La proximité du marché de la paille, du centre de tennis et même une balade à vélo loin de Freshfields! La plage est très proche et n'oublie pas la piscine exclusive seulement pour les clients Greenslake Cottage. C'est juste une courte promenade de 5 minutes!
Situé au 1er trou du golf de Cougar Point, ce chalet est sûr de plaire à tous. En entrant dans le chalet, le salon spacieux vous accueille avec le soleil rayonnant à travers les fenêtres. Le salon comprend un mobilier confortable, une télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD et un bureau pour travailler. Le canapé sort pour dormir. Tous les nouveaux planchers de bois franc sont dans les deux chambres et le salon.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée et a mis à jour des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a un coin repas séparé de la cuisine qui peut accueillir 6 confortablement. Les lumières du ciel ci-dessus seront sûres d'égayer votre matinée et vous avez hâte d'aller dehors. Le porche filtré offre un endroit parfait pour lire un livre ou simplement regarder la faune, le café du matin ou un cocktail en soirée.
La chambre principale a un lit king size, TV à écran plat avec une salle de bains principale privée. Le maître dispose également d'un balcon donnant sur le terrain de golf. This cottage more than exceeded our expectations! The hosts have the unit equipped with all the necessities and even more than what we needed. It was even nice to receive a personal email from the owners to check in and make certain everything was to our liking. It was just about a 15 minute walk to the beach but that was primarily because the pace was set by a 7 year old. We have typically been HHI beach goers but now are sold on Kiawah and can't wait to return in the future!

Charming condo on hole 1 of Kiawah’s Cougar course. Took us about 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach, the pool is closer to the condo…it’s an easy walk in the shade. Great communication from the owner. Kiawah was a hit for us and we would stay here again.

We loved this condo! The island is simply breathtaking…. To come “home” to this home away from home was so relaxing. Well equipped and a GREAT location on the property. Will revisit for sure!

This was an amazing vacational rental. The entire villa was clean and beautifully decorated with attractive comfortable furniture. It has a terrific view of the golf course with just a short walking distance from the beach. The owner was very kind to check-in to see if we needed anything. I will definitely tell others about this property as well as stay here again!

While we loved being on Kiawah Island for vacation, we found many issues with the 1205 Greenslake property including the following:
- overpriced for the greenslake property we actually stayed in and the level of service provided
- there were no bedsheets, blankets, or pillows for the pull out couch
- the wicker chairs on the back porch were ridiculously shredded on the chair arms which made them uncomfortable and unsightly.
- the porches were covered in deep layers of dirt which revealed they had not been pressure washed prior to guest arrival for the summer season.
- the bathrooms are extremely outdated and just gross.
- we had giant roaches in the house while there even though we kept the home clean and locked up at all times.
- the doors to the back porch were so outdated and hard to open that it hurt our wrists to open them. This is also a safety hazard if guests need to leave the house due to fire. My 4 year old could not open the back porch doors or the front doors which means she would be stuck in the house in the case of fire. Very unsafe.
- kitchen pans and knives were highly inadequate. We could not cook with the pans because everything burned even on low heat and the knives are a safety hazard.
- master bathroom door very hard to open
- the BBQ grill has very little heat so it took a long time to grill any food.
- electric receptacles in walls are old and all items plugged in fall out.
- no ice maker in fridge, and the list goes on..

This was the perfect cottage for our family. Very clean, great location, and very easy check-in. We loved sitting on the screen porch each morning a watching the golfers. We're already missing the daily bike rides and relaxing on the beach!

The overall stay was great. Condo is about 5 minutes from the entry gates of Kiawah. My children enjoyed watching golfers tee off out the back. We even took the kids over to the putting and chipping green every night at sunset!
The only complaint is the house doesn’t provide entry to the Night Heron Pool. Next time we visit Kiawah we will look for a house that comes with the Governors Pass which allows access and discounts at all the Kiawah resort dining options.

We lived this unit. Clean, nicely appointed and wonderful kitchen with every appliance one needs. We loved the screened porch overlooking the Cougar Point first hole. Convenient location to Freshfields. Only complaint was we had to buy all paper products, Saran Wrap, baggies, spices, etc.. We find it nice to have a few of these items on hand.

It was our first time staying in Kiawah. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and property manager quickly responded to an issue with the oven. The location is fantastic.

This property was just as described and it was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy a girls' weekend! We loved drinking our coffee on the back porch in the mornings and a glass of wine in the afternoons! The location was excellent as we were able to ride our bikes to the beach and to restaurants for lunch!

This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. My husband loved watching the golfers every morning. We took long bike rides, went to the beach and just relaxed! Maybe just a tad far to walk to the beach but we worked around that.

Best vacation
We love Kiawah and this little cottage we stayed in was just perfect for my family of four. I traveled with my husband and two daughters (4 yo and 8 months). The place was clean and very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach and pool everyday. Will definitely go back!

Perfect Cottage!!!
My husband and I spent a week at 1205 Flying Squirrel Court. We had stayed at this cottage in the past but was so delighted by the renovation/remodel. The decor was tasteful and homey. Kitchen was well stocked including an air fryer. The entire cottage was spotless! Our favorite area was the screened in porch, so fun to watch wildlife and golfers. Convenient to the Cougar Point Clubhouse, beach and Freshfields shopping area. Property management was delightful! We will definitely rent this cottage again.

Overall property is nice, location and porch view are great! More attention needs to be given to cleaning all porch area, lots of cobwebs and leaves. Bathtub did not drain well, when you showered you were ankle deep in water.

Generally speaking, we had a great week on Kiawah. Some of the drawbacks were that we had to be inconvenienced because the dishwasher needed repairing and the owners 'were adamant it had to be done this week prior to the PGA." To the point where my wife had her shower disrupted. Guess our time and money isnt good enough for them. With no dishwasher, we werent even left a sponge. Water bugs need to be taken care of. Pretty bad.

Great cottage!
We stayed for a week at this cottage and we were very pleased with it. It has recently been remodeled and was very clean, well stocked and had a great screened in porch overlooking a beautiful golf course (Cougar Point). Management company was easy to work with and check in was organized. Would definitely rent this cottage again!

My sister, dog, and I had a great stay at the bungalow! The location is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near Cougar's clubhouse on the first tee. It is kind of far to walk for beach access so bikes are a must have. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the screened-in porch. It was the perfect spot for our week with our extended family who stayed elsewhere. Our only caution was that the temperature control at 70 degrees led the place to be a little warm at night in July.

Beautiful location
This cottage was lovely. The location on Cougar Point golf course was very convenient for travel to Charleston. The only complaint is that the owner should obtain better knife ware and pots. I enjoy cooking at times.

Cleanliness left a little to be desired but the property management responded quickly once we called.
Very short drive, walk or bike ride to the beach and pool. Pool is a reasonable size, beach access and beach are just awesome. Clean and not crowded.
House sits on #1 tee box so you will find and hear balls venturing your way while sitting on the screened in porch.
I had to discard too many Palmetto bugs throughout the week even after they sprayed. I'm hearing they may be a "normal" visitor on the island but find it hard to believe that many classify as "normal."

Great spot on the golf course!
This property is situated in a quiet corner of our preferred West Beach area of Kiawah on the Cougar Point Golf Course. The property was perfect for our family of four with 2 generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom has his and hers closets which was great, as well as access to the screened porch which was used daily!
We rented bikes and were easily able to bike to the pools and the beach from this convenient location.
The size was perfect, the location in a culdesac was great for our young children for bike riding, and we had everything we needed for cooking meals, etc.
I would highly recommended this place for your next trip to Kiawah!
