The location is fabulous and the unit was clean. Note that parking garage does not accommodate larger vehicles (trucks, SUV's, etc).

This unit is literally steps from the beach. The unit is really nice and provides a great location for accessing all that Pismo and the surrounding areas have to offer. This particular unit is NOT ocean-facing. You can see the ocean from one of the windows (which are pretty high up so you can't see it from from the couch or recliner). The windows in the family room open easily for ocean air breezes and the sound of the waves. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels and beach toys available to guests. It was great to have free parking (if you don't have an oversized car as the garage is tight and low clearance). We had some technology issues with check-in and the garage and because it was a holiday a little challenge getting help - but in the end it all worked out. We would stay in this building again - just with a front-facing unit.

Could not have asked for a better location. Just steps from the beach/small playground/sand showers. Also within walking distance of great restaurants. We had a Rav4 rental car and it fit fine in the underground garage (which was very clean btw). We also really enjoyed all the sand toys, beach chairs, and there was even surf boards and body boards. The one thing that took us Midwesterners time to adjust to was not having any climate control...the only air movement was two floor fans and ceilings fans. We learned what time of day to open the windows to let cool air in. All three beds were comfortable. This place was a fantastic fit for a family of four - toddler naps went smoothly and having two bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and other with shower) was clutch. Plenty of bathtowels and beach towels. Thanks for a great stay!

This place is very comfortable and perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are separated. The beds are amazingly comfortable as is the living room furniture. We will be back!

The property was clean and recently painted and carpeted. Furniture was ok. Didn’t know we would be on 2nd floor though. Listing did not mention no dishwasher or disposal. A myriad of small problems : refrigerator light out, 1 TV cable had been disconnected- got that fixed. Other TV broken. Kitchen dishes etc minimal, faceplate on some sockets missing, potholder burned through, clock in family room broken, no out door door mat, one beach chair broken.

The location was perfect! The condo was clean and so homey. We enjoyed the whole stay

Beautiful place right on the beach, lots of amenities. Everything is in waking distance. Beautiful view of the ocean and the whales.

The rental was clean and comfortable. You cant beat the location with the beach right there. Shopping and restaurants were within a quick walk, but enough distance that you enjoy the peace and sound of waves. When trying to find the parking garage, we received an immediate and helpful response. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Great stay with all the things you needed to cook. Added bonus you literally can walk down to the beach and come back to use the bathroom versus the public restrooms

Spent 6 days at the location. Had a great time. Great location. Watch the garage if your car is low to ground. My undercarriage shraped when entering and leaving garbage. I ended up parking on street to avoid it. Other then that it was great and will come back.

Decent unit as presented, but nothing special as the unit I rented was in the back of the building with second bedroom separate from rest of the unit by the uncarpeted entry way itself. However, given the desireable location, the unit was worth the cost and the manager/owner is very easy to work with and accommodate your needs.

We were very happy with our stay! It was stocked and ready for us. We had no issues at all. The communication was great and they even let us check in an hour early! The location was awesome and it walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, right on the beach! Walkable to so much in Pismo Beach. Super comfy beds, and plenty of beach stuff was available for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place- was perfect for our girls trip. Close to pier, shops and restaurants. Parking was challenging, but once there can walk to everything.

After many stays in SLO, we enjoyed being right on the beach in Pismo while visiting our CalPoly student. Very relaxing and nice to be outside the fray of a busy CalPoly weekend. Surfing and beach life just outside the door! Fantastic location.

The property is clean and in a wonderful location. We had a great visit!

Great location, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Advance info on how the heater works would have been helpful. One bedroom thermostat worked fine but the other two had to be turned up to 80+ to get warm. The garage is a bit tricky to get in and out of but we mastered it by the end of the stay. I highly recommend.

Everything was clean an orderly. One of the beds sagged in the middle and was a bit difficult to sleep in. The garage is there but not necessarily where one would want to park. Street parking is iffy. In the rain and cold there was some parking. During good weather I don't know. The condo was well equipped and in a nice neighborhood.

This property is centrally located, extremely clean and it was easy to communicate with the owners when I had a question. The kitchen is on the small side and minimally stocked but certainly met our needs. Hope to return again.

Me and my wife take a trip with my brother and his wife every year. We stayed 3 nights and had a lot of fun. Great accommodations and perfect location.

Started the week in Paso ended in Pismo. Great week!
