Profitez de la paix et de la tranquillité dans vos 900 pieds carrés, deux chambres, une salle de bain, salon maison. 13 courtes rues à pied du centre-ville historique de McMinnville, après des rues résidentielles classiques et chaleureuses. Parfait pour un couple ou deux qui veulent vivre toutes les merveilles de la Willamette Valley mais qui ne veulent pas se ruiner. Prévoyez de prendre vos repas à l'extérieur (pas d'accès à la cuisine) et laissez l'Oregon Wine Zimmer être votre lieu de repos.

Enjoyed the deck, easy walk to downtown but far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

Was just me staying 3 nights. Two good sized rooms with King beds and large living room with plenty of furniture. Full size bathroom and clean. Even though there’s not a full kitchen, there’s plenty of appliances and even an ice maker. Big flatscreen, I didn’t really watch much due to daily activities. Parking right by entrance stairs to unit and there’s lights as well.
Was a nice neighborhood with friendly people walking by in the morning and afternoons while I was getting car ready for the day.
Recommend as a very affordable, nice and clean place to stay.

The holiday flat lies in a quiet neighbourhood in McMinville. It was clean and comfortable and a pleasant place to stay while visiting family.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect to get around town as well as the entire surrounding area. Made such great ease to travel to wineries if different directions. Estelle was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. The listing is extremely accurate to everything mentioned. Plus parking was so easy and it was like having our own space. This was a first class experience. Please just go when it’s available.

The accommodations were just as described. The Zimmer was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Three of us stayed very comfortably. We stayed for our Linfield University reunion. Perfect location, efficient communication and check in.

Well appointed. Clean and convenient although a car is needed to get downtown. No kitchen but not a problem for us. AC available and fans. Overall was an adequate place for our weekend stay. I would recommend.

Great stay at the Zimmer. Great communication with the owner and the property was exactly as decribed. Lots of room, comfy beds, clean, and plenty of comfy seating. The property is in a safe area with ample parking and lots of restaurants nearby.

If you are looking for a place to cook a big meal this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a clean and quiet place with comfortable beds, and life’s basic requirements (coffee and coffee maker), with a deck to sit with a glass of wine this is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay - Estelle was great with communication and food recommendations. The unit is exactly as the pictures show. It’s in a quiet neighborhood while being close to downtown McMinnvile.

We enjoyed our time there. The only suggestion would be to install a good handrail. The handrail that is there you can't wrap your hands around and had slivers.

My four friends and I stayed here for a joint birthday weekend for two of us. Even without a kitchen they had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed wine and meals on the deck, which was perfect and a great size with a table and four chairs on one end and a lounge-y area as well. The location was great - not quite downtown but a quick drive and so close to wineries. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Zimmer for 3 night for a wine tasting weekend. It was the perfect size for 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. The deck was such a nice place to sit with your coffee and a book in the morning and a nice glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely be back.

Only problem was that the only A/C is in the main room. No air in the bedrooms, so we had to sleep on the sofas. Would be great to be able to open the windows in the bedrooms and then it would've been fine. Otherwise, lovely place to stay.

This was a great place to call home base during our trip to wine country. Despite it being 100 degrees out, the A/C unit helped keep us cool. While it is a walk to the main strip, on a non-scorching day, it would be perfect for strolling downtown to grab breakfast or dinner. The neighborhood was quiet, and parking was ample. We were lucky to find this listing during the IPNC. Access to the smart TV was also a bonus since it was too hot to do much after a day of wine tasting.

Misleading Property Listing
The price is what draws you in but you get what you pay for. This is not walking distance to town (unless you consider 30 minutes reasonable) and there is a hollow door that is connected to the house where you can hear someone singing and playing the piano, doing dishes and conversing. It felt very strange, like we were staying in our friends parents house. The door had a key code and had to try several times to get in and the cleaning fee goes to the homeowner where you slip a sheet of paper under the hollow door to let them know they can come and clean. Little notes everywhere about blinds being broken and don’t do this/that. If you’re on a budget this is the place for you but we felt duped and uncomfortable.

Perfect for our needs
My Husband, Sister-in Law, and I stayed at the property. We were in town for my Son & Daughter-in Law's wedding reception. Property is about a mile from downtown McMinnville, which is loaded with shops and delicious restaurants. This property has no kitchen, however there is a small fridge, microwave, electric hot water pot , and a Kuerig. 4 coffee mugs and 4 wine glasses were also provided. there is a small round table that seats four. The living room had 2 couches, a loveseat, and a chair. The bedrooms were small but had large closets. The shower is in the tub, but it was a good shower. The deck area was great and the property is located in a nice area for walking around. The price was right as well. McMinnville is a great town

Good place for someone not looking for frills
As described in the listing this is a very basic place to stay. Two bedrooms with one bath and a living area. No kitchen although there is a coffee maker, toaster and small frig and a deck although it was to hot to sit outside as there is not an umbrella to provide shade. The beds were comfortable and there is a massive TV. If you need a hair dryer for your hair bring your own as there is not one provided.
If you are looking for a clean comfortable place to lay your head at night and want more room than a hotel this is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as expected. Clean, quiet, easy self check-in with private entry to the property. A little bit of a walk to downtown, but it was a nice stroll.

Perfect
This was a perfect location for enjoying wine country and it was only about 4 blocks from downtown. The beds were both kings, the master bath was gorgeous. The kitchen was well appointed and plenty of comfy seating in the LR. The fireplace was a nice touch on chilly evenings and mornings.
