We recently stayed at a fantastic vacation rental with a group of six adults and four children. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the youngest members of our group, a two-year-old and a four-year-old, were thoroughly entertained with the variety of playing stuff available at the property. This was a major plus for the parents, as it allowed them to relax knowing their children were happy and occupied. One of the highlights of our stay was the kitchen in the rental. It was the perfect fit for our group, as it was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large number of people. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fully functional kitchen, allowing us to cook and dine together without any hassle. It truly enhanced our overall experience and made us feel at home. The property itself was incredibly charming and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. We instantly fell in love with the place and felt a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners had taken great care to ensure that everything was in excellent condition and provided all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot emphasize enough how much we loved our time there. The combination of a fun-filled environment for the children and a well-equipped kitchen made it an ideal vacation rental for our group. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, especially for families with young children.

Sandy’s “Yellow House” is a big hit with our family. This was our third stay. We wouldn’t choose any other house for our Lake Texoma getaways! And the Sanders Island View neighborhood is a great area.

We were a party of 12, 3 couples and 6 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. No one felt crowded! The house was a nice distance from the dock and a nice spot to swim. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had an awesome time this weekend. House was nice and right by the lake. Owners are very responsive and go out of their way to help. Highly recommend this property.

We used it mainly as a place to sleep, but as far as Im concerned, it exceeded my expectations! I wish I had my extended family come over for meals there as it was better equipped to handle a dozen family dinner guests easily. It is in a nice location surrounded by nice homes with the lake close by. I will request this rental if I make it back next year.

The property was very clean. It has a great view and is walking distance to the lake. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

This was our first time renting a house. We always stay in hotels. We wanted to do something completely different this year for our family vacation. And thought a weekend at the lake would be incredible. This listing just seem to be perfect for everything we were looking for. And it was. The communication between the host was so simple, and the response was so fast. The property itself was absolutely amazing and beautiful. There were all types of games to play as a family outside inside and for all ages. Everything in the house was immaculate and in great working condition. It was literally less than a 2-minute drive onto a Sandy beach. The host had a list of rental options for the lake, food places to eat, anything at all that you needed from that area including emergency services. This was absolutely the best family vacation yet. We will definitely be looking into it next year we had so much fun everything just fell into place the host were great the location was perfect everything about the location was perfect. I just can't express enough how happy we were with this property

We love this beautiful lake home!! It is so clean with so many extras!!

Our family group (4 generations, ages 3 - 77) loved the lake house. It was the first time for our 3 year old great grandson to go to he lake. He loved everything about it. First, “the Yellow House” was a big hit with him because it is so unique and well stocked with child activities. Then, swimming in the lake was fun and riding in a boat for the first time was exciting. The house is perfect for a group with lots of sleeping areas, beautiful decor, very nice bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen. All exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the weather. One hundred plus every day was hard on some of us. Thankfully, the AC works great. This was our second time staying there and it will be our “go to” vacation house at Lake Texoma in the future!

It was an amazing house. The condiments in the fridge, in case we forgot something, were very thoughtful. The S’mores fixins on the table we’re also a cute touch.

We had a wonderful time with my extended family. The house was beautiful and so was the location. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the lake.

We have Family and Friends booked this house for New Year Get together. We had such a wonderful, Relaxing and great time in this very beautiful and clean home. Great location and Close to lake although we didn’t able to make it to due to very cold weather those 2 days we stayed. Neighborhood was friendly and Host Sandy responded in quick time whenever we have any queries. We enjoyed our family n friends New Year get together. Thank you! Hope we will meet again.
