Great location! Close by to many beautiful sights but is also near Les Halles which is a big metro and train stop in Paris. I stayed here with two friends (we are teenaged girls) - we felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We arrived at the property office in the morning. Since check in was later that afternoon, they let us leave our luggage. They were very polite and spoke English. They gave us some recommendations for food in the area. After return we got our luggage and walked a short while to the apartment. The street is the best part. What an amazing street. Tons of food and close to shopping. Since we were visiting during the 2023 protests, we knew transportation would be rough. We wanted to stay close to everything. When we didn't take a subway, we rented bikes and scooters. But most of the time, we walked. The area felt very safe. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 4. The shower was a full size with doors! It was nice to have a water closet so one person could shower and the other could...you know. The pull out couch was comfortable and we didn't have any complaints from the teens. The Netflix was nice to have so we could watch before bed. We didn't cook, but we did use the Nespresso. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

I didn't like the stairs, but they were not hard to handle. I would tell myself that I could have another treat from the patisserie.

unbelievable location. could not get any better. street is full of restaurants and bakeries and shops and PEOPLE. it is not a tourist street but a neighborhood market. fantastic Parisian experience. get a pastry for breakfast then see some museum/site during day and return for “happy hour” (many of the cafes have drink special 5 euro pints or glass of wine from 5-9) to sit outside and watch action then finish with dinner around 8 or 9. sleep and repeat. what could be better. makes you want to move be to Paris. very close to several Metro stations and walk to several sites and museums including Louvre and Seine.

couch was a bit worn out. finishings are basic and not high end feeling which you might expect for price. no paper towel, tissues or napkins.

Payment method was the main downside. Your payment via Booking.com is rejected and you have to use a different app.

The size was exceptional and so was the location of the flat.

The payment process was a disaster. After making a reservation of the flat over booking.com, I was redirected to a new site, where I had to fill in the same information as on Booking. Even though it had been clearly stated on Booking that the reservation could be cancelled until 2 days before arrival, my bank account was debited with the total amount long before the trip. Also, I was soon after informed that no deposit could be made over my credit card. Talking to Card Complete, I was informed that the problem was not with me and that the company should get in touch with its Card Complete contact on their part. I passed on this information to the staff of Habitat Parisien, who assured me that everything would be alright and since the money had been received, it wouldn’t be a problem. However, on the day of my departure they contacted me again to tell me that the deposit could not be made and if I didn’t provide for a card that could do it, they would not let me into the flat, for which I had already fully paid! Please note, I have never had any problems with my credit card payments in my whole life.

Excellent location, apartment was situated right in the heart of a popular road with cafes, shops and bars. Very quiet apartment up on the third floor (rather steep winding steps), stylish and modern and excellent for family of four - one double bed (more steps to mezzanine level), and sofa bed.

Fine for us, but winding steep steps up to third floor apartment could be difficult for less mobile travellers.

clean and nicely furnished apartment. the location is just perfect. exactly where we wanted to stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating

the entrance to the building of the apartment makes it look a bit sketchy. the apartment is located on the second floor with extremely narrow “spiral” stairs. so if you have big bags, expect some struggle to go up and down the stairs. It was really hot in Paris so we had to keep the windows open. the buildings are adjacent to each other, so the neighbors can see easily the apartment and us inside.

It's big apartment and clean

The worst stairs u will ever use. There is no elevator and it's on the last floor. No one will help you to get in or out. If you have large luggage, don't stay here. It's really hard physically to use the stairs even without the luggage. The staff has not answer some of my questions until now. It's nearly impossible to find paid parking lot nearby.

The property is located in a very central location which allows for easy access to public transportation, shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is also in a quite quiet environment. The kitchen and bathroom is equipped with everything you need for cooking and bathing. For example, oil, salt/pepper, vinegar, pots/pans, soap, bar soap, shower gel, and hair dryer are all included.

This property is in a building with a very steep and narrow spiraling staircase which can be difficult to access for those who have issues with walking and large suitcases. However, this was not an issue for my family and I as we only had carry-on bags.

This loft suite was well equipped and made our stay in Paris over a few days very comfortable for a family. The building is situated in a lovely neighbourhood full of life with great shops, restaurants, and seemed like it was the place to be while in Paris. Even though it is a lively street, it was very quiet and peaceful in the building itself. We felt very safe staying in the secured building and would happily stay here again.

While there is an in unit washing machine/ dryer, it didn’t seem to dry clothes very well. The first night we did not have hot water and had a delayed response when we reached out to the hosts via the numbers provided. The stairs to the unit are steep, narrow, and numerous spiralling up three floors and did make getting luggage in and out difficult.
