This is one of our favorite places to stay for our annual girl’s trip.

Great location, nice property and condo 20 steps from the water. The only issue was that it was too rocky to walk right into the water.

The unit is on the second floor overlooking the beach. The property has 28 units. Hardly anyone there. It was like having a private resort. Unit was cleaned daily. Pool furniture was also cleaned daily. We had beautiful sunsets and a private beach. The unit was very comfortable. The development is on 7 mile beach. There is a grocery and wine store nearby. Restaurants also close by.

Rented for a family dive trip. The condo was spotless when we arrived and check in was easy. There is currently some construction next door but we never heard any significant noise. The condo is bigger and much nicer than the pictures in the listing with new den furniture. The on demand water heater and great pressure we’re an extra plus. The grounds were immaculate and both the beach and pool area had lots of available seating all day, no need to get out early to claim a spot. The porch view was worth the rental by itself, it is beautiful and feels private and secluded. I would happily spend another week there.

A perfect ocean front unit. Spacious and has everything a family needs to have a relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay in unit #11 again!

Very close to great restaurants and good snorkelling with abundance of sea colours of the fish and coral. Peaceful and quiet if you just feel like relaxing by the pool and reading a good book A lot to do for the whole family. Our second time at this complex and we will be back Highly recommended

The only disadvantage may be the iron shore rockiness at the water’s edge, but the beach area was nice. The pool and fitness rooms were first rate and Pauline, the property manager, was lovely. She responded to all messages instantly and was waiting for us when we arrived on a Sunday.

I booked this property for the purposes of taking our family to Cayman for my husband's 50th birthday, to see his best friend who lives there. When I booked the reservation in July 2018, the price quoted on the VRBO website was a GREAT deal! I snapped it up right away and based all of our travel plans on staying at this property with our 3 adult children and our two school age children. Two days before we were scheduled to arrive I contacted the "Property Owner" to inquire about pre-arrival information and I received a response from the onsite property manager telling me to check in at the resort desk upon my arrival on 10/24/19. When we arrived at 10pm that night, the property manager told me that something was "wrong with our reservation" and that I would need to pay a very large additional for my stay. I insisted that the price I paid 15 months ago to be honored, and was told that she'd contacted the owner in the U.S.A. and he refused to honor the price I'd paid. I was told that I could stay there one night for the price I'd already paid, and after that I would need to either pay or find another place to stay. We decided to go to a hotel down the road for the night to re-group and make a new plan, and the property manager agreed to refund our full amount. This was a very upsetting and disappointing experience and I am horrified that the property owner/manager would not honor the deal that was made when I paid for this reservation over 15 months ago! Surely there was time to discover their mistake and alert me prior to my late night arrival? I've contacted VRBO and was informed it is the property owner's responsibility to ensure accurate pricing on the website. Obviously this was not done!! And, I also learned that if this were to ever happen to me in the future, all I have to do is contact VRBO and they will assist me with finding another property at no additional cost to me. I didn't understand this at the time, and was too upset to have found that so late in the evening. We found another resort to accommodate us for the remainder of our time in Cayman, although it wasn't a condo :-(. Fair warning: confirm the rate with the owner, don't trust the rates on the website for this property!!!!

We just returned from Cayman and let me tell you this property is amazing. Bright, Spacious, Private, Amazing views, what more could anyone ask for! We especially enjoyed the screened, spacious balcony for breakfast and evening sunsets! We would definitely return. Thanks!

This place was absolutely perfect for our Cayman Islands vacation! We were a family of six - three couples attending our cousins wedding. This place is so beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the lanai and enjoyed every day in the pool. Lounging on the beach was perfect and the short walk to swim was not an issue at all. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to most places we needed to go. Loved Coconut Joe’s and Deckers. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Cayman Islands!! Many thanks to Pauline for helping us with whatever we needed.

Great Condo on the beach. Everything is as highlighted on description. A really nice unit with amazing view. Condo complex is very nice. Paulette the building manager is so wonderful. She was extremely helpful and such a nice lady!

This condo was absolutely perfect. My husband, son and I stayed during our March spring break. It is so bright and roomy and has every amenity of home. It is in a very quiet area of the beaches but close enough to walk to shopping and dining. Pauline the property manager is great. She is very sweet and was very helpful with the check in and check out process. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation.

Stayed here with a group of seven and we all thought the place was great. Pauline was accommodating for check in/out and easy to contact. The views are incredible. You see the ocean, beach, and pool area from the patio. The beach and pool area are quiet, in the week we stayed, we saw no more than ten other folks combined at any one time. The necessities are all within walking distance: good restaurants within 15 min, a grocery store about 20-min, and a liquor store about 5 min. The busses are also easy to catch. The amount of space was great for our group. Lots of room to cook and eat dinner, play card/board games, lounge on the patio, and stow your gear. Large bedrooms with private bathrooms (one can be accessed via the hallway). The place was well-stocked and clean. Tons of dishes, pots and pans, and towels. The appliances were all decent and in good working order. Having laundry right in the condo was a lifesaver with all of the wet swimwear. Some notes on the beach and snorkeling: Would recommend water shoes for getting into the water due to the rocks, but it's worth it with good snorkeling right out front (saw coral, lots of different fish, a ray, etc). Swimming south a bit and out to the tall 100yd buoy rewards you with even better snorkeling (different types of coral, bigger schools of fish, etc). Walking a couple of minutes south two resorts down gets you to a resort with a protected sandy beach for easy water entrance and exit with flippers.

Great location and very helpful staff. It was very clean and well maintained. Easy access to lots of walkable shopping and restaurants with out being in the middle of the cruise ship traffic. While the beach is rocky in front there is also a very nice sand beach and beautiful pool. Also had TVs and great WiFi. Would highly recommend this Condo.
