Pulizia impeccabile, completamente ecologica, vicinissima al centro e con tutti i comfort possibili. Parcheggio custodito e la gentilezza del proprietario.

La pulizia, la tipologia di casa, e soprattutto la posizione…a pochi minuti dal centro.

Новий будинок, знаходиться на вʼїзді до міста Верона. Поруч є супермаркет та, у будівлі супермаркету пральні автомати, де можна прати. У подвірʼї або в гаражі досить місця для парковки. По поверхах будівлі є ліфт. Будинок має декілька номерів, на нульовому поверсі проживає власник. Номер досить просторий. Меблі нові. Там була праска та прасувальна дошка, що було зручно. По нашому приїзді номер був досить холодний, але нагрівся швидко, оскільки в кімнатах є кондиціонери а в ванній- рушникосушарка. Ми прибули на заселення, нас зустрів власник та надав досить ретельну інструкцію про користування житлом.

Наш номер не був наскільки чистим, як хотілось. Видно було, що підлога не вимита. На підлозі було волосся. Постіль була різнокольорова, темних тонів, не прасована. Рушники виглядали не свіжими. На мою думку, це не припустимо. Але ми купили все нове у супермаркеті. Коли взяли чашку- на ній виявили сліди помади. Тож довелось перемити посуд. Власник просив розділяти сміття, але ми не мали такої можливості, оскільки не було сміттєвих пакетів та і відро було лише одне.

I liked everything. House is new and modern and clean, beautiful, if you get by car they will give you a place in garage. I do not know if booking has a has a Super Host status like airbnb. These people deserved it.

The location of Alessietto is very very good: near to motorway than 50m to the next big shopping center Migros, which is open every day from 08:30 to 20:30. Allesandro and his wife were very kind, explaining all necessaries in a very easy manner. Some additional restaurants near by, WIFI very good, so all fine. The rooms are top new and modern with everthing you need. Also they pay attention to the details: coffe available, biscuits, small things that matters at the end of the day. Thanks for that. The garage and the elevator are top and very useful when having your car full :-) From Appartment the bus station 33 is just at the corner, 300m, we bought daily tickets (4€ - 1 Day) using TicketBusVerona App. In 10-15 min in the city, very convenient. There are extraurban busses 164 and 163 which are coming from Garda Lake which stops sometimes to (extra charge 0.70€). So all in one, very nice and come back again!

Everything was new, nice, clean and comfortable. New pots and pans, complimentary water, coffee, tea and cookies. Host is nice person, was helpful and explained everything. It was one of our best stays and we travel a lot.

No minuses

Alessandro is a great host, his house is brand new and clean, with free in-house parking and an elevator. He was very hospitable and nice, providing us all the information we need on how to use the best we can our short vacation in Verona!

The owner welcome as with the best way and by speaking in English he show as the house and gave as evey information that we need, even places that locals prefer to eat and every time we need him he answear our messages and helped as a lot. The house was very warm and outside the temperature reached -1c ! , the two beds excellent with warm covers, the bathroom big and beautiful, private underground parking with even elevator to reach the floor , jenneraly the apartment is new and we enjoyed our three days there. Thanks a lot
