Thanks again for letting our family take over your terrific lodge for the weekend! As always - we appreciated the large commercial kitchen for family meals, the lawns for games, fire pit for s'mores and plenty of rooms for sleeping. Everything was perfect (again) and we truly appreciate this excellent accommodation.

Our large extended family booked for Bennington College Graduation weekend. The house has a great kitchen for the celebratory meal in, lots of room for a large family gathering, and plenty of space for everyone. The game room was a hit with the younger children and the adults enjoyed sitting outside around the fire in the evenings. Communication with Andrew was easy. Thank you for hosting us!

We were a group of families skiing at Mt Snow. This house is a perfect base for all your group skiing adventures. A big wel stocked kitchen, large living space with a fireplace, ping pong for the kids. Andrew was very responsive to every question.

We had the opportunity to book Andrew's home in Wilmington for this year's family Thanksgiving holiday. We had family members coming in from all over and also had our newest grandson just a bit over one month and three other little ones joing us. The place was perfect. Out in the open but very close to downtown Wilmington, plenty of space with an open floor plan and very clean! Couldn't be happier with the house or the host, who was very responsive when we had questions. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were vacationing with 3 grown children and grandchildren. There was room for the 2 families with little ones to have a bedroom for the children and then their own bedroom with a bathroom. Grandparents had a room with bath as did single daughter. We loved the ping pong table and played every night. The kitchen was well equipped for meals for our group of 12, room to share cooking and cleaning and serving. Loved the kitchen! The yard was also was a wonderful place for the kids to play and we had hot dogs and smores cooked over the firepit. It was a wonderful week!

Perfect getaway for three families. Only took a couple hours to get there but felt like we were truly away from it all. Everything about the rental was great! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably in, well equipped kitchen, and the real highlight was the huge yard that the kids loved running around and playing sports in. We spent a lot of time at the house relaxing outside, but also enjoyed nearby Green Mountain Beach at beautiful Lake Raponda as well as some local ice cream, brewery, etc. Plenty to do! Would love to return for a full week next time and really get into the relaxed Vermont spirit. Thank you for a great stay!

Family reunion in mid-July.
We rented the property for a week in July. We found it to be clean with a very well equipped and spacious kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable. The dining room table was big enough to accommodate our large family. The game room was fun and had lots of games, puzzles and movies. Plenty of hot water for showers and bathroom supplies. . Bring your own washcloths. Beautiful, large spacious yard for games. We enjoyed the fire pit and swimming at the nearby lake. Shaw's supermarket is close by. Don't miss The Creemee Stand for ice cream!

Amazing stay
Andrews property was amazing. We had a nice bonfire going in the evenings. There were fireflies galore. We walked to the town and got ice cream. We did the Hoot, Toot and Whistle hike which was lovely, there was a river flowing all the way to the end and then at the end there were the most beautiful views and mature trees. Andrew was very available and answered all our questions.

Good for large groups
This property was perfect for multiple families to stay at. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, there was a great kitchen for us all to eat and hang out. It was well stocked and prepped for our arrival, and there were games and some toys and books for kids which was awesome.

Great weekend!
This house is perfect for large gatherings..we went with 5 families and had plenty of space and own bathrooms! We never felt on top of each other! The house has almost everything you need for cooking and beds were comfortable! They yard was huge which was perfect for the snowmobiles and playing outside! We would definitely come back again!

Wonderful escape to Vermont country
We had a great trip! The house was clean and very comfortable. It was great to have so many bathrooms for all the guests. We used the fireplace every night and really enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen.

Winter Wonderland
Our family had a fantastic time at this well appointed classic Vermont farmhouse! The sleeping accommodations, the number of bathrooms and large kitchen made for a comfy experience for our large gang! The great fireplace, ping pong table and game room and awesome large yard kept all of us busy from 2 years of age to 65! We all enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit! The snowshoeing was great and right on the property! We thought we may explore the town and local sights but we were having so much fun enjoying each other in this special winter farmhouse that we didn’t leave for during our long weekend! Our grandkids all 8 of them asked if we can come back and do it again next year!! Great vacation home and Andrew the owner answered all our questions in a timely manner! Great Time!!!

Super clean and well maintained!
The property is very spacious and everyone enjoyed their stay here. There was ample firewood and games provided for us to use. We stayed in Jan when it's snowing and although it is an older property, it's so well maintained that was ALWAYS hot water even if there was 13 of us at showering or at the property. We could easily adjust the temp in each room and there's no issue with heating. And honestly, there's not a cobweb or dust in sight! We felt very provided for and taken care of at this home and couldn't be happier with our stay. I highly recommend big group stays here and really appreciate the good communication with Andrew as well.

Great place to get together
A group of us rented this property in prime foliage season. The house is spacious and clean - plenty of room for everyone, and almost all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which is perfect. The grounds are spacious and there is a great fire pit. Would definitely recommend for larger groups or families. It’s close to Mt. Snow and Haystack as well, which is great.

Excellent Family Reunion - again!
Second year at this amazing property, and just as wonderful. Our family is very oriented toward cooking / eating (we're probably not alone here), so the large commercial kitchen is perfect for us, not only for preparing meals, but also for gathering. Living spaces (football games on TV Sunday) and dining space are nicely suited to us. Large yard with fire pit and room for croquet and badminton games - all great. Thanks again Andrew - such a wonderful place to reconnect tree generations of family.
