Profitez du centre-ville et du ski avec cet emplacement pratique! À 15 minutes de l'aéroport, Midvale, UT est situé à la convergence des autoroutes 15 et 215. Ces mêmes autoroutes vous mèneront rapidement aux stations de ski et à Salt Lake City. Cet emplacement central facilite les déplacements. Ma maison est un endroit idéal pour rester toute l'année. En été, la piscine est ouverte et nous aimons nous asseoir sous le gazebo en mangeant un barbecue pendant que les enfants sautent dans la piscine. Pendant les mois d'hiver, les pistes sont un trajet court et pratique. Visiter le centre-ville est très pratique et amusant à faire toute l'année. En outre, il y a des restaurants, un cinéma, des stades sportifs, un bowling et des bars à quelques minutes en voiture. Bowling, et "un bar nommé sue" qui a une piscine gratuite, des fléchettes et un jeu de palets sont à 2 pâtés de maisons. Cet appartement familial à aire ouverte dispose de 3 chambres avec un total de 6 lits (une chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés pour les enfants), une cuisine et une grande chambre avec une table de baby-foot. La cuisine est équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine, d'ustensiles, de sets de salle à manger, d'un keurig, de tasses à café et de verres à vin. Il dispose également d'une salle de bain complète garnie de serviettes, de shampoing et de savon. De plus, les clients ont accès au wifi. Nos clients ont laissé des commentaires qui font l'éloge de l'emplacement des appartements car il est très pratique de se rendre à Snowbird, Alta, Brighton et Solitude: à 25 minutes en voiture. Il est également facile de rester ici pour se rendre au centre-ville. Nous avons une station de métro léger à 1 mile de distance. La station de train léger sur rail est accessible à pied ou facile à garer et à rouler au centre-ville. Nos anciens invités ont séjourné pour les nombreuses conférences que Salt Lake City organise. Nos clients aiment également l'environnement familial. Les enfants s'amusent à jouer au baby-foot ou à nager dans la piscine. L'espace de vie à aire ouverte facilite vraiment l'observation des enfants pendant que les adultes se détendent. En plus de cela, je réponds très rapidement et je m'efforce de gagner un avis cinq étoiles à chaque visite.

Kris could not be more friendly and hospitable. This is a basement unit but was very spacious. Great communication and responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again on my next ski trip!

We had a good stay at this centrally located home. The basement is quiet and was spacious enough for seven adults. One bathroom isn’t the best but we made it work! Although we didn’t have the time to use it, the pool looked appealing.

The hosts were very helpful. The property was adequate for what we needed. I was disappointed that the pool water was green because the pool was why I was drawn to this property. My grandkids still swam and had a great time. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was quirky but adaquate.

My wife and I took our three teen boys and three of their friends on a ski trip. 8 of us. 6 teenagers. The house accommodated us perfectly. Plenty of space. Plenty of hot water. It was good. And when we asked something from the owner, he responded quickly and positively without any hassle. A+ stay.

Very nice, owners very helpful easy to get a hold off, and put up with all the noise we made as my children loves to play board games whenever they are together, will absolutely book it again since our son lives nearby and we will be visiting him and his family frequently.

Was a little confused getting into property at first, but got in without assistance. Nice place, plenty of room for a family of 4. Kids really liked the provided snacks, and the inground pool. Definitely better than a hotel room.

What a fantastic place to stay, and great for the price. The property manager was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful. Definitely staying here again next time! We had 8 people, and not a single problem! It’s like your own 3 bedroom apartment.

Great Stay
For four men on a ski trip looking to hit multiple mountains this property was perfect. It is an easy drive to all the slopes. It has three bedrooms with four large beds. Full kitchen with all the essentials to do our own cooking, large living room to relax, a garage to drop our skis, solid wifi, and a parking spot in the driveway. Kris was easy to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. It was like being at home. And the price is right!

Awesome Deal!
I was worried about staying in a basement apartment for fear of noise from people upstairs. We never heard anyone! It felt like we had the place to ourselves.
Five Star reasons:
1) Great location. Close to stores and activities
2) Private and quiet
3) Exclusive access to the backyard (including gazebo, grill, and pool)
4) GREAT PRICE!!
5) Lots of room to sleep. Great for large group or large family

There is not a washer and dryer for clothes. Come prepared with that in mind.

The property is clean, properly appointed and very functional. It is a very good value. Would stay there again without hesitation. Actually is well located to the SLC area especially for skiing at Snowbird, Snow Basin, and Alta. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room with 5 occupants. Only drawback is that the apartment is a basement so no waking up to the sunshine through the windows.

Right location, right size, great value and clean
Our family of 6 adults, one teen and an infant was well accommodated and comfortable for 4 days. The property Is closely located to all services and freeways, but is quiet and serene. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities due to the winter cold, but we would definitely consider a summer stay to enjoy them. We particularly felt that the pricing was good and no irritating “extra” costs tacked on at reservation. Thank you, Kris, for an enjoyable stay.
