Loved the house. Was great having the ground floor for the little ones and their parents.
Was a little hard to carry the food up to the second floor for us older folks but luckily we had young adults to help. The roof top fire pit was great place to hang out in the evening. Within walking distance of the entrance to the dunes.

We had a group of 9 people and there was so much space for everybody to hang out, both inside and outside. The house was very clean and modern and gorgeous ocean views from the decks. We would definitely recommend this property!

Spacious, clean, well appointed, perfectly located home owned by responsive hosts. Everything was perfect except the furnishings. There are simply not a lot of comfortable places to hang out. Very small couch in tv area, hard kitchen bench and chairs around a large table and barstools too high to sit at the counter. The rooftop is fun but the weather has to cooperate. A large L shaped couch, cushions in the kitchen and lower barstools would make this place a definite 5!

Great communication prior to our stay and very clear check-in process made for a great start. Upon arrival it was clear the home was kept clean and up to date. The location is idyllic and the rooftop seating area was certainly our favorite spot. The mattresses could use some improvement, but overall the home was impeccable.

The house was perfect for what we needed for a group of 7 and there was room to add more if we had needed. The home was beautiful and spotless, the neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach! Great little restaurant and beach rentals within walking distance. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

This place is definitely it if you are looking for a very clean and modern home to stay in. I am a huge germ freak and this place looked like no one had ever used it. It was so so so clean. I wish I was able to stay longer to use the space more. The features of this home are sick, the online photos don’t do it enough justice. Thanks for a marvelous time :)

The house is beautifully appointed and is just as pictured (new looking and feeling). The owners had fantastic instructions for where to find things and made us feel welcome. They even helped us retrieve electronics that we accidentally left behind!

The owner did an amazing job leaving all the necessary instructions for the stay. Process was flawless. The house itself is beautiful and offers every thing you need in the bathrooms and kitchen. What a great view from the rooftop!
The proximity of the beach is great, just steps away from the home. A lot of cars and RV’s rooming on the beach, but if it is what you’re looking for, then that shouldn’t be a problem.

We had a family reunion to attend in Pismo and found this amazing Oceano home steps away from the dunes. Beautiful two story, amazing open areas, balcony off second floor that extended the kitchen perfectly, ample sized bedrooms, a rooftop patio, the list goes on. The owners did a fantastic job amd literally thought of everything, including bogey boards and games in the garage. Highly recommend!

Every summer our family and a friends family get together for a yearly beach trip. Since our kids are getting older we needed a little more space and this house was perfect! This was our second stay here and were still very pleased with the home and the hosts.

Beautiful property near the beach that was a perfect fit for our family and their spouses. We ate breakfast and dinner in and found the kitchen to be well appointed . Plenty of space to spread out, we had a great time.

This home is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations. The house is clean. Completely stocked kitchen and bathrooms, as well as extras that you wouldn’t expect, just to make your stay that much better. 20 steps to the sand. Rooftop is amazing. I will definitely be renting it again.

A beautiful location if you’re into cloudy beach views and off roading in the dunes. We stayed here since we got spontaneously married at Rancho Guadalupe dunes. Beautiful home with everything you need.

Joy & Moe's place is beautiful. From the rooftop deck overlooking the dunes and ocean to being just a few min away from Pismo and SLO, we loved everything about this house. We had 4 couples stay here for a cousins wedding and had no issues with comfort or space (other than one couple having to use the bunk bed), but we knew that ahead of time. The house is newly renovated and the furnishings and appliances were all done really nicely. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This property was great! Very clean and spacious. We came for a family wedding in SLO and this location worked out well. Host was very nice and easy to work with. We were busy with wedding activities all weekend so I wish we had extended our trip to have more time to enjoy the property, especially the roof deck!

Great Family Home
This home was very clean and up to date. The showers were amazing and the media room was so wonderful for our kiddos. The large dinning table was fantastic to have everyone sit down and eat together. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very kind leaving a nice bottle of local wine as well. I hope to stay here again in the future.
