Updated 3 Bdrm BEACH FRONT Condo only steps from the beach and the Pool!
Ce spacieux condo redécoré de 3 ch, 2 salles de bain dans le SunDial East familial accueillera facilement six personnes. La suite principale avec lit king size, la 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et le 3ème chambre a un roi. De plus, ce condo non-fumeur a un salon, une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner, une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'unité, 4 téléviseurs avec câble, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD, WIFI PRIVÉ juste pour nos clients, très grande véranda qui surplombe la cour, la piscine, la plage et le golfe du Mexique. Notre unité O-301 est juste au coin de l'ascenseur et des escaliers et dispose d'un parking couvert. Les barbecues sont situés à quelques pas de l'ascenseur. Nous fournissons des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, un parapluie et des jouets de sable pour les enfants. Pak n Play et chaise haute inclus pour les petits

Our trip was canceled without notice. I was then told to cancel the reservation myself. A tip came, owner did not want a negative review and wanted me to accept responsibility. So disappointed in entire process as well as Expedia

Wonderful experience! Large 3BR condo gave everyone their space. The extras like beach chairs, toys, towels etc were very convenient and appreciated. Wonderful communication from property manager. Location is close to pool, beach and covered parking a plus. We’ll be back and definitely recommend.

Beautiful Unit in Sanibel Island
Beautiful Unit for our first time on Sanibel Island. The pictures did not do justice. We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer than the pictures shown online. It was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a very short walk from the unit through the courtyard/pool to the beach. Since we were on the 3rd floor, an elevator was a plus. The property manager also responded to me within minutes of emailing him. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we vacation on Sanibel Island.

Amazing family time!
We had a family of 5, plenty of space for us to spread out. Location as absolutely perfect, close to pool and beach and the main building with restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay!
We totally loved our stay at the Sundial and the owner was wonderful and extremely responsive. We had everything we needed in our kitchen to cook and we had plenty of chairs and outdoor items for the beach. The condo was clean and I felt like I was home!

Family Vacation
We enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo! There was plenty of room for the six of us which was what we were looking for. The only small thing we didn’t like was the walk to the beach. That is only because we have been spoiled by our parents and their love of smaller complexes.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is very spacious with a large lanai. We stayed here last year for the first time and when we arrived this year it felt like home!!!
There is a very short walk to the beach with beach chairs and an umbrella.

Home away from home
This is the best compliment I can give this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. My sister and brother-in-law joined us for the first week and we all had plenty of room to catch up and visit and still had quiet corners if you wanted to curl up with a good book. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. We even used the grill one night and everything was spotless!! Loved the location, steps to the beach and the shelling was fabulous! We will be back!

First Stay at Sundial
This was the first time we have stayed at Sundial. The unit was very clean and well appointed, we really appreciated the pack n play, high chair and beach toys as we had our 1yo with us. The Bailey's grocery in the adjacent property was very convenient as well. Overall we had a great stay in this unit.

Although we couldn’t use all the Sundial resort facilities, the restaurants were super close and open to the public. Overall we enjoyed our two week stay at Sundial East. This is our 7th year renting properties in this complex. The owner was friendly and the property manager was accessible. We were surprised to find limited supplies, considering we we had rented for two weeks. Forcing us to purchase the basic essentials, trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. to get us through our stay. This was our first time staying for two weeks, so maybe this is normal? As all of our other rentals the supplies lasted us our one week stay. We left what we purchased behind hoping they would allow it to stay for the next renter. Something we wished was the case for us.
The condo was clean, but in need of a deep cleaning. Boogers on the walls, goldfish crackers under the living room furniture and something had been spilled behind the kitchen trash can. Appeared to possibly just get a quick clean before our check-in.
Some minor repairs needed to update the condo. Window trim in the third bedroom kept falling down, fan in the bathroom falling down and a crack in the ceiling over the master bedroom bed resulting in the ceiling bubbling. Nothing that interrupted our stay, just noticeable maintenance needs.
Location was as expected. We have littles so we walked to the neighboring buildings pool each day, due to this particular buildings pool not having a shallow end- 4 ft was the most shallow. Not a big deal, again we had little ones, it was our choice and the walk was easy. We did try to enjoy the amenities at the resort as we felt that the listing for this property made it sound like it was an option to enjoy (even though we may have to pay for some) and found out that none of it was available to us as “East renters”. We did eat sushi from the restaurant there and it was AMAZING. We highly recommend it.

I am a mom of 3 little ones and I like to keep a tidy house. There are no cleaning products provided. Staying for two weeks with kids, I was going nuts. I tried to vacuum but the vacuum was so old and burnt out that it was just spitting everything out behind it. There is a broom and dust pan- that got some good use! If I would have been confident it wouldn’t have been thrown away I would have bought cleaning stuff. Instead I depended on dawn dish soap and a container of Clorox wipes to get us by.
Overall fun was had and that’s exactly what we set out for!!
