Cette maison est nouvellement offerte en tant que location de vacances. Nous voulons gagner votre avis 5 étoiles et accueillir les suggestions pour y arriver. Ce rêve White Mountain est une maison personnalisée nichée dans un beau quartier, calme et boisée. Le décor est mission / artisan, et élégant. Les chambres offrent des matelas haut de gamme et linge de maison. Le porche enveloppant devant vous invite dans cette maison de deux étages. Cette maison offre beaucoup d'espace et serait parfait pour les grands groupes, les réunions de famille et laisser beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir. Cette maison comprend 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains et dispose d'une grande salle à manger voûtée avec belle rainure et languette noueux plafonds de pin, une cheminée et planchers de bois franc. Le salon ouvre sur une superbe cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme, des comptoirs en granit, et tous les gadgets pour un chef de week-end. La salle à manger est accueillante et a des planchers de bois franc, une grande baie vitrée et fenêtres du sol au plafond à l'avant. La table de style mission 8 places. Ouvert!... OPTIONNEL Dortoir de style occidental de 5 lits (les enfants aimeront une place de leur propre) coût spécial de 60 $ / nuit offert pour un temps limité, plus des frais de nettoyage ponctuel de 50 $ supplémentaires. Le baraquement pourrait également accueillir des adultes. Chaque couchette a un matelas extra-long de luxe et confortable. Pour inclure l'option de dortoir, je serai heureux d'organiser cette option.

Communication with the hosts was 10/10. They were wonderful, pricing was transparent and easy to understand. The cabin was beautiful as well as the neighborhood. I will definitely look into staying here again!

This cabin was beautiful and located in an area that is close to stores, restaurants and lake. Would have given a 5 star but one day we did not have hot water so took a cold shower which was not pleasant. Found out that the hot water heater was not adjusted to what it needed to be but otherwise, everything was wonderful!

Buffalo Roost was a great home away from home. The house has a great layout and plenty of room. We loved the wrap around front porch where we could sit and enjoy our morning coffee and listen to the birds and watch the neighbors walk their dogs. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was extremely helpful and addressed any issues we had during our stay. Valerie was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely look to rent this property again

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable. Vallerie the host was fantastic. I have never had a host that was as thorough as Vallerie in providing information that was important to our stay. There was no reason to ask questions as Vallerie provided "everything" in the was of information relevant to our stay. A great host and a great place to stay.

This property worked great for our group of women from Phoenix. Although the weather was warm, it was not as warm as Phoenix while we were there. The kitchen was large enough for us to cook together and there was ample room for us to enjoy a meal together at the dining room table. We also had plenty of areas to sit, enjoy each other’s company and play games. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. were a short drive from the house. The area was also conducive to walks around the neighborhood.

We had two families of four share this house and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was clean and spacious and close to all Pinetop has to offer. Val was very communicative and always answered my messages very quickly. All in all, an excellent stay!

House was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, which we appreciated, since we ate most of our meals at the house.

This luxurious cabin is so beautiful! We had different questions for Valerie and she responded very quickly. The house is large, absolutely immaculate and equipped with everything you're going to need. We always take cookware, hand soaps, bath items etc and found we never had to unpack them because every room is so well stocked. The master bed is king sized comfort and the huge jetted tub was very relaxing. The family loved every minute!

Val has a beautiful place in Lakeside. Very comfortable for all of our family. She was super quick to respond and took care of needs that arose.

This is a great property for anyone wanting to do a family vacation or just have a cozy place to stay in Pinetop. Neighborhood was quiet, house is beautiful you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. I whole heartedly agree with another review that said the pictures do not do it justice. Would def stay here again!

The photos are great but don’t really do this property justice. We were floored by the layout of the property. The deck on the backside of the property was breathtakingly serene. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably furnished. The house is in such a peaceful area with very nice neighbors. The owner thought of everything. We felt safe and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything. Even the amount of spices she had in the house were more than adequate. The light switches were clearly labeled, everything was in proper working order, and the house was within short distance of the nearby lakes, great restaurants, and stores for food and supplies. We will be back!

Our group of eight adults had a great time, the house was very lovely and we especially loved the back deck, more chairs were there than shown in the photos, which was great. Had a few things that came up with the house while we were there and Valerie was superb at communicating with us. I would highly recommend!

What a lovely, comfortable home in a well located neighborhood! We found easy access to all White Mountain attractions and great walking just out the door. The house is roomy with plenty of space for both privacy and sociability. Our guests were happy with their own digs upstairs, found the bedrooms to be handsomely furnished, comfortable and well equipped. The master bedroom suite is spacious and we really enjoyed the Sleep Number king bed. There's a generously sized walk in closet, a big walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and plenty of storage space. The dining room is bright and open, with big windows on two sides. The back deck under the trees was delightful for lounging. We very much enjoyed dealing with Val, the owner, who was friendly, helpful and cooperative and a pleasure to work with. Her aim is to make Buffalo's Roost the best rental in the White Mountains-and she's well on her way!

Great space for 8 adults. It’s close to town but tucked away in a quiet spot. We all had privacy and a place to hang. The beautiful dining room was perfect for our dinner. We made use of the large table playing games that were available. Valerie was quick to respond when we arrived at twilight and had difficulty working the code for accessing the key. It was our mistake of misreading the directions. A few more throws to cozy up on a cold day would be great.

This custom built home has everything you could possible need when your away from home. And id bet it is the cleanest in the white mountains. after a long day of fishing it sure felt good to climb in the over sized Jacuzzi bath tub with a glass of wine and soak away.This home is built for families big and small.The location is perfect because your close to everything.We will definitely be back, hopefully in the winter for some skiing.If your going to the WM , do yourself a favor and check out this CABIN,you wont regret it!!!

The cabin is well appointed, and was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The 4 bedrooms afforded privacy, and the 3 bath rooms allowed for no waiting for showering. During our stay, the washing machine broke down, and the owner decided to replace it and the dryer, so we had new appliances for most of our stay.
The only challenges were a shortage of eating utensils and poor lighting in some of the rooms. The owner appreciated this feedback, and will address them quickly.
You can't go wrong with this property!

We are completely happy with our choice to stay at this location. The home was beautiful and had plenty of space for everyone. We brought our Kawasaki 4-seater Teryx and explored the many semi-groomed off-road trails around the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighbor and how large the back deck was. The owners were very helpful and kind. Love this place.
