Location was great being a short walk to central station, super convenient also having a metro supermarket 5 min walk away , buffet breakfast was great for our young family.
We thought the pool was a little cold for and indoor pool

Bed was comfortable & central location
We turned up at 2pm to check in. But our room was not ready until 4.30pm!! Apparently housekeepers hadn't even cleaned it yet. This delay affected our whole anniversary night as it made us late for our plans out. Staff didn't listen to us at all & we were not provided slippers even though we requested many times. Also no robes as advertised. We were upgraded to a better room but it wasn't very clean ( kettle was full of dust), shower head kept dropping lower & pretty poor pressure. Bathroom also wasn't cleaned properly & we found soap scum in tiles & bits of hair in the shower!! Indoor pool was cold & other guests agreed so couldn't swim either. Very disappointed with our experience. Won't be staying here again.

They did a fire alarm test at 6:40am on a Sunday morning and woke us up. Should have done it later in the day.

This is a lovely hotel with lovely staff, in a very convenient location. A special mention to Alice at reception who welcomed us and made our check in so seamless and smooth. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and service.

I like the location.
Room wasnt ready when we wanted to check in. We showed up at 1400 and was asked to wait 10 minutes. A cleaner was still cleaning it as we walked in the room.
The TV was basic free to air. I wanted to watch fox sports but didn't have the ability at this hotel. I ended up watching the game on my phone as the TV wouldn't let me broadcast to it. Most hotels at least have the sports channels.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to transport and walking distance to restaurants. Liked the pool, spa and sauna. Nice to have a view out the window. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was awesome. We’ll be back!

Food was below average, elevators where slow had to allow 10 min during peak times , mini bar items where overpriced and expired. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Bathroom flooded everytime we showered (poor design)

Bed was beautiful and comfy. Just needed some extra pillows. But that’s me just fussy.
Pool was gorgeous. Kids loved it too.Quite a dark space though. Needs a little more light maybe.

Very good location (walking short distance to central station) with friendly staffs. Breakfast is good as well. Room is clean and has a big space with sofa and table, very comfortable when you meet with your friends there.
Some of the power sockets are loosed, unable to charge my devices.

Without exception, all staff were polite, cheerful and helpful. Room service was good and breakfast delivery was prompt. Hotel is within walking distance to Central Station, trams etc.
We supposedly had an upgrade but generally we were disappointed with the room. The room felt tired and dated. Bathroom had had a flood, it had a swollen and damaged door which was difficult to close. Shower above a bath which made showering difficult for an older guest. A fridge which made erratic noises, plus it switched on and off all night, - we were unable to turn it off and it woke us a few times. Only one luggage rack for 2 people so had to use the only chair for a suitcase. Quite invasive traffic noise despite being on the 9th floor.

My last day 31 July 2023, when i took my breakfast, one of guest had a breakfast came with her dog....
When i asked resto manager and also hotel receptionist about resto n hotel are allowed guests to bring a dog or cat ? The answer was depend on the reason..... . I still dont understand the reason....

If you want a central location, then Rydges - close to Sydney's Central Station (Railway) - is hard to beat. I had asked for a quiet room and got one. The heavy blackout curtains also worked well against early morning sunlight.
Not much really. The location is central and there are plenty of takeaway shops, small restaurants, and convenience stores around. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but I probably could received a firmer one if I had asked for one. I was only staying one night, so it didn't seem worth the trouble asking for one.
