The staff was awesome. The hotel was very nice with comfortable beds.

it’s not the properties fault but the people above us kept running across the floor very loudly and the person in room next to ours kept letting the door slam loudly every time the went in and out, which was a-lot. This all took place at night when we were in bed sleeping and again VERY early in the morning, while we were still trying to sleep. People are just RUDE!!!

We paid for the thanksgiving dinner. The food was horrible! The gravy was watered down. The mixed veggies were cold, the turkey was a sliced breast which created small pieces and when we asked for more we were denied an additional slice. The dressing was flavorless and mushy. After tasting the meal I was thankful that they were rationing the portions because what they put on my plate was trashed. I might have taken the plate out for the deer to eat but decided not to ruin their meal.

there are rusts on faucet, the room is evidently old but you know it is clean

Location was great. Convenient to walking paths. Cook to order breakfast was very good. Room was spacious. Pet friendly a plus.

Pet fee was a bit higher than most hotels. Had to decline first room due to location. Booked a premium room and should have been given a better room at check in.

elevators a little hard to find. Bar closed early due to other non bar guests not following rules.

It was a beautiful resort with several amenities.

I would have liked for our room to have a mirror on the wall across from the bathroom.

The area was beautiful and the views were even more beautiful.

Although the staff and our stay was very nice, I didn’t get a resort feel from the property. I’ve stayed at a few resorts and i just didn’t get that feel from this property. Our room didn’t feel as big and the bathroom definitely needed some upgrades. I t felt more like a hotel stay vs resort stay.
