good location, comfortable flat, Air conditioning working well, clean and lighty.

one towel only for each guest is not enough. Dryer not working. No complimentary coffee nor water and no washing liquids for dishes or clothes. No frying pans.

communication for check in was good and the location was pretty good with just a short walk to Bondi centre.

it wasn’t very clean. I would also say the pre stay checks were excessive compared to other stays in very similar if not better accommodation.

Modern apartment in a fantastic location. Easy check in and out procedures and lots of info provided by the team.

There were no cushions on the couch, and having now read other reviews it does seem like this hasn’t been addressed for a while. The bathroom floors and all of the windows were really dirty.

Spacious modern apartment, excellent location within easy walking distance of Bondi Rd shops, transport & beach.

Property is managed by an agent adding a layer of complexity to the usually streamlined booking process. Communication was not welcoming, demanding emails forwarded within minutes of invoice threatening to cancel reservation. It was wet & cold during our stay & heating did not work. Phone calls to agent always taken by different person, no action taken other than a series of emails (different person each time). No heating for the duration of our stay. Rental discount of 15% applied as compensation was welcome but paltry. $750 security deposit seemed excessive on top of top of the market rent. Cleaning/property management needs attention- couch stained, all louvres & glass doors filthy, opened packages of food from previous tenants in pantry, lint filter in dryer clogged. No shower caddy/shelf for soap/shampoo (?floor). Large cushions (? for couch) in bedroom cupboard but no covers. Letter box overflowing with junk mail. Would not stay in another property managed by this company. Would not recommend.

Great location. Bed was very comfy. Apartment is nicely laid out. Very quiet and people we spoke to in the building were friendly. Parking is secure. Quick walk to Bondi Beach and plenty of restaurants/cafes around. Communication with staff was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

A clothes rack would be handy. Also needs a shower caddy so you don’t have to put shampoo etc on the ground.
