Mise à jour: maison nouvellement peinte, photos à venir! Cette maison incroyable est nouvelle pour les locations, impeccable et bien entretenue. Cette accueillante maison de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains offre une vue incroyable sur le marais et donne accès à un quai communautaire qui est un endroit idéal pour la pêche et l'observation de la faune. Le salon a un plafond ouvert sur deux étages avec des fenêtres du sol au plafond et beaucoup de lumière. Une cuisine ouverte offre beaucoup de rangements et un comptoir pour la préparation des repas et mène directement �� une table à manger pour 8 personnes et à un porche doté de fauteuils confortables pour des cocktails au coucher du soleil!

Nice home in a beautiful, quiet setting
All was nice in the home except one aspect. One of the AC units outside the downstairs, front bedroom was VERY LOUD & vibrated the wall, floor and bed so much that sleep was impossible in that bedtoom, the entire werkend.

Very quiet area with little road traffic....two docks {a shared dock as well as the community dock} close by. Perfect location for bike riding out to the four peninsulas jutting out into the marshes.

The vacation rental was good accept not all of our extended family was able to join. There were some issues that needs to be repaired. The DVD player is broken and does NOT play dvds. The on call maintenance person did confirm that it WAS no longer working.

Our week at 55 Salt Cedar Lane was a wonderful vacation. The home is spacious, well laid out and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well stocked and well laid out.
The view on to the Marsh is peaceful & expansive. The beach is an easy 7 min bike ride away (access 39 or 40).
My only suggested improvements would be:
1) a new washing machine (the front loader was moldy & smelled). Top loaders are so much easier to keep clean in a rental.
2) a outdoor dining table & chairs on the back porch.

. The house was perfect for my mother’s 80th birthday party.
My only complaint was the cleaning service was camped outside the house one hour before our checkout time. This added a little anxiety to our packing up and getting out after a lovely time at Kiawah lsland.

My family and I rented 55 Salt Cedar to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house literally met all of our needs. The open floor plan made it easy to congregate without feeling crowded. In addition, there was a minor maintenance issue, and not only did ESPM go over and beyond to accommodate my family and I, the owners of the home also followed up to ensure that we were taken care of and had an enjoyable stay. Amazing customer service!

We stayed in this lovely home with 5 other couples. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a perfect property for what we wanted. Our only complaint was that it wasn't well stocked with necessities (trash bags for example) and the kitchen wasn't well stocked - with enough pans, large bowls and such for us for the meals we prepared. It was a bit surprising for the amount we paid to rent it.

Beautiful place and great view!
Place was very clean and all the attention to detail was well thought out. Decor was really nice too. Very exclusive feel in the neighborhood. Being in town for a funeral, it was really nice having a beautiful place and view to come back to and take your mind off for a while. The shops and dining nearby were awesome, especially the Java Java coffee shop! Definitely would recommend this place!

This was our third Kiawah rental home through ESPM in the last 12 months. Hillary and the staff at ESPM are exceptional. This home is nice but misses the mark in key areas. The beautiful salt marsh views can not be fully enjoyed because the owners have allowed the scrub brush to grow so high it blocks the view. Also the outdoor furniture on the back deck is woefully inadequate. Only two chairs for a four bedroom house. When you pay for salt marsh views and outdoor vacation living the house should deliver as advertised. If these issues are rectified we would give the house a much higher rating and review.

The house is beautiful and has great views of the marsh. Large dining table and plenty of seating in the living room. We had a few things that we brought to the management company’s attention that they immediately tried to fix. The other downstairs bedroom is very cold and we tried to shut the vents a bit but had no luck there should have been an extra blanket in the closet. Instead my friends were shivering all night till we got them a blanket from another room. I would also recommend a few more wine glasses.

We had a wonderful weekend but a few things... and since we paid a large exit cleaning fee I felt these items needed to be shared. Dishwasher was full and had to be emptied. Upstairs guest shower was dirty. Porch had not been swept. Overall it seemed that the house had sat emptied and cleaned awhile back but not touched up again prior to our arrival.

Great rental through the second gate on Kiawah. Our family loves to bike and play golf so it was the perfect location close to Osprey as well as the Ocean Course and we easily rode bikes to the beach each day. The house is exactly as depicted with ample space and amenities. ESPM could not have been more helpful and we would definitely recommend them and would stay at this property again.
