Breakfast

The location is good, easily access to 401 highway. A plaza is right on the other side of the road. The rooms are quiet and clean. It is also very convenient to have dishwasher and all kinds of kitchenwares in the room. All the staffs are super nice and helpful. Our flight was rescheduled so I spent four more days in the hotel. They helped me a lot during my stay. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Bedbugs! I went home with lots of bed bug bites. We even caught it and showed the manager. They only refunded me for one night. I think it should’ve been both nights.

Room size

Washroom was clean but no shampoo, Body Wash. Had to call on very first day of stay to refill. Iron and Iron stand was all messy.

Loved having the convenience of a kitchen and the layout of the room exceeded my expectations. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was both helpful and friendly. The size of the TV was much larger than expected it was great that I could log into my Netflix account on the TV without having to bring an HDMI cable and my laptop.

Bathroom was clean, but could have been a bit cleaner. The toilet in my room wasn't flushing properly, the box of tissues in my room were empty. It would have been great if sheets were provided for the pullout bed.

I have stayed at this location a number of times. The young lady at the desk always gives exceptional customer service. I have had others check me in but she always makes you feel like this is your first time at this location.

The room we stayed in someone spilled some type of liquid on the bottom of the couch. You can see the streak. It should be wiped thoroughly.

I like That the Decour of the hotel is very modern and up-to-date.
