Vous tomberez en amour avec les vues à couper le souffle sur les pistes depuis les murs de fenêtres dans la grande salle! Après une journée sur les pentes du parcours de golf, se détendre dans la salle des médias avec des sièges de style théâtre regarder votre film préféré sur grand écran! Vous aurez beaucoup de place pour la famille et les amis dans ce magnifique chalet! Avec 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain, il ya beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde! L'établissement propose également 5 cheminées, terrasse avec jacuzzi, terrasse fermée, état de l'art cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme, et bien plus encore! La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche séparée et deux lavabos. Ce magnifique chalet nouvellement construit est le lieu idéal pour les mariages, les réunions, les réunions d'entreprise, ou tout simplement de votre escapade de luxe!

I cannot describe how perfect this house was for our holiday weekend at Holiday Valley! First off, the location is fabulous! We could easily pick up and drop off groups as they wanted to ski and come home - everything is so close! Secondly, there was so much room in the house for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Plus, the entry way was huge and helped organize all of our ski equipment. The view of sitting in the hot tub watching the skiers go down Yodler was amazing! Lastly, the rental owner communicated often and was able to answer any questions that we had! I will only book this place when we return!

This house is perfect for a group. There is plenty of gathering areas for people to congregate, the bedrooms are a good size and comfortable, and the house has everything you need. The agency managing the rental are so responsive and helpful. Best of all, it is so close to Tammarack, it is easy to drop and pick up people at the lodge.

Great views
Second time our family has stayed here. Everyone had a great time and plenty of room. Bed had been upgraded in loft and much better. All the kitchen utensils you could need but knives are dull and need to either be sharpened or replaced

Perfect weekend home.
We had an awesome time at this house. So many great amenities and areas to hang out. Todd was super easy to communicate with and the location couldn’t have been better, close to town and seconds from HV with a beautiful view of the slopes. Will definitely be back!

Great Ski Getaway!
Everything was perfect, clean, well-supplied. The hot tub was great as was the home theater. Beds were comfortable. Great night & day views of the Holiday Valley slopes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great ski trip
Lovely house with well stocked kitchen and great ski/winter decor. Enough space to spread out but still cozy. Close to the slopes. Just wish Holiday Valley would have been a bit more helpful in making snow for skiing. Can’t wait to return to this house!

Beautiful Home in an awesome location!
We were here for a Family wedding and the
home was perfect for us. There are so many rooms and areas to relax in, and beautiful views. We loved the great kitchen and dining area, and of course the Hot Tub was enjoyed on the warm summer nights. Thank you to the property manager for outstanding service. We would highly recommend others to enjoy this beautiful home, any time of the year!

Fabulous Holiday Get-Away!
This beautiful home nestled on the hillside overlooking the slopes of Holiday Valley is a PERFECT holiday get-away with family or friends. The home is delightful and warm and welcoming. We had a fabulous time and our 4 day stay felt like a real vacation!

Casa Blizzard
Stayed at Casa Amici Feb 27 - March 1st with our group of 7 adults and 2 kids. The house was everything the pictures show and more. Plenty of room for everyone with several areas for relaxing after long days of skiing. Heated walkway to hot tub was awesome and stayed clear even during our 12 inches plus of snowfall over the weekend. Very short drive to Yodeler lodge and lift. Accommodations were clean and communication with owner was very good. Highly recommend this property and we would stay again.

Annual Family Ski Weekend (Feb.20-23, 2020)
We had our annual family (8 adults 2 children) ski weekend and for the first time stayed at Casa Amici. Everything from when we booked it until we left was perfect. The property exceeded expectations in all ways and the view was nothing less than spectacular. We will certainly be returning next year. Thanks!

Home away from home
This house is the best! Our fourth time renting with a party of 9. Plenty of room for all. Hot tub is lovely! Great spaces and nooks and always enjoy ending the trip with movie night in the theatre. The owners are amazing to work with. Treat yourself and your family you will be glad you did!!!!

Exceptional!!
This is a truly incredible house! We were traveling with another family, to ski at Holiday Valley. This house had everything we could need and more. Tons of space, and lots of cozy seating to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Kitchen was great and very spacious. We loved the theater area for watching movies and the hot tub was wonderful. I enjoyed my morning coffee each day overlooking the slopes. Minutes to the slopes and Ellicottville, which is an adorable town with great dining options. Absolutely everything was thought of here. We hope to come back again soon!

Great place for a family vacation
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very comfortable. It has a great bar area and the heated pathway to,the hot tub was great. The view from the hot tub at night of yodeler was great. We will be back.

Great vacation home!
We had a group of 8 adults and 2 small children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We liked that the dining room table accomodated everyone and that the kitchen, living room area was open. We played card games on the bar and spent time in the hot tub. Great views from the deck both in the front and back of the house. We found the kitchen and laundry room well stocked. It was a nice surprise to see lighted Christmas garland over the TV in the theater room, kids loved it.

Good to stay there for vacation
Overall cond was great. Todd was very quick to respond. the only thing i can recommend is more frequent pest control. other than that, it is great place for vacation.

Beautiful and spacious!
We stayed for a girl's weekend and had a blast. There were 10 of us so we had more than enough room for everyone. We loved the hot tub and patio. Only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants, but not really an easy walk due to the hilly roads. The house was very clean. We had an amazing stay!

Casa amici is perfect for us!
We come back to this property for several reasons: the theater room is fantastic, the kitchen has everything we need, the proximity to the slopes is a piece of cake, the hot tub is perfect and the whole house is comfortable and relaxing.

We had a wonderful experience at Casa Amici!!! The property offers exactly what's need for a comfortable ski trip.
The pictures don't do the interior justice. This property is well taken care of. Beds, baths and social areas are clean and supply your group with more than just the basics.
The view is beautiful, especially when it's snowing and your relaxing in the hot tub. The parking lot to the slopes is only one street away.
Todd is super friendly and willing to help with any issues that may arise. Example: The laundry door was locked on our arrival. He stopped up early the next morning before we hit the slopes to make sure we had access.
After talking as a group the only improvements appreciated or criticism would be: king beds in the larger bedrooms, larger hot tub size, larger Fridge, sofa beds very uncomfortable and a few light were burnt out.
Overall our stay was amazing. We highly recommend renting this property for your group.
