Enjoyed the property!

It was a very nice property with a perfect view of the ocean. The screened in porch was perfect for family meals and relaxing. The 2nd outdoor porch on the floor above gave great views of the surrounding area. The pool was perfect for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

There were thoughtful touches like nightlights in all of the right places, labeled switches, remotes, cabinets, etc. Our son enjoyed having his own little space on the top floor. The cable box does not work in the main bedroom, but that was the only issue we experienced. Beautiful condo that we would be happy to stay in again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th vacation in IOP, but 1st time staying in Wild Dunes. We are a family with 2 teens + grandma (5 guests total). Tidewater condo complex and beach area was very family oriented. We saw families of all ages at the pool and beach. We were concerned that our teenagers would miss walking to restaurants and ice cream, but they didn’t seem to mind at all. We took the opportunity to explore different restaurants on IOP, Mount Pleasant, and Sullivans Island. I highly recommend checking out Islander 71 at the IOP marina. Tidewater I 302 was very clean and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and extra bedding. We were disappointed that there was no Keurig/pod coffee maker, but made a quick trip to Harris Teeter for ground coffee. Our 17 year old stayed upstairs, he loved having his own room and deck. The rest of us were not comfortable going up and down the curved staircase-it is very narrow and steep. Great for a teenage hang out. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch overlooking the pool and beach. Although labeled at oceanfront, we were surprised how far the beach was from the condominium complexes in Wild Dunes. I, personally, missed the breeze and the sound of the ocean, but the rest of the family enjoyed the non-crowded, expansive beach experience.

The property is perfect...from sunrise strolls on the beach to afternoon's at the pool and dinners on the top deck. It was perfect. Such an adorable place. We loved this condo.

Wild Dunes is a really great, safe area with lots to do. This condo was nice in that it is oceanfront (literally steps to the beach) and has a pool. The layout is good for a small family. There is a loft on the second floor that has a TV and a twin mattress that doubles as a sofa, and our two kids enjoyed that space. The view from the upper deck is nice, and the sunrises are spectacular from this property--you don't need to leave the porch to view it! The porch on the main level is screened in, and that was great. The beds are comfortable, although the twins in the second bedroom were pretty unstable as far as being able to shift them around on top of the box springs. The kitchen is nice, and had all utensils we needed. If you want any oils/spices, though, you need to bring them or purchase them at the local grocery store, a few miles up the road. The grocery stores we visited didn't have plastic bags, only paper. While this was great for us, just be aware if you prefer plastic or need to reuse them for other things, you may want to being them with you. Also, there is no plasticware available in this property (meaning no washable plastic plates/cups/utensils). While that worked for our family with older kids, that may be something a family with younger children needs to bring. The fridge is full-size, and that was great too. All appliances are in nice shape. There are a few beach chairs and toys for the beach in the second bedroom closet. Bring your own beach towels. The washer/dryer was useful to have in the unit as well. There is a chest in the foyer with lots of games and puzzles too--a nice selection. The keypad is helpful; having that on the front door as opposed to a key is so much more convenient. The complex isn't soundproof; you can hear your neighbors going up and down the stairs, walking around in their units, etc. That was not distracting to us at all, just be aware. There is also an elevator. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property! We hope to visit again should we be in that area; we really enjoyed our stay.

You could sit on the screened in porch and see the ocean and hear it. Beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There is even a twin bed on the top floor, where it was also decorated beautifully. Plenty of seating up on the Carolina porch as well as the screened in porch. Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome spot. Great pool and beach. Two good sized bedrooms but past four people would be hard. Had all needed except a few things like oven mitts and a broom. One issue is if cooking anything that smokes the alarm goes off quickly. Would stay again

It is a lovely 2 BR, 2 BA condo with an extra sleeping loft, as it is on the top floor. It has been updated at some point, and was quite clean. Location is great with the pool and the beach just a short walk away. The towels were plush and plentiful. I do expect much better quality sheets for the amount we paid for 3 nights. The seating and the TV could be better arranged in the living area; few seats have a good view of the TV. Owners/managers should consider adding some basic supplies like boxes of tissue and hand soap pumps in the bathrooms; those tiny wrapped bars of soap are messy and environmentally unfriendly. Finally, it is not necessary to make renters stop at the office for a key code; that can be delivered over email, as can any documents that need to be signed. Overall, I would stay here again.
