I used the property to house me and some of my teammates for a weekend softball tournament. The house was very nice and very accommodating for all of us. We had a great time all weekend.

Loved this place :) Outdoor space is lovely with covered patio with couches, awesome pool, and lounge chairs/umbrellas. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need and accommodations were comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located, with an easy quick car trip to downtown and Sunrise Park. Highly recommend!

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook and just hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub. Very walkable distance into town if you feel like shopping or eating out.
Home was very clean and has plenty room to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Manager was friendly and very helpful. Plan to book again for next year.

A group of 5 friends came to Palm Springs for a quiet weekend. The home was perfect for our needs. Everyone had space and privacy. The common areas were perfect to gather for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

What a great property! This place fit the bill for our cousins weekend in beautiful Palm Springs. Communication, , decor, comfort, well stocked kitchen, pool and spa…..This place has it all.
Downtown core was an easy 20 minute walk and a five minute drive . Easy peasy. And the beautiful and quiet neighborhood was an added bonus.

This is a wonderful property: spacious, well designed, immaculately clean, conveniently located and well equipped. With a multigenerational family we especially appreciated the several living areas, the private wing for the grandparents, and the every well equipped kitchen. The house is indeed within walking distance of the main part of town, as well as close to grocery stores. And the neighborhood is pleasantly walkable. Due tp unseassonable rain and cold we did not use the pool and tub, but the outdoor area is pleasantly designed and sheltered. We would stay here again with hesitation.

We had a fabulous time at this property. The house layout is great for a multi family trip. The house was clean and well stocked. Location was great and we throughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely come back.

The house is amazing. The pool is warm and inviting and is one of the first things you see when you walk into the home. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked. We adored out stay here. The only thing is the city of Palm Springs can be strict about noise so we didn't spend as much time outside as we would have wanted to so we would not offend the neighbors.

The entire rental experience was great from start to finish. The location of the property was perfect. The San Jacinto mountain range was our backdrop. Our host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. We had detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. The amenities were more than adequate. My only suggestion would be to supply kitchen storage items such as cling-wrap, sandwich/snack bags, napkins and additional paper towels as needed.

Great time!
We had a wonderful time on a family vacation at this property. The home is very spacious and the en suite bathrooms were a big hit with the adults on our trip. The little ones loved the pool, and the covered patio was a nice place to relax out of the sun. The one issue we had was dealt with quickly, and Raff was a pleasure to work with. Great location too, close to downtown Palm Springs!

Where do I start?! Every single square inch of this place is amazing! Very spacious and not to mention how nice every single room is!! The pool and jacuzzi we’re some of the best features too! The property owner is always there whenever you need anything and his response time is amazing! No doubt going to stay here again with my family in the near future! Excited for my next stay here!! :)

The property was lovely and very comfortable. It was just as described in the listing. The property manager was responsive about the few questions we had. The location was convenient to downtown Palm Springs. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We were a small group--two parents and a young teen--but this would be a great place for two small families or a family and grandparents. Would definitely book again.
