Although it was a small property they had a swimming pool which was a big bonus!!

We were welcomed by a very friendly host with ice cold beers and a full bottle of juice for our little boy. The accommodation was perfect and very well equip with everything you could possibly need for your self catering stay. The place was spotlessly clean and we were left to our own devices for our 2 night stay which we liked. The view from the balcony was lovely and perfect for watching the sun go down over cavtat.

There wasn't anything we didn't like personally but some may find the walk up to the apartment when coming from the town a bit much as there are a lot of stairs and it was rather steep. We are perfectly fit and able but even we had to stop a few times to catch our breath. The view from the apartment is well worth it though!

Quite small for 4 people for 10 days

it was exactly what we were looking for and as described. clean and comfy room with some basic kitchen facilities. pool was a really good bonus!

Location was so close to Cevat and beautiful view from the neighborhood. Host was accommodating and friendly and spoke English. Lots of space and good air conditioning.

The smell was a little off putting in the hallways but a neighbor explained all the houses inthe area had that smell. Out apartment smelled fihe.

We liked to be there. It is amazing house with amazing people who working there. Directly from the beginning we were welcomed so warm and it was nice to meet all of you. Special thanks to Milica, she is the housekeeper there. She helped us with everything that we asked here and owner of the villa. Day/Night each request was solved right away with the smile on the face. Thank you that made this trip so comfy and we felt as home. Guys helped us with everything that we needed in Croatian. Room was cleaned each day. towels were replace everyday and even the bed sheets were cleaned after the half of our stays. In the room we found everything that we needed, small kitchen, microwave, plates, forks, glasses, salt, etc. Rooms are cleaned, light and comfy. Beds are good for sleep, they are king size and so soft. AC was in biggest room and worked perfectly all the time and was safer for us after the hot day. Pool is clean all the time, water there is bright and filtered. Had a lot of space for parking and resting outside as well. Gym there is good as well cause have all necessary equipment that might need to have for standard sport. Thank you for all that you are doing for your guests. You are best!

It is not the things that we do not like but what we can recommend to improve: 1. Update fridge to have freezer there cause during the summer, it is great to have ice in the fridge as well. 2. Air Condition system in second room cause it is hot there at night if we will close the door between first and second room. But it is small think that it is not really necessary. 3. Wifi was sometime slow but probably that many people were connected to the router. This is small points that we just want that your villa became best. Do not stop to improve ! You are great people.

Good value for money.

Big and clean room with AC, a balcony, and a kitchenette. Staff helpful and professional, villa is 5 minute walk downhill to city centre. As a bonus they have a restaurant in town where you get a 10% discount. There is a pool which is nice size as well, overall great value for money in the charming town of Cavtat.

Small thing, no soap/ shampoo holder in the bathroom/ shower. Check out time is 09:30, too early ,i think, but i asked for an extension til 11 am which i was given in the end.

An exceptionally good host. We were running late due to flight delays, he not only came out looking for us on his motorcycle past midnight but served us chilled bottled water and his mum’s handmade cake (which was very delicious by the way).

Great rooms with everything you’d need. Also super clean and the kitchenette had all necessary utilities. Gym and pool were mostly empty so perfect to get my workouts in or hang out at the pool in the afternoon with lots of sun :)

Quiet location very clean and modern fabulous pool. Christina so helpful .. pool towels available foc. All spare towels bedding loo rolls sprays mops wash up liquid ect there to help yourself

Nothing to dislike

Staff were flexible and let us pay for a late checkout which was really appreciated given our flight was at 9pm

We got the room right next to the pool so our balcony didn't feel at all private, and we could hear a lot of noises through the walls day and night
