Tant d'attractions de la région dans la région. Bien sûr, le King of Prussia Mall est le premier choix pour faire du shopping. À proximité de Valley Forge Park avec des sentiers / histoire, Valley Forge Casino, Philadelphia Expo Center, Elmwood Park Zoo et un endroit pour s'asseoir et se détendre / lire. Ou, aventurez-vous et visitez le centre-ville de Philadelphie, à 23 miles du centre-ville de Philadelphie. Tous les collèges et universités de la ligne principale sont à proximité. Agréable de rester si des amis / famille sont à proximité. Il y a tellement de choses à faire sur la liste. Il s'agit d'une maison rénovée avec deux appartements. L'appartement B est au dernier / deuxième étage. stationnement hors rue gratuit, entrée sans clé.

We recently stayed at Pat’s listing…it exceeded our expectations! When in Philly for another large family gathering I would hope for Pat’s place again! We had the upper unit & it’s quite spacious…far more room than any hotel in area can offer!

We very much enjoyed our holiday getaway at this location. It was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Pat was very responsive to our questions and the check-in and check-out processes were clearly spelled out and easy to follow.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the week of Thanksgiving. Close to the highway for easy access and convenient to shopping.

We stayed on the upper level apartment (apartment B) of this rental property.
Pat was a wonderful hostess and answered all questions that we had. The apartment is clean, bright and more spacious than we had imagined. The kitchen is well stocked and there are paper products and shampoo and hand soap present. Lots of thick towels as well.

The house was spacious and well maintained. It was very inviting and comfortable.

Pam was great to work with and had quick response time to all questions. The home was fully stocked and perfect for our two families to spend the weekend together. Only reason we didn't give it a 5 was the mattresses were very firm however this is just a preference issue. The home was clean and quit even with other guest in the apartment below. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend this home to others. Thanks again Pam for being so kind.

We were so impressed with this property and Pat's thoughtfulness in preparing for our stay. Pat was so easy to work with - responsive to emails, very clear in her instructions, and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. We were traveling with one-year-old twins and Pat went way above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for them (baby gates, high chairs, outlet covers, pack 'n play, even baby dishes!). The property was very clean and spacious, conveniently located, and furnished with everything we needed from toiletries to kitchen utensils. There were even fresh oranges! Really a wonderful way to spend a family vacation. This was a fantastic find for our family and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

4 of us stayed here while visiting our niece and nephew in the area. It was a perfect spot for my husband and I, our adult daughter and sister-in-law. Well maintained, immaculately clean, comfortable, and a very quiet and convenient location. We were upstairs and while we kept our voices down, apparently just walking around is heard downstairs. We also had trouble with the high tech heating system, but I'm sure Pat has that fixed by now. There was easy access to Independence National Historic Park and all the other great sites in Philadelphia, but out of town enough and closer to our nephew who lives a little ways out. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Philadelphia.

We had a visit with our son and grandchild. We found the property to be more than I had expected and we were met with a very friendly welcome.
The property is located in a very convenient place with access to shopping as well as restaurants. Having laundry facilities was such a convenience. i hope to return in the spring and stay in this location again.

This 3 BR, 2 bath upstairs apartment was a great base for us while taking our two teen daughters on college visits. We had plenty of space, beds, bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen for breakfast before setting out each day. We had time to drive west into Pennsylvania Dutch country and roam through Valley Forge, as well as a day taking in the historical Philly sites. There is a 24-hour Giant grocery less than a mile away, and a walkable Starbucks. Unusual location down a small lane off the busy street, but worked nicely for us.

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights in Sept 2016 at this property. We had a wonderful stay.
This home is well stocked with everything needed. It is clean and comfortable. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. The owner, Pat, was accessible whenever needed, but not intrusive at all.

Very well appointed apartment with space to relax. Quiet location as it is in an area mostly occupied by professional offices. Plenty of shops close by.
