through Kayaks, and food from Zion Kitchen, Un Amore, BBQ Blues, Savant, and Balter. The evenings were perfect on the large patio overlooking the bay and Buck island, with moonlight and stars for days. I would recommend this home again and again! This was our first trip to St. Croix and we poured over the available rental options online hoping the find the best spot for our stay. Well, boy did we choose wisely!!! We got excited when we pulled into the driveway as it was our first glance at the gorgeous ocean view. And it only got better once we entered the home. The decor was well appointed yet cozy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The three bedrooms were all darling and included the most comfortable beds and pillows. The inside was fabulous but walking outside was the true treat! There is a lovely deck right off the living room and then an expansive, beautiful pool area with plenty of chairs to soak up the Caribbean sun. The house is situated in a way that it enjoys glorious trade winds and during our visit over Thanksgiving we never thought of needing AC and the breeze was a delightful way to fall asleep at night. There's even a little sitting area on the non-ocean facing side of the house too! The house is located in a gated neighborhood called Judith's Fancy so it was extremely safe and is located in the middle of the island so it made exploring very convenient. The owner was great to work, quick with communication and with and included instructions for everything we would need. We've rented lots of vacation rentals over the years and this was by far one of the best. We can't wait to return!

My family stayed at this FANTASTIC home in Judith's Fancy in St. Croix in June 2016, and really enjoyed our stay! The home is extremely large and well-fitted with every amenity you can think, including an outdoor pool, large kitchen, large master bed/bath, and big screen TV. The views are truly breathtaking....the pictures don't do it justice. The hosts were also extremely welcoming and provided us with many recommendations for our week long stay. The home was very clean and neat also. I would highly recommend this vacation home for your stay in St. Croix!!

We stayed at this home early August 2016 and had a great time. Home is very well appointed with everything one would need in the kitchen, as well as throughout the house. Views from the Deck are Breathtaking--you could actually live on the deck. Love the pool area and how the deck off the Living and Dining Room seamlessly connect to the pool. Home has incredible finishes and everything you would need for a day at the beach, dinner with the famitly or time by the pool. We will definitely be back to spend more time at the home as well as one of the most incredible islands in the world-St Croix. Thank to our hosts for letting us use your home.
