Située au centre de Tahoe Vista, entre Tahoe City et Kings Beach, cette charmante location de vacances est le lieu idéal pour vos escapades estivales ou hivernales.
L'intérieur de cette maison de montagne est également idéal. La grande salle à l'étage dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec de nouveaux meubles haut de gamme, cuisine gastronomique, de grandes fenêtres et des plafonds voûtés. Discutez avec le chef pendant que les enfants jouent aux cartes à la table et que les grands-parents regardent les nouvelles du soir. Avec une table à manger pour six et cinq sièges de bar à l'îlot de la cuisine, il y a amplement d'espace pour tout le groupe, mais vous pouvez aussi essayer de dîner en plein air sur le pont avant! Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez également une élégante suite principale avec lit king-size et une salle de bain avec baignoire, une double vasque et une douche séparée. De l'autre côté du couloir, la deuxième chambre offre un lit queen confortable et une salle de bain complète adjacente avec un combo douche / baignoire.

Great dog friendly place close to store and lake. Everything we needed to cook and clean for a family was there. Nicely and comfortably furnished without being fussy. The hot tub and bath were a luxury too.

The check in process was seamless. The property itself was clean and was spacious. Also there were plenty of beds (not just pull out couch beds) so everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Location is also great. Parking at the beach can be hard to find on weekends but luckily we were able to just walk from our property to the beach in 5-10 min.

The check in process was seamless. The property itself was clean and was spacious. Also there were plenty of beds (not just pull out couch beds) so everyone was able to sleep comfortably. Great house, great location!
We loved the Agatam Retreat! Furnishings were nice, house was clean, and allows dogs which was so great! The two different family rooms gave space for the adults and the kids. Kitchen was well stocked. It's walking distance to Moon Dune beach which is a sand beach with rocks in the water and a sandbar that makes the water warmer. The neighborhood is super quiet with a mix of year-round residents and part-time residents. We hope to be back soon!

The house itself had a lot of positives and potential. The house and kitchen were well equipped and organized, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. There were only 2 of us in the house and the space was sufficient enough, but I can't imagine having more than 4 in the house (although there is a second living area and sleeping space for 8). I say this because the house felt crowded and it was hard to find a comfortable chair. The kitchen table was cramped with the 6 bar stools in the kitchen, the outdoor table also barely fit the space. This house needs new window coverings and just a few thoughtful touches, which would make it feel so much nicer. It just felt like a worn down rental instead of a comfortable, relaxing vacation space.

Very nice, clean, spacious home! The kitchen was very user friendly, has everything you need to make any type of meal. Very nice having a living room upstairs and family room downstairs, both with TVs. Best part was that it is only 2 minutes away from our favorite restaurant, Lanzas!

We loved this house - it has everything you need and the layout is great for 6-8 people. The front deck is a nice place to spend time during the evenings. The backyard is not landscaped so we didn’t spend time out there or on the back deck at all, but we didn’t feel we needed to with the nice front deck. The only real complaint we had was that the water for showers never got above lukewarm. This is likely an easy fix by messing with the water heater settings. We look forward to coming here again next year!

It was so close to everything.(beach, walks, Safeway, Minature Golf, and frozen Yogurt.) the weather was the best, even at 68 to 74 degrees it was very warm. Be careful you can get sunburned in the high altitude. We all would recommend the home to anyone and we will come back again. Loved all of it. Even the beds were comfy and the pillows. It was a little warm up stairs but there were fans available and that helped. Loved Sand Harbor too it was about 10 or 15 min. drive. I give it a 5 star or more. I have already recommended it to a friend and she has made a call on it.
