Vous serez séduits par la beauté naturelle de Emerald Shores, une communauté privée fermée de maisons haut de gamme, dans un cadre tropical. Notre maison mise à niveau est situé sur un cul-de-sac tranquille, en face de la piscine, une grande chambre de maître avec salle de bain privée, comprend plus de taille à remous et enrouler autour de balcon. Vous trouverez tout cela ici, à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc. Cuisine entièrement équipée, barbecue, laveuse et sécheuse. W sont situés à environ sept pâtés de maisons à l’est du centre commercial Destin Commons, au sud de la route 98, au centre de la sous-division Emerald Shores.

The house and location were amazing.

Extended family with 2 children and 2 pets, our 17th year in emerald shores. The house was very nice, great open floor plan on bottom floor, lots of room and seating. Good size kitchen. Neat little back yard for the dogs. All bedrooms are upstairs, nice but be aware all must climb stairs. Well sized/appointed rooms with comfy beds. 2 bathrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Host was excellent, accommodating couldn’t ask for more. Recommend for large groups with pets. Thank you.

This property is nestled in a beautiful gated subdivision within walking distance of the beach. However, with our beach bags and chairs, we did take advantage of using their golf cart service, which was almost always available.
The house was clean and spacious and plenty of room for us all to be together. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch and the upper patios. The owner Patty was close at hand if we needed her. The house was furnished with everything we needed. We were blessed with an absolutely beautiful week of fun, laughter, sunshine and perfect gulf waters! We also took advantage of the two lovely pools. One of the pools is right across the street from the house. After a day at the beach they felt wonderful!!!
Would highly recommend! We hope to stay here again.
We also visited Donut Hole, Baytown Warf, Harbor Walk, Original SeaBlaster and Silver Sands Outlet. (All were easy drives)

Absolutely amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and big enough for 4 adults and 3 kids with a bed to spare! We love that it is dog friendly! It is a short 0.25 mile walk to the beach. Restaurants locally are so yummy. The pool is right across the street! The friendly neighborhood golf cart folks were awesome for transport! Highly recommend and we will be back!!

My husband, myself, and our son along with pup really enjoyed our stay here. The house was so clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great. The neighborhood and proximity to the private beach was very convenient. We definitely will stay here again if we're able to return to this area. Thank you so much!

Don't hesitate. Book it! This home was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. More room than we needed really, but we loved every bit of it. Comfy living room seating, good beds, plenty of pillows and blankets, a well stocked spacious kitchen as well as 3 nice bathrooms. Backyard is small but fenced, with enough grassy area for our dogs. They loved it! Sidewalks in the community made walking the pups very nice too. Walking distance to the beach with easy access. Having the beach cart available was wonderful. We rented bikes and rode from one end of Scenic Gulf Dr to the other stopping for shopping, snacks and coffee. Ice cream truck came by everyday which was a nice treat too. Pool area was nice and clean with lots of seating. One of our favorite trips and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Kulpins family for sharing your gem with us!

My family group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and a large enough space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was a great space for making meals and had everything needed. The location in relation to the beach is great. Patty was very responsive when I had questions and was a great host! We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect house for our family get together. The neighborhood is really nice with short walk to beach. The house fit 8 of us comfortably. Host communication was good and our difficulty with opening the facility gate was dealt with immediately. Had a wonderful time

This was our first time coming to the Destin, FL area. We made wonderful memories while on this vacation. Our family was very impressed and satisfied with the house and all it has to offer. Everyone had plenty of room. The property owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The community is also wonderful and everyone is so friendly. Our family is ready to make this trip from NC again.

Be aware that all bedrooms are upstairs, short walk to beach, pool was great, clean house, furniture and beds could be more comfortable but ok for the 5 of us, fenced back area was great for our dogs, stocked kitchen, wrist bands for beach and pool access was 30.00, no cash, great restaurants nearby - our favorites were, Pompano Joes (grouper sandwich) and McGuires Irish Pub (boxty’s, Reuben sandwich) - chill and relaxed time, family memories, as usual the time went by to fast!

We had a wonderful week in Destin at this house! Location is great, it’s a quick walk to the beach. The house is the perfect size for a family. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Kitchen is large enough for family members to cook together. My favorite feature is the HUGE jetted tub in the master bathroom. Even on nights I chose to shower I still appreciated the space and the awesome water pressure. The cleaning crew could do a better job, but I understand they service multiple homes in a short amount of time. There are cleaning supplies in the home so it wasn’t a big deal for me.
Patty is great to work with…she was very nice and quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. I would definitely book this house again!

My family and I really enjoyed the house snd the the neighborhood. The pool is awesome and the walk to the beach was not that far at all. We really enjoyed the kitchen with all the pots and pans and utensils.Our dogs had plenty of space and the people dd too. Definitely will be back again. Thank you !!

We had an absolute beautiful vacation. The home was lovely just a short walk to the beach. We traveled with our adult children and their spouses. Plenary of room for all. We enjoyed the convince of being able to bring our dog with us. We were not ready to go home.

We had an awesome time. The house was perfect except bathrooms could have been cleaner. But overall, great house and would go again. Patty was very helpful and prompt answering any questions I had.

We had a great experience renting this house. Plenty of space for all 8 adults, fenced in small space for the dogs to go out, & well stocked kitchen. The pavilion access on the beach as part of this rental was one of our favorite things! Would rent it again!

Everything was awesome, the house is nice, love the layout. The bathrooms can use some updating and on the outside of the front of the residence, the grass had been cut and all the grass was stuck to the cobwebs around the door and window frames.

Everything was as stated. Had a slight hot water problem due to a new water heater but the handyman was there quickly and it was resolved. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
