Apartament ładny, jednak kanapa po rozłożeniu powoduje brak przestrzeni do poruszania się po pomieszczeniu

Tak brudnego aparamentu już dawno nie widziałam. Brudna podłoga, dywan, uklejony stół, chusteczki pod łóżkiem, śmieci w łazience, pajęczyny nad oknem, coś słodkiego rozlane na podłodze pod łóżkiem i.... W szafce w korytarzu olej, cukier rozsypany i nie wiadomo co jeszcze ale syf okropny.

it was super clean and organised. beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed: from towels, kitchen supplies to cleaning supplies. the location was also exceptional. we had a view from the balkony on the small square between the buildings. netflix account was a nice surprise. going into the apartament was easy, we had photos where the keys where, so it wasn’t a problem.

that the keys were on the other side of the front door. If you do not ask local people you won’t find it.

This apt was a disappointment. Check-In – conflicting instructions, different addresses, unhelpful people. No Cleaning - occupant solely responsible for washing / changing sheets and towels, cleaning bathroom, trash disposal, etc. Either that, or paying to have this done. Reason given was that it’s a “large complex”. The bed linen needs to be replaced and the furniture upholstery needs cleaning. Noisy Playground - playground in the courtyard with reverberating noises into the apts - crying and temper tantrums. The playground and zero cleaning services need to be clearly disclosed in the writeup! Access Card Problems – my access card stopped working. Someone came to replace the card, and discovered a weak battery connection to the door. If this had occurred at night, guess I’d spend the night in the hallway… Poor Management - if you have a problem, you can’t count on someone always answering the phone, and they rarely if ever respond to emails or WhatsApp. Don’t expect English - couldn't understand management personnel. The apt is overpriced!

Clean with fairly good facilities.

Only 1 hand towel for 2 people. Shower was almost blocked leading to the bathroom flooding.

Great apartment not far from the center. Only the check-in process was a bit messy, it was supposed to be self check-in but it did not work out, for the rest it's a perfect place, big, comfy, quiet that makes you feel like a local

Centrally located and very good value for money. staff were flexible and allowed us to stay until midday.
