Brand New Build in Ellicottville's village! The Gorgeous Chardonnay Chalet
Le chalet Chardonnay est situé au cœur du magnifique village d'Ellicottville, au 37, rue Mill. Il est 100% neuf et la construction vient d'être terminée en septembre 2019. La tête aux pieds, tout, avec tous les meubles, sont tous nouveaux pour votre confort. Des meubles sur mesure aux Amish en passant par la literie très confortable, la cuisine ouverte / LR / salle à manger, nous l’avons bien planifié pour votre satisfaction. L'endroit s'est avéré magnifique et nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux de vous l'offrir, dans l'espoir de vous revoir la prochaine fois.
Avec 4 chambres (tous les lits queen), 3 salles de bain complètes, une terrasse de taille très généreuse pour une vie en plein air, vous vous sentirez beaucoup de confort et d’espace pour respirer. Il y a un grand parking, une télévision dans chaque chambre, une cheminée à gaz, une connexion Wi-Fi puissante et à peu près tout ce que vous voudriez normalement chez vous.

This house is just beautiful. Has 4 nice size bedrooms and 3 big bathrooms. It was very clean. The outdoor patio was great. You can walk to town. Owners were great! We loved our stay very much!

From the four month old great-grandson to the 94 year old great-grandpa - everyone LOVED this place. An open floor plan to allow for maximum visiting and a cool deck for eating outside and watching the day fade. The bedrooms were perfect, clean bathrooms, etc.

5 of my girlfriends and I had a bachelorette night out and we really enjoyed our stay at the Chardonnay chalet! Would definitely stay again. The openness of the layout and the deck space is great for get togethers and enjoyable downtime. Short walk to downtown as well!

The place was beautiful, clean, bedrooms and bathroom situation was perfect for a group along with the perfectly laid out design with open concept which was perfect for socializing. The property manager was great to work with too. We celebrated my sons 21st birthday and it was perfect for friends and family. We all agreed we will be back! Top notch experience!!

The property is beautiful, very clean and well appointed. We've rented lots of places around the country and this is up there as one of the best. It's in a great location too, not a far walk into town. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I normally like to try new places to stay when we go back to the same location, but in this case, the next time we go to Ellicottville, we'll be staying here!

This was the perfect condo for our trip to ellicotville! Walking distance from town about 10 minutes. Short drives to holiday valley for our Golf trip. The condo was beautiful decorated, tons of space, immaculately clean, beds super comfortable. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Book this place if you have a larger group you won’t be disappointed.

The property was in a quiet location in great proximity to town. We came to the area on motorcycles to explore and sight see the territory. The location was perfect. Clean, up to date and plenty of room for us 3 couples. Plenty of room for one more couple. We would come back to the Chardonnay Chalet to stay again.

We have stayed in this property twice -- last year and this -- and have been very happy with everything. The location is great for walking into town for dinner, since parking in town is difficult. It had everything we needed and is five minutes from both ski hills.

The property is conveniently located to downtown Ellicottville (a 10 minute walk at most) and Holiday Valley (a short drive) The place was very comfortable for 4 couples and we had more than enough room to hang out in the living area. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Perfect for our ski weekend. Dary is great! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the level of maintenance associated with this property! Nice big great room for hanging out; and plenty of bathrooms. Just be aware it is right next to active train tracks which will wake up some. I slept right through. :-)

We fully enjoyed our accommodations. Everything was as described by the listing information, well thought out and clean. Our group of 6 fit nicely. A larger group might want more living room seating. If the weather was a little warmer we would have walked into town. We would highly recommend Daryl’s rental and hope to return in the future.

We rented the Chardonnay for a weekend and we were extremely happy with the condo. There were four couples and there was plenty of room for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Cooking and eating at the large table was perfect. Four large bedrooms accommodated everyone’s needs. Daryl was wonderful. He was spot on with all communication. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Family trip
The accoomodations are beautiful and well maintained. It is very convienient to town and can be walked. The deck was great, but the only downfall iwas the dirt from the adjacient road. It would not preclude me from staying there again.

Wedding weekend
