The Seasons - Wasatch (Unit B). Modern 4 bdrm 3.5 Bathroom Condo In The Heart Of Bear Lake, Utah!
La propriété est à 5 unités individuelles, chacune avec leur propre entrée, cuisine, buanderie, espace de vie, etc. Vous pouvez réserver une unité, toutes les unités ou n'importe quelle combinaison (10 000 pieds carrés et plus de 80 personnes). Il est l'espace idéal pour votre famille ou pour un grand groupe à être tous ensemble, mais aussi avoir votre propre vie privée. Il y a une cour spacieuse qui est magnifiquement paysagé. Idéalement situé à distance de marche de tous les restaurants, demi-mile de la marina et 2 blocs à l'eau. Construit en 2009 avec le granit, bois franc, carreaux, etc. vous ne trouverez pas mieux ou plus récent partout au lac de l'Ours et certainement pas près de ce prix!

Le niveau principal a une cuisine bien équipée, salle à manger, salle d'eau, un séjour avec un canapé-lit et d'une télévision directe sur l'écran plat. Belle vue sur le lac peut être eu de la grande terrasse avec mobilier et un barbecue. A l'étage, vous trouverez les 2 chambres de maître avec salle de bains. La première chambre a un lit king et sa propre salle de bains. La 2ème chambre a une immense salle de bains avec une baignoire à remous et douche séparée et une double vasque et une grande promenade dans le placard. Il a un lit queen et 2 ensembles de lits superposés. L'un est un double / twin et l'autre est un jumeau / plein. Le sous-sol a l'autre 2 chambres, salle de bains et buanderie. Une chambre avec 2 lits / lits superposés (4 personnes) et l'autre a une reine et un jumeau / lits superposés jumeaux. La salle de bain est une double vasque et douche.

We stayed with extended family for a family reunion at Bear Lake. We appreciate the spacious rooms with plenty of beds that allowed each family to have their own space. Great number of bathrooms as well. We could meet for breakfast or games and it made a great jumping off point for a day at the lake. A couple of things, like dish soap, weren't included (dishwashing detergent was there) that I was used to from other rentals, but it was pretty well stocked otherwise.

We did a quick family trip to Garden City and found this townhouse. It is very easy to find, has a ton of space, and beds. My kids wanted to sleep in a different bed each night.
It was very clean, and felt very comfortable and welcoming.
Location is wonderful very close, walking distance, to the local burger and shake joints. The grocery store in town is close for quick pick up items.
I definitely recommend booking this townhouse for your trip to Bear Lake!

As long as you are okay with stairs, this unit is well equipped to handle larger families. It is also a short walk from downtown Garden City. Parking is limited to two (one garaged) cars, but there are other spots to park not too far away.

It was incredible! We stayed during the off season and ended up with perfect weather! The home was perfect for the 7 of us (plenty of beds to stay in!). We were walking distance to many restaurants, ice cream shops and gift shops. The home was very comfortable with plenty of kitchen space and lots of bathrooms as well! It was nice having the garage to park in. We will most certainly keep this home in mind for future stays and recommend to all of our friends! Thanks!

We come every year to fly model airplanes off the lake. We have so much fun and we love to stay in the townhouse. So clean. Nicely furnished. Feels like home away from home. Thanks for a great place to stay

This was a senior trip for my daughter and her friends. Some of them were boys. This place was set up perfectly. There was enough space in the basement for all the boys to stay and enough space upstairs for all the girls. Kitchen and living room in the middle close to everything in Bear Lake. It worked out fantastic!

The property was clean. The layout allowed a comfortable stay for our family and our friend's family. It's waking distance to the restaurants in Garden City. Communication was great and check in and check out were easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Short but sweet
This was our first time in Bear Lake, and the townhome was perfect. We arrived on a Weds and found it to be more than enough room for our family of 6. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room space. The location was also perfect. We walked to all the restaurants and enjoyed the raspberry shakes in the evening. Unfortunately, we had to utilize the Bear Lake urgent care ( literally a block away) and due to an unfortunate illness (stupid Covid) we packed up and left Friday evening. We definitely will be back!

I enjoyed staying at this property. Very conveniently located close to everything.
This property was as good as advertised. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had a party of over 15 and everyone had a blast. The property had everything imaginable and made our stay very comfortable. From blankets, towels, cleaning supplies to every dish needed to cook or bake. We were very happy to stay here and we’re looking forward to future returns to Bear Lake and rent this property.

Great location
We loved walking to get shakes in the evening, and it was just a short drive to the lake. Home was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived.

Is a good place to satay with teenagers they can walk to the city.
The advertising related to shampoo and soap is not accurate to stay the whole week with 16 people. There was enough for a day. The place is comfortable the BBQ worked perfectly for us and the beds too. Overall the place is great!!!

Beautiful home, perfect for large families!
The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The kids room with bunk beds was awesome and all other rooms were great as well. Our only issues were the tv was glitchy and the fridges had been turned off between guests, so they weren’t cold when we got there and the one on the right took all night to really get cold. We used that one for drinks, so it ended up ok, anything that will spoil more quickly definitely put in the left fridge. Overall, very happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

Great Place and Location
I was very impressed with the property! Walking distance to LaBeaus for a shake! We enjoyed our stay very much. There was popcorn under the sofa and coffee table, so knocked a little off for cleaning, but otherwise a great stay!

Spring break
Great house with plenty of space. Perfect location as it’s within walking distance to just about anything. House is nice but not so nice that you feel like you’re in a museum and can’t touch anything. It’s very comfortable as if you’re at home. Kitchen is well equipped as we were able to make bread and cookies during our stay. Late March/early April isn’t the best time to go to Bear Lake because there isn’t much open yet, but we still had a great time.

More than we expected. Definitely coming back.
My family and I planned this trip last minute and Matt, the owner of the property, was able to accommodate all our needs beyond our expectations. We enjoyed this home so much we even decided to stay one more night and he allowed us to. The view of the Lake and all around this property is just so peaceful and beautiful. Any questions I had he got back to me very fast. The pictures do not do justify how nice and spacious the property actually is. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

This was perfect for our family to make meals, play games, watch movies, ski and snowmobile. Lots of beds and bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of dishes. We loved it!

Such a beautiful, clean and spacious property. The main living space provided plenty of room and comfort for us to spread out, chat, cook, craft and just be together. The bathrooms are well situated and the beds are comfortable. The property manager was super easy to work with when we had a couple questions and changes we needed to make. We would definitely stay at this property again.Lovely.
