Nous avons deux belles suites privées de style condo séparées avec vue sur le lac Kalamazoo (port de Saugatuck) et le parc Coughlin dans le quartier historique du centre-ville de Saugatuck, à quelques pas des meilleures boutiques, restaurants et possibilités de navigation de plaisance.
Cette liste concerne la suite n ° 1 (suite Amani) située au rez-de-chaussée à l'arrière du bâtiment de la galerie d'art contemporain Amazwi. Voir l'annonce n ° 40745 pour plus d'informations sur la suite n ° 2 (suite Ndoto) qui se trouve au deuxième étage au-dessus de la galerie.

This property was cute, clean, and in a perfect spot for shopping and sightseeing in Saugatuck. We normally stay in a B&B so this was a nice change to have more room and privacy. We were concerned about not having designated parking, but it worked out fine. We liked having windows that opened for a nice breeze and the park right across the street. We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time! Everything was within walking distance and the property was extremely clean. The check in and check out process was easy. One thing to keep in mind is that the TV does not have streaming service, like Netflix, Hulu, AppleTav, etc., so if you want to wind down with a show at the end of the night, it is DIRECTV only

This is the perfect place to land and explore Saugatuck! Every aspect of my stay was easy and just right. The place was spotless and location was walkable to all things Saugatuck yet tucked away. Brian and Wally were incredibly responsive and helpful. I’m grateful to find this gem and I hope to return!

Stop looking! This is the rental you want. Pictures are an exact replica of what you will see when you open the door. This condo is super clean and immediately feels homey upon entry. Everything you need is there from a spacious bedroom, to the amenities in the kitchen and a great living room area with two huge floor to ceiling windows. You are half a block to the waterfront from one side and 10 steps from downtown from the other side. The unit has its own private patio with a bistro table as well as two lounge chairs. People watching is at a premium from this comfortable patio with coffee or wine in hand. The AC is central air - not one of those overbearing, noisy stand alone units that keeps you awake at night. It was a great stay in Saugatuck, and we will definitely return to this rental again. Thank you, Wally, for your hospitality!

This place is perfect! Very clean and comfortable! Butler street is right around the corner! It was only an easy 10 minute drive to Oval beach, Mount Baldhead Park as well as Saugatuck Dunes! Loved settling back in our cozy area, walk around Butler Street and grabbing something to eat.

This was a very cozy apartment, just steps from the river and the whole downtown area. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment could have used more lighting, and the tub grout needs some TLC. Great mattress and linens, and would certainly stay again!

The cottage was wonderfully clean and perfectly located. It was extremely quiet despite being at street level. We loved the jetted tub, and the climate controls worked perfectly. We also loved having our coffee on the little porch every morning. Literally steps away from everything Saugatuck has to offer. We will be back next year!

This was the perfect place for a friend and I to get away from the business of the city and just relax. We've been to Saugatuck many times before, and it was a treat to stay right in town. This is our second time in another property owned by Wally. It was a wonderful experience this time too! The location is perfect, water views from the living room as you drink your morning coffee. The space is clean, updated and comfortable. The kitchen provides everything you need and there are thoughtful touches everywhere. Wally is a great host! We will definitely be back. I typically like to experience other properties, but this is perfect!
