Immaculée et récemment rénové la maison au bord du lac. Very Large front de mer paver patio avec marches à quai qui vous conduisent dans le lac fond de sable. Regardez par la fenêtre de la salle à manger et se sentir comme vous êtes sur la côte ouest en regardant une incroyable vue sur l'océan couchers de soleil.
Ceci est la luxueuse maison idéale pour des vacances en famille merveilleuse, avec la capacité de marcher 500 pieds dans le lac sans eau allant bien au-dessus de vos genoux. La plupart des familles ont choisi de faire ressortir quelques chaises et un pique-nique de l'eau avec les enfants, ou tout simplement avoir un verre de vin le soir tout en regardant le coucher de soleil à partir de votre trône d'eau.
Les attractions locales de plage comprennent un parc familial de loisirs, une multitude de restuarants et bars de plage, une variété de plage et des magasins d'antiquités, et le parc de village local (avec animation régulière), ainsi que le canal et le quai. La maison est à environ 15 minutes de Turning Stone Casino, le casino dispose de 2 terrains de golf PGA, 5 restaurants exceptionnels, 4 salles de soirée et des spectacles tout au long de l'année.

This is my third time at this property and it does not disappoint. The owners respond quickly and take care of you if something comes up. Located in a sweet small town with friendly people and some good food. I'm sure I will return a fourth time!

We enjoyed staying on the beach and the kids had a lot of fun in the water. The smoke detectors went off for no reason during the day but the owner quickly fixed it. There were bees on the patio... they liked our beverages. I'm not sure if there is a fix to that issue. All in all we had a nice time there.

The home was as presented. Took a few pictures of some minor issues upon arrival. Everything resolved. Totally enjoyed being on the water, having fires on the patio each night and plenty of indoor space for our rain day. A ipad was left behind & it is being mailed back to us. Perfect family vacation!

We had a wonderful family cottage week at this property. It has a massive patio, dock and small sandy beach area for kids. Very nice and private. Everything was very, very clean.

This property was a perfect family get away with my children and their families. Such a relaxing, roomy house with picture perfect views of the lake. The grandkids loved playing in the little sandy beach right next to the property! The water is shallow for a great distance, so no worries with little ones getting in water over their heads! Beds were comfy, and check in was seem less.
The patio was beautiful for enjoying coffee in the morning and BBQing at night with awesome sunsets!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful location. kitchen needs more pans/pots for cooking for larger family. Very few wine glasses. Just needs to be better equipped if guest cook dinner

We loved our stay. It was perfect. Having an enclosed patio was perfect - kept our 2 year contained! The little beach was like having our own beach. We just booked for next year!

This house is actually bigger than the pictures look, and has an even better view (which I did not think was possible). Great communication from the owners, throughly clean home, gorgeous patio, we cannot say enough good things about it. The lake is extremely shallow for a long way out, the kids loved being in the "middle of the lake", but only up to their knees. Very peaceful and relaxing, we will be back

We grew up in this area and returned for a week at Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake. Many relatives who live in NY State came to visit us during this week and enjoy this beautiful lake from our comfortable homes spacious waterfront patio. Lots of memories shared and the younger family members met the extended family. Was a precious time.

I have rented this property before and some friends wanted to return with me for a relaxing visit. We loved the fantastic view of the lake and found some delicious restaurants still open. The fall foilage was beautiful. The house was in great shape and stocked with everything we needed. I found the owners to be quickly responsive to a question I had, just like in the past. I really appreciate being able to reach you so easily, Adam and Glen. Hope to return to your amazing house in the future.

We enjoyed the large spacious lake view patio most of all.
We liked the open-ness of the main living area. The dining table was large enough to seat all of us. Once again the dining table is positioned overlooking the patio. The amusement park in town was a bonus. All in all a wonderful week together.

We don't get away from work often and needed a place close-by for a staycation. We invited friends whom we don't get to see often. This property blew us all away. I would pay money just to walk through the front door and look at the lake view from the wall-to-wall living/dining room picture windows for 5 minutes. The sunrise and sunset are not to be missed! The house itself is clean, roomy, and well-stocked. There is plenty of water pressure, good cell signal, refreshing AC, TVs in every room, nice appliances, quiet neighbors, and plenty of parking. The outdoor patio is expansive, with plenty of seating for lounging and dining. Our hosts were attentive and reliable when we needed to communicate. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts.

Most attentive hosts!
This is a beautiful spot in Sylvan Beach. The location of the house affords some privacy with a nice fence on one side and the street between you and the neighbors on the other side. That said, the neighbors are friendly and nice. The extra large patio allows for fantastic views of the water(watching the ducks) and the sunsets as well as a fireplace for s'mores! We parked three cars easily. You could park 4 smaller ones. The air conditioning works well. The beds are comfy. The house is well stocked with every thing you need. Didn't find a close grocery store but the Dollar General is very close and will have whatever you forgot, if the owners didn't already think of it! The owners respond to any issues or questions very quickly. The town is quiet during the week. The food is good, but the best thing about Sylvan Beach is the people. Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. We visited Verona State Park for a picnic. We brought food but also sampled the delicious food at the Snack bar there. We enjoyed Point Place casino and ice cream at What's the Scoop. We loved The Pancake House, too. Thankyou, Glenn and Adam for quick responses to all my questons.

Family mini vacation with college sons
My sister a friend and I rented the house so we could get a little mini vacation and our boys could meet us. It was in between our sons colleges and they met us there. It was a great location and we spent most of the time on the amazing back patio. The owners were friendly and accessible and even offered us a late check out because they weren’t expecting anybody for a few days. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was the perfect getaway for a three day weekend. Everything in the house was wonderful and we had a great time!!!’ You will love it too!!

Picture Perfect
Great time at this lake front property! House was as described right on the water and close to the places we wanted to visit. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The size of the deck was amazing and allowed social distancing in these uncertain times.
Having grown up near this location, but moved away 11 years ago, this was a perfect spot to host family and friends. Would love to rent this place again for a week every summer going forward. You will not be disappointed.

Peaceful, Spacious, Beautiful Sunsets.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to restaurants, beach, and amusement park. The kids loved the warm, shallow water. Bring beach or camp chairs if you have them to hang out on the sandbar. We really loved the huge tables for eating together and doing board games and puzzles. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Views!
Absolutely a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The porch area was spectacular so many chairs umbrellas and the fire pit, grill were awesome. The town was walking distance with many fun restaurants. Definitely loved the Grace Tyler Estate Winery short drive away. Many parks to see just due to COVID the trails were not open. The house had many amenities. We would definitely go back.

covid 19 vacation
Good experience the house was nice we enjoyed the patio and the sunsets where great owners where helpful with info on where to launch our boats and made a place on there other property for us to park our boat trailers. Boating was a bit rougher than we where used too.Great swimming for the kids.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view!
We usually vacation on a lake in Ontario, but because of the border closure, we chose Oneida Lake instead. This home is the perfect space to spend time with family because the kitchen, living room and dining room are open and easily accessible. Plus, it's literally right on the lake. We especially enjoyed the huge patio where we could sit in the sun, play corn hole, and even make s'mores together. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house itself was very clean. It's a great place to spend a relaxing week!

Waterfront Getaway
My overall impression was a great location, wonderful waterside patio. Interior I would suggest getting better pillows and sheets. I managed a bed and breakfast before and found that guests really preferred as well as I do, white linens and down or down like pillows. Also where a king bed fits it would have been much more comfortable. Thanks for the stay

Extended Weekend Stay - Off Season
The little beach town was quite but preparing for the madness of Memorial Day Weekend, which actually made our stay a bit better in my opinion, a bit less hectic than it probably would be during peak season. The patio and views from the patio are the highlight of this place, not to slight the interior which was also very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to Turning Stone Casino/Golf where we spent most of our time between the Casino and Golf Courses. Adam was very responsive to my inquiries and Glenn was also very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in a hidden little beach town in upstate NY. Also if you do go, you have to hit the Pizza King and get the Utica Greens!

Charming Lake House
Amazing view, fantastic location, and the house was absolutely perfect for the 9 of us! The kitchen set up was a great spacae to cook all our meals. We used the island to make a buffet style, help yourself line. We spent a lot of time in the living room/dining area as we all could hang out, visit, play games, and enjoy the view. Words can't describe how being in this house added to a memorable weekend. Adam and Glenn were great to work with and I'd definitely book with them again.

Beautiful property and amazing sunset
The house was perfect for our family, we had 2 families with 6 kids and every sleeping arrangement was comfortable. The house has 2 very impressive blow up mattresses that self inflate, it couldn't be easier. The patio was the best part of the vacation, we spent every night on the patio watching the sunset with a campfire. The lake is warm and shallow with sandy bottom so no fears with kids venturing out a little bit. The patio had plenty of furniture for our large family and a propane grill. Kitchen was completely renovated with new appliances and everything we needed was there. Loved our stay we'll be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sylvan Beach. The rental home was in a great location, directly on the water, the views of Oneida Lake were beautiful and the home was roomy for a family. The owners / managers of the home were committed to making our stay enjoyable, they were helpful and easy to work with. We would come back again!

Glen was great prior to our trip sending local attractions and things to do in the area.
House was beautiful and comfortable for us (4 adults;4 children).
We rented kayak and paddleboards which was delivered to the house and we all loved spending time in the water. Water is shallow for long way out so safe for kids and no worries of motorized water vehicles coming nearby.
Few good restaurants and ice cream walking distance. We spent a rainy day at destiny mall close by... kids loved that too!!
Adam was great! If we needed anything he was available and attentive and serves some great ice cream at his shop coneheads which is a short drive away.
We look forward to vacationing here again in the future:)

Beautiful house in a perfect location!!
We were beyond impressed with our stay here this past weekend! The house and patio are much bigger than they look in the pictures! Everything was spotless when we arrived and worked great. Adam and Glenn were both very attentive and made sure we didn't need anything. Also, plenty of parking and sleeping space! The town is a short walk and there are a lot of cute restaurants and shops. We even enjoyed walking back to the house from town along the beach. Overall, I would recommend staying here 100%!
