Restez dans notre condo pour une merveilleuse expérience à Nashville! Parking gratuit! Nous sommes situés sur 1st Ave, à côté de la rivière. Nous sommes entre le centre-ville et Germantown, et vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à pied aux deux. Il y a une piscine, un centre de fitness et une buanderie dans le complexe de condos auquel vous aurez accès. À distance de marche de toutes les plus grandes attractions, y compris les honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, LP Fiend et bien plus encore! Un tout nouveau lit queen-size doux, un lit double et un grand canapé en forme de L, parfait pour s'écraser. Nous pouvons également fournir un matelas gonflable disponible si nécessaire. TV écran plat HD avec câble et internet haut débit. Serviettes, savons, sèche-cheveux, fer et fournitures de démarrage tels que serviettes en papier et papier toilette.
Nous avons un parking gratuit juste à côté du condo. Du condo, vous avez une vue sur la magnifique ligne d'horizon de Nashville. Séjourner dans ce condo vous donne accès à une piscine, une salle d'entraînement et une laveuse / sécheuse. C’est un bâtiment très sûr. This is the perfect place to stay for a quick girls trip to Nash! The place was so cute and maximized the space well! Communication with host was easy and efficient! Would definitely stay there again!

I love this area to stay in Nashville. Communication with Genevieve was fantastic. There were a couple things that i mentioned upon arrival and someone came out within the hour. Looks like the condo was closed for the winter and needs a little cleaning. But a wonderful stay, comfy beds, spacious and fun.

We were 5 girls in Nashville for a quick trip and concert. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 min (easy) walk to broadway. We did Uber home from downtown every night for about $8-10. There is also a fun area about 3 blocks away with bars /restaurants .
The condo was not large, but we knew that. There was plenty of sleeping space for all 5 of us comfortably. The condo is set up to maximize the space available. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable- even the top bunk! We used the pool 2 days, it was steps from the condo and very nice to Relax by during the hots days and before going downtown .

We had a quick overnite in Nashville and this was the perfect space for us! Everything was clean, we had more than enough space!

5 ladies stayed. It was a nice place a little smaller than pictured but worked well for our 5 day stay.we love to walk and so it worked good for us. We would walk during daytime and Uber or Lyft at night. Pool was nice and close and enjoyed our time there. Probably not a big deal but no kitchen towels or washcloths… just used Bathroom towels. All in All would stay again.

This rental was easy to get to and walkable to many bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. Host was very attentive. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Nashville. Thanks for letting us stay!

The listing was 100% accurate there was more than enough space to sleep 6-8 people, riverfront view (plus the Tennessee Titans stadium was right outside the window!). The location was also phenomenal because the unit was only 1.2 miles away from Broadway Street ($10-16 Uber/Lyft ride or a 10-minute electric scooter ride across the riverfront). I would highly recommend booking your stay here if you have a large group!

Overall the condo is nice and while the location is close (20 minutes or so walking) to downtown, it is located in an industrial section of town right next to a concrete plant and railroad line. We got a lot of noise from those as well as a noisy upstairs neighbor.
Condo was comfortable for both of us but any more than two adults would be crowded with only a single bathroom.

Nice unit not very nice management
The location was good and the place was clean but it was a smaller area for 6 guests. I wouldn’t pack it out again if I could redo. The lady who runs the listing comes across as very stand-offish and if you ask a question it seems like you’re bothering her. Again nice place and I’m sure she’s not actually a mean person it just comes across as a little bit of a lack of hospitality.

Unit was beautiful, so clean! A little word of caution you want to bring earplugs, there is some sort of a gravel factory right nearby that starts working around 7 AM. Also, homeless camps will make for a somewhat depressing scene as you enter and exit the unit. Heartbreaking, but fences keep things feeling safe and even though I’d book again, just didn’t feel right not mentioning it. Unit worked great for us, would book again just wish we’d have had a heads up on the neighborhood.

My friends and I really enjoyed the stay and feel of our condo. There was excess places to sleep with the full sized bunk beds, queen, and pull out couch. It is walking distance to Broadway and German town but we uber'd most of the time. Will definitely be coming back!
