Went on a golf trip with friends and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Would stay again!

I stayed with my husband and 10 yo daughter and some old friends from college with their teen - all ages were pleased! The house was lovely and well-equipped, check-in was easy, Eric was very accommodating and while we had no needs while we were there, I have no doubt he would have addressed them promptly. The pool was beautiful with lots of pool toys and the hot tub was lovely. We enjoyed the pool so much that we never got to actually visit the town! I guess we will have to try again!

This home was large, well equipped, and perfect for our vacation. Any issues we encountered were IMMEDIATELY addressed by the homeowner. 5 stars for sure!

Perfect house to gather friends around the pool or on the back deck. It's in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown Saratoga and the track. It's only 1 mile from the Fresh Market. Although we didn't use the pool, it would be perfect for families with kids.

Perfect place for friends / family home base for a college graduation weekend. Plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were great! Host was very responsive when we needed him.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Spent so much time in the pool. Eric was great , very accommodating and quick to reply.

Awesome place and had a great time

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as wonderful this time around. The place is spacious and clean. The best part is the pool. Eric was very prompt while we were communicating.

Let me begin by saying thank you to our host/property manager Eric who was wonderful to work with from start to finish and he was a tremendous help since our previously booked rental cancelled on us 3 days before our arrival. The house was wonderful! Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Huge. There were 7 adults in our group and at no point did we feel crowded. There is plenty of space for what you may want to do. Although the majority of our time was spent at the park, everything we needed plus more was found at the house. The Pool. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are amazing. What a great way to end your days…a refreshing dip in the pool and then the hot tub and then an evening snack and glass of wine on the patio or deck…both equally wonderful. 5 bedrooms. 3 bathrooms. 3 refrigerators. Pool. Hot tub. Pool floats. Pump. Gourmet kitchen. Patio. Deck. Nice neighborhood. Conveniently located…close to the action of town but far enough away for some peacefulness. Add an extra day on your trip so you can enjoy the whole house. That’s my plan for next year.

The warm pool was very inviting after a family wedding out at the state park.

The property was as pictured and great for a weekend getaway. Some of the furniture was not as clean as it could have been (food and cigarette buds in the couch cushions, old balloons on top of cabinets) but overall we felt very comfortable.

My family of 4 adults and 2 toddlers had a wonderful stay at Eric’s house. The positives outweigh some opportunities for improvement that may not be important (they were not to us) but to provide a complete review I will mention them in case it matters to others. The positives were: Eric is very very responsive. He answered my queries almost immediately. The pool was terrific. Clean and so much fun. There were many pool floats so no need to bring. There is plenty of poolside seating with lounges and tables and chairs. 2 large umbrellas provided ample shade. Plenty of towels were available for use. The washer and dryer were great to have when traveling with toddlers. The hot tube was the perfect end to a long day. The fire fit was great for making s’mores, which we did use twice. The kitchen is modern and well stocked. The location was perfect. Everything was within a 10 mln drive. The furniture was tired, but with toddlers it was just fine. There is plenty of seating throughout the house. The lower level was perfect for the toddlers to play. Some opportunities for improvement: In general the interior of the home would benefit from a coat of paint and a deep cleaning of the carpets. Some attention to several items would improve the appearance of the home. For example, there were 2 broken window treatments, a broken door knob and several missing outlet covers. Despite these few suggested improvements I would recommend Eric’s house and would stay here again myself.

We had a great experience, and enjoyed using the beautiful outdoor space

We stayed for a week and the house was quite spacious for 7 adults. Pros: Large heated pool+ hot tub both very clean. 3 separate living spaces indoors, 2 separate eating, grilling and seating areas outside, never felt crowded. Eric was very helpful and quick to respond with all inquiries. Cons: this is really both pro and con very close to highway-proximity is great, but you can hear it at times. Overall house had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was absolutely amazing. There was so much room for all the guests, the backyard was so beautiful. Eric was great in communicating with all questions I had. I would recommend this house to anyone!! Plus is it was so close to downtown

We had a great time! The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions patiently. This place is very well maintained and clean. The pool was immaculate. Very close to all the nice restaurants and bars.

We loved our stay. Eric was an amazing host. The pool spacious and very well kept, the spa was great too. Really perfect for hanging poolside. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the rooms were clean. It was nice to find a place with rooms for a vacation for a group of adults. All around great vacation house.

We had a great time staying here. It has every amenity you could want. Close to town and has a beautiful backyard- perfect for lawn games with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had but not invasive. We hope to visit again.

The pool is beautiful and very well maintained the house is cozy and was a real pleasure to stay in. Home comes equipped with everything you need. Very close to town and local shops and grocery stores. Couldnt ask for better.

The house was very clean and very large. The pool is really nice. The location seemed nice. All communication about check in and other details was excellent. No complaints.
