Everything was disgusting!!! The door knob to the front door was unattached..you could see outside from how unattached it was..we didn't feel safe at all. The floors were filthy I had to go buy cleaning products because the mop that was provided looked like something from a horror film! The air conditioner didn't work so although the bedrooms had a window air conditioner it wasn't enough to cool the whole house down so we tried opening the windows but very few actually have a screen. Outside furniture was broken.The shower & the shower curtain were nasty as well. The couch was broken...holes in the wall. Last but not least the beds were extremely hard. And they had the audacity to charge a hefty cleaning fee as well as ask for a tip! Lol. We stayed here last year & it was comfortable back then don't know what happened but I'll NEVER come back! Oh & Alicia upfront has an attitude from hell. Very rude..couldn't even look up to say hello. Definitely NOT something I would sit upfront as a first impression to the company.

it was not very clean. floors was dirty, walls was dirty, fans was dirty, had old dog pee on everything, no central ac or heater. fans was noisy. needs rock in the drive and to the steps we walked in the mud everyday to get to the door. it looks like the property is still under construction with things not finished.

I loved the area ,, close to the shops and food stores, how close it was to the river, very beautiful and organized

What I didn't like was that it was very dusty, and there were dirty socks under the bed, open condom wrappers in the drawers, the blankets on the beds smelled like sweat as if they were never washed

Loved the deck off the kitchen! Great place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax at the end of the day

It was a nice cabin

It was very dirty. Floor was filthy, crock pot had dried food in it. Stove was greasy... Never have I rented a place that I’ve had to clean up myself. This is the second time this has happened with Upper Cannon... we made the best of it and enjoyed family, but we won’t recommend. Thanks

The stream behind the property was absolutely gorgeous. Didn’t look like much on the outside but the inside was really nice clean and very spacious. Definitely will be back.
