Attractively updated throughout. Privacy at well maintained common areas and Convenience to NSB beaches and restaurants.

The location was fantastic and the property was great. The kids loved the pool and the beach. We all had fun using the boogie boards in the surf. I highly recommend the condo!

We loved staying at this property! It was perfect for our family’s needs. Being on the non-driving section of beach gave us peace of mind about the kids running back and forth to the water. The owners and property manager were all great to work with. We stay at NSB every summer, and this place was one of our favorites. Highly recommend!

This property exceeded our expectations! The check-in process could not have been easier. The owners provided everything that our family of four needed for our ten day stay. The walk to the beach could not have been easier. We will definitely be looking to come back!

The property, pool, landscaping, etc were quite nice. The unit I rented was not. I took photos of the mold in the master shower, the loose kitchen floor tiles, the unattached dining room seat cushion, the grime around the front door handle, the wall to wall carpeting was worn, stained & puckered.There were no wall switches at the entrance or in the bedrooms. The linens were worn and discolored. When I called the owner he became defensive and argumentative. I mentioned the floor tiles in the kitchen and he sarcastically asked if I wanted him to send over a tile layer. He ridiculed my concerns by asking me what I expected for the price I paid -- The Ritz? I said I thought it would be best if I took up my concerns with Vrbo. He became exceptionally angry and asked, twice, if I were threating him. It was a very unpleasant situation.

This condo had it all… great location, covered parking, wonderful pool, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. What more can you ask for? We enjoyed our stay. The Condo had everything we needed with plenty of clean towels, bedding and pillows. There were six of us staying there and all of the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the view of the pool and the beach.

good location with all buildings only two levels. Our unit had a good view of the pool and ocean. Master bed and living room sofa needs to be updated. Master bed really just two twins pushed together with seam in the middle. The unit had everything you would need for a great vacation!

The condo complex is an older property that is kept in very good condition, with regular property cleaning etc. evident. Great ocean view from our rental property, which was clean and well kept. Flooring should be updated, but in no way a problem. The property owner was immediately responsive when we were unsure about the check in procedure and when we needed to leave to go home much earlier than expected. This condo complex is well run and was personable along with an overall good social atmosphere for older adults. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the complex is located in a good location in NSB.

We stayed here the first two weeks in February. Although the air is cool at that time of year, the sunshine is just the right medicine to make you feel better and a good escape from the cold upstate New York winter. The condo is easily located off S. Atlantic Avenue and not far from all services. Groceries, drug store, restaurants, and of course Walmart just down Rt. 44. There is a convenient parking space provided directly in the front which was very convenient to load and unload our bags. A word of caution for the physically disabled, there are several stairs leading to the apartment with no elevator but its really not a challenge if your ambulatory. The kitchen is fully equipped with items to prepare your own meals which we did many times during our stay. It’s a little on the old side and could use an update but it’s clean and very functional. The owner has provided plenty of towels for bath, pool, beach, and other bed linen. The complex has a nice laundry room outside the apartment just a few steps away at minimal cost with plenty of machine so no waiting. The two bedrooms are nicely decorated and the master bed comfortable. You can see the sun rise from the master bedroom and living space and amazing sunsets from the spare room and kitchen. The entire apartment is carpeted which makes it extremely quiet and cozy. The neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. You will find the location is very relaxing and best of all it has a nice view of the ocean with direct access to the beach. Overall I would recommend staying at this condo as we enjoyed being here and would not hesitate to book again.

Plenty of room for our family and condo was stocked with everything we needed. I would stay here again. Awesome experience.

The condo was comfortable for our family of five and was equipped with everything we needed inside the condo and at the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for our beach days. The kitchen was stocked so we could easily prepare meals and the location was great for those nights we wanted to dine out. Overall, a very nice property!

Nice view of the pool and the ocean from the balcony and the living room. The house was very clean and very well equipped. It looked really nice and was very comfortable. We really appreciated the beach umbrella and the beach towels. The kids loved the swimming pool. The ocean is just two steps away. No cars are allowed on this stretch of beach. The manager, Sue is always available and super helpful. There is a laundy room just outside the unit. Parking was no problem since every unit has its own covered space. Sufficient shopping nearby.
