Wonderful spacious place, great hanging out areas and great cooking supplies and stocked kitchen. The decks though, wow! Comfy furniture and breathtaking views. Overall the place is spacious, clean, stocked, perfect.

My husband & I stayed for the month of Sept 2023 to be near our daughter, who lives nearby. We chose this property for the location & outdoor space, which were both excellent, & because it was pet friendly. We love older homes with character, and this one had much of it! The rooms, closets & laundry room are spacious. The kitchen was equipped for our needs (past experience has taught us to travel with items most important to us). We had a small issue with the faucet spray, which the landlord immediately fixed (Thank you!!). The front door mud room was a nice bonus, as it was a perfect area to leash up the dogs & for us to store our trailer hitch & grate. The hot water & pressure were good. The single bathroom & shower stall are a bit small, without much counter/shelf space. I would recommend some shelving along the walls & in the shower. The large bathroom window was much appreciated 😉. The deck is fantastic! We spent all of our time out there. The only negatives we had were that the beds & sofa were not very comfortable, & our dog was not a fan of the open-step metal staircase leading to the apartment. What we loved most: the deck & large windows facing all 4 exposures, which creates a nice cross-breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would rent here again.

We enjoyed the location of the unit and walked downtown at night to see the pretty lights on Main Street. Everything was very clean and plenty of towels for the hot springs. We also loved the lights on the deck at night.

We stayed here to experience beautiful Glenwood! We did the adventure park and hot springs, it was all so close. The space and view from the deck was an awesome bonus!

The location is just off the main street , so everything was walkable, but it was still quiet. we loved the deck!!!

House was as advertised. Nice outdoor area. KAYCE was quite responsive and attentive. Great location to town. Walking distance to most that you’ll want to do. Getting a rental car was easy too. I would stay there again.

The property was exactly as advertised. While not high end in furniture and appliances and some gaps in flooring, the location and price make it hard to beat. I would stay there again.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Really appreciated the outdoor deck area, it made the property 5 stars. One thing I wasn't expecting, they only have 1 stall shower and no tub. Not a huge issue but with little kids it might be tricky with baths. Or for adults shaving legs, lol. Overall great property though - we'd stay here again!

Reasonable rate for the property. Booked because it was pet friendly - should be noted that the steps leading to the second floor are metal grated and our dog had difficulty walking on them.

The location was great and there were plenty of sleeping options. The stairs are a metal grate so the dogs struggled but the space was otherwise very well equipped for dogs. One of the bedroom door knobs and the lever for the kitchen sink were not attached so it seems like some minor maintenance needs to be done.

My buddy and I needed a place to stay for a week long fly-fishing trip. This was a perfect spot. It was walking distance to downtown, but quiet and spacious. We loved hanging out, grilling, and relaxing on the huge patio. The indoor space was aged, but very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. If you're planning a stay with friends or family who need a place to crash while in the beautiful mountains of Colorado, this is the place!

Lots of room, air conditioning, great location (in town), only downside was only one bathroom.
