"The Fabulous Beach House"

Convenient location, very clean, everything works as it should. Any communication with the property owners is responded to quickly. I would recommend this property 100%. And should the opportunity arise to visit again, it’s the first location I would choose.

We traveled here with family for graduation weekend. The hosts were absolutely awesome. Answered every question we had and SUPER friendly. The house was just at it says in its name.....FABULOUS!!! Very spacious, super clean, had literally everything you need. You only need to bring your clothing. Just steps to the lake, very quiet neighborhood. If you are traveling anywhere near Sylvan Beach/Syracuse/Verona Beach area......this is absolutely your place. Bedroom and bathroom on main level was perfect for Grammy. Lots of closet space! House even had some games and a CD player! Perfect place for a getaway!! The hosts really treated us like family and not just a renter. Appreciate all they did!!! If we ever are in the area again, we will absolutely stay here. If you are comparing places.......stop comparing.......this is your place!!

This property is in the perfect location, just steps across the beach, walking distance from downtown & gas station/Dollar General right across the street. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this clean, bright, comfortable home. Enjoyed the view of the lake across the street & the easy beach access, beautiful sunsets. We appreciated all the things the host provides, besides sheets & towels there were many other basic essentials, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

This is our 2nd time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint!
Home is clean, well stocked with comfy beds! The beach is close by and well kept! The entire area has been rejuvenated! It’s a great spot!!!

Five "senior" adults were very comfortable in this well-appointed house. Central to Sylvan Beach and restaurants. While we were all adults, the hosts have provided everything a family with children would need and more.
We would happily return and enjoy it a second time.

Perfect vaca place!
This rental was perfect! Clean, nicely set up, easy beach access, walking distance to anything in town. Gas station and convenience store was right across the street. Views were great and central air was a blessing! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place!

It REALLY is a FABULOUS BEACHOUSE!
Super clean and more spacious than pictures capture. Easy access to the beach where even on a 90 degree afternoon, wasn't crowded and so very relaxing. Definitely plan to cook or grill at the house as restaurants in the area are limited and can get packed quickly (even on a weeknight). The owners are very nice, thoughtful and close by, so you really won't need to bring anything but food and your bathing suit :)

Daniel was the best host ever! Had a great time with him when we first got there! Hopefully didn't get him in trouble with his wife, who unfortunately was out of town! Will definitely recommend to everyone AND book again!

A bright interior spacious home located close to beach
Loved being close to beach. There is a sand pathway across street to beach very short waking distance. Loved the interior light & airy. Was a great vacation for family. Would rent again

"The Fabulous Beach House" was FABULOUS
The house was perfectly clean and loaded with everything you would need for a normal week at home. It is on the opposite side of the road from the beach, but I could throw a softball onto the sand from the porch and it has direct access to the beach! Walking distance to the store, restaurants, and the amusement park. We used the car once all week and only because it was raining. Very highly recommended!

This house is clean and modern. Just right for 6 people and a few kids. A little crowded for more than that but we made it work with 7 adults/5 children and really enjoyed it. The children played on the porch on the side of the house (I wish there was a deck) and even played in the street which has minimal traffic. We could not all eat at the same time at the table but eating in shifts worked. The beach is very close, the children could walk on their own and meet adults already down there. We loved that we could walk to all the restaurants, amusement park and especially the ice cream shop! We were disappointed there was only one breakfast place in town but Mary's Diner is 5 minutes away by car. Owner is local and very attentive. We hope to come back!

Great Beach house
This house had everything we needed and wanted, very clean, right across the street from the beach. Very close to convenience store and Dollar General. Central air was awesome, we used the wifi, grill, pool floaties for the lake, beach chairs and umbrella (all included with the house). Would highly recommend this property to any family wanting a relaxing vacation. Short drives away are movie theaters, casinos and great restaurants.

Wonderful time had by all-perfect spot
The location was fabulous (the home is appropriately named), great views, close to the water and all local activities, as well as the Turning Stone, State Fair and for me and my mother--a visit to our hometown to pop in on relatives. The house was as described, clean and provided for all amenities. The owners were responsive, friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and memorable.

We had a great time and the Fabulous Beach House lived up to its expectations. We had all possible amenities and then some. It was in close proximity to the beach and walking distance to the town. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly fabulous time at The Fabulous Beach House!
We rented The Fabulous Beach House for our "Big Chill" reunion and it comfortably housed the 8 of us. It is a clean, beautiful house, close to the beach with the modern conveniences such as wifi and air conditioning. Also, it is in walking distance of a convenience store, restaurants/bars, a liquor store and other attractions. Daniel and Edie were welcoming, helpful and responsive hosts. We had a truly fabulous time! I would highly recommend it!

New, cleanliness: immaculate. A/C wonderful. Owner goes above and beyond to supply all your needs. Rented a lot of older cottages over the years it was so nice to be in a new house....no dankness, no bugs. It sets a new standard!
Only suggestion: Another chair or couch for around the TV would be nice.

Fabulous Getaway!
The name of this property says it all - fabulous! Modern, well-appointed and literally steps from the beach. We spent a week here with our extended family and had a wonderful time. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, and they have filled the house with everything guests could need!

Stunning beachhouse!
We rented this beach house for a week and had a great time making wonderful memories hanging out at the beach and seeing family! Very clean and welcoming no need to bring a ton of extra stuff they had it all! We will definitely rent this beach house again! Thank you again to the owners Daniel and Edie we had a great time!

High School Reunion Party, great place!
This place really was a fabulous spot! It was clean, the porch had a great view to the lake and the owners were very kind. Not to mention tv and wifi helps. Would recommend to anybody!

Great location, not too close to the noisy bars in the center of the village, not too far away to walk there comfortably. Excellent access to the beach. Pretty new small home, everything we needed was available. Everyone enjoyed our little home away from home. Friendly owners were nearby and very helpful with anything we needed.

Great location at the beach
Stayed here for Christmas weekend while visiting family in the Syracuse area. Loved the location - off the main road and convenient to beach, but within walking distance of shops & a convenience store.
House is very nicely set up - comfortable furnishings, newer washer/dryer & bathrooms. Kitchen well apportioned with everything needed to cook for a family. Stayed with our two little ones and they had a blast. Owner right around the corner for questions.
