We loved staying at Casa Agave! We enjoyed the heated pool all day and through the night. The extra fee to have the pool heated was well worth it! To be able to swim from the time we got up in the morning until we went to bed in the middle of February was amazing. Wendy keeps her home very well maintained and has everything you might need. We enjoyed her outdoor spaces so much we really didn’t spend much time inside. The location was close enough to stores, downtown and a short 20 min drive into palm desert. We will def try to book with Wendy again. Thank you Wendy!

The place is beautiful and the location great. The house is very well designed. It has many ways to open to the outdoors. The dining area opens to a lovely courtyard with citrus trees. The pool and spa were a highlight for us. Both a perfect temperature and lovely to be in at night with the moon overhead and the backyard lit perfectly. We hiked into the national monument at the end of the road - great way to enjoy a part of the Coachella valley we hadn’t explored. And La Quinta has many great restaurants.

Lovely big house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths which was ideal for our party of 3. The yard and pool were wonderful.

Outside pool & spa area was so enjoyable with lots of extra seating & gardens.. plus the backyard has a large fire pit for evening gathering. Thank you Wendy for sharing your home and being a great hostess.. even going the extra mile to send back a shirt my husband forgot! A special "desert oasis" that we would like to return to and recommend for planning your next vacation.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this desert oasis in La Quinta. We spent most of our time floating in the beautiful pool but really only left the property to go to the store. We were able to roast s’more‘s in the built in campfire, bbq steaks and enjoy the various plants and beautiful different sitting areas of the property. I’ve stayed at many VRBO‘s and This one was the most well stocked of all. Loved it.

There were 4 of us and everyone had their own space. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the house overall.

Wendy has an awesome beautiful home. Super clean and comfortable. Nice size pool not too deep perfect for our kids. Will definitely come back .

Peaceful, beautiful, private, relaxing, comfortable - desert oasis with so much charm, beautiful garden, eclectic decor, and other than groceries - never have to leave the property...As we like to eat out when on vacation, the proximity to Old Town was perfect as well!!

Casa Agave is a desert oasis ideal for families. Plenty of inside and outside space that allow for everyone to enjoy and not feel crowded. The house and grounds have lots of interesting features that will keep you exploring. Wendy was a gracious host who has thought of, and provided, everything (and I mean everything). So be sure to check out this Desert Oasis when planning your next family get away in the desert!

Wendy is such an amazing hostess! We’ve stayed here three times. Although we’ve never met her in person, she has managed to repeatedly make us feel “at home” away from home over the years. The pool and yards are perfect for relaxing!

Wendy’s home was fantastic for our friends weekend. She has everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend. Everyone slept comfortably and enjoyed the pool and clean home. Plus she had lots of little extras that made the stay special and different than other rentals I’ve been in. The property is large enough to have enough space for our group and we never felt crowded and were able to enjoy together time as well as our own quiet time. I highly recommend this rental for your group.

What a charming house. The pool and spa was clean and loved the umbrella and wading area to sit under. It was up to 120 degrees so it was nice to have a place for shade in the pool. Also night swimming with pool and spa lights was awesome. We had the bluetooth speaker outside for music. We lived in the pool for the most part. Great time with our teenage boys. The house was very comfortable with the AC and fans. Checkin/checkout was easy. Property was close to grocery stores and restaurants that we ordered take out food. The welcome basket with snacks and deck of cards was really thoughtful. Overall great place for a weekend family getaway.

What do travelers want when renting a VRBO? A home that is tidy, uncluttered, that has amenities that their own home does not have. A place to store and hang up your clothing. When traveling with children and a large group, a refrigerator and freezer that can accomodate the food of the guests. In 115 degree weather, a properly working ice maker, A well maintained yard that is safe for kids and animals that are welcomed. Gates that function-access to extra parking. A working TV with X-Box that the kids were trying to get to work. 3/5 functioning TVs (especially in the kids rooms). The pool and general aspects of the house were beautiful and there is so much potential for a great VRBO with a little TLC. That the home is the primary residence of the owner I'm sure impacted the tidiness of certain visable areas. In comparison to other VRBO's that are lived in where the residents usually have separate refrigerators and storage areas for clothes, etc under lock and key. The yard is overgrown with Firestick or Pencil Cactus which is toxic to kids and animals. I felt on high alert when the dog and kids were in the yard. I think the pictures on the website are from 10 years ago. Like I said- a lot of potential with a little TLC!

Our rental was awesome! Wendy was so kind, she welcomed us with an ice chest full of goodies to enjoy. She worked with us to checkout at a later time. She was very responsive to my messages. We wanted to stay longer because we were having an amazing time. Stores and restaurants were close. Neighborhood was great. We had a small speaker, didn't play music too loud and got to enjoy our pooltime. I would rent this rental again.

What an amazing stay! Casa Agave was exactly what we were looking for! The house was full.of character and incredibly charming. Wendy was an extremely attentive and gracious host. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket with an assortment of items, including a deck of cards which came in very handy! The pool was clean and amazing, and everything was easy to find. The vibe of this house was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Wendy - we can't wait to go back!

This home is charming, warm, and inviting. And the grounds? Mom and young adult kids felt like royalty with a gorgeous pool and landscaping in a walled estate! Very private:) With COVID, how awesome to be able to get away for a few days and have no desire to leave. We played games, lived in the pool and watched some really bad movies. (Don't judge!) Wendy literally thought of everything...unbelievable. There was a welcome gift with the goodies for S'mores, snacks, cereal, water, and all sorts of other treats. We're usually fairly good at bringing what we need but if you forget something, she had toiletry baskets, sunscreen, those things you wished you'd thought of (spices!). The kitchen is incredibly well stocked as is the bar with cocktail shakers, lemon/lime squeezers...you name it. We brought our own spirits but if you need to use something, she simply asks that you replace it. (We "needed" a bottle of Pinot Grigio and just asked Wendy to take it out of our deposit...not even sure if she did:) Her kindness though is what really touched us. Three days before our departure our pup had emergency surgery and she offered to let us leave a day early to get home and relieve dad/son from doggy babysitting duties. The get-away was to be the entire family:( So very appreciative that she offered this. One other comment: when looking for properties in the Palm Springs area, be careful to note whether taxes and other fees are included. Many we looked at had a per night price but when you read the fine print, these fees/taxes were nuts...some almost doubled the per night cost. With Casa Agave, Wendy is super straight-forward and essentially everything is included...and it's very well-priced. You're in for a treat...we'll be back!

We stayed 4 nights at Wendy’s home with 3 of our adult kids when they came to visit us from colder climates. A great location for walking to Old LaQuinta for meals, ice cream, and coffee and hiking in the hills. Lots of time was spent in the awesome yard and pools with the sunny weather we experienced while here. The yard has many locations for sun and shade throughout the day to suit your desires. The fruit trees in the yard were an added bonus to make fresh squeezed lemonade and juices daily. The well stocked kitchen with all the condiments was very helpful. A great family time! Thanks again Wendy for sharing your fabulous home with us!

Marvelous property and amenities! Checkin / checkout process was flawless and easy! Information/instructions from owner clear and easy to follow. Gift basket was such a special and generous! Property was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants! Highly recommended this property! Will definitely rent again!

Casa Agave is a great place to just "relax". Big enough for our party of 7 to spread out, yet cozy. The owner is experienced and has everything set up to just move right in!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Agave! It really does have everything you need, including a generous gift basket from the owner Wendy. She was so helpful and provided lots of information regarding area attractions. We basically spent three days in the pool and jacuzzi, bbqing, telling stories around the fire pit and just flat out relaxing. That's what a vacation is all about! Thanks again Wendy!!

Very comfortable and beautiful property. It felt very much like a home away from home! Safe neighborhood, but felt even more so being fully enclosed. The pool offered respite from the heat, and the hot tub soothed sore muscles from our adventures! The whole home has a relaxing ambiance. Extra touches, like a welcome gift basket for our 'kids', delicious freshly baked blueberry bread, fresh fruit on the trees, and a well stocked kitchen made us feel quite spoiled. The owner is incredibly organized and communicative. We probably won't ever go to another Stagecoach, but we would love to stay here again for a golf vacation!

This home was a perfect spot for us. We had 2 young children and 7 adults but it held us well. It was difficult to travel with the children so we stayed at the pool most of the time. We should have heated the pool but it was ok for the adults. It is a beautifully landscaped yard. And the home flows well. We had a wonderful time and would stay there again. Good location also. Just as described.. very comfortable home. Bed were all very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware etc you would need. We did not have an opportunity to use the pool .. but was private and welcoming.

The house is artfully furnished. The outside fire place, swimming pool and jacuzzi add a nice touch. Our family had a wonderful time.
