Location was excellent , very nice host and helpful , the fact that the apartment was equipped with 2 bathrooms was very convenient.

Good location. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living and dining areas. Lots of TVs.
Kitchen and bathrooms were nice and clean. Washing machine and drying racks for laundry.
Lots of windows and quiet setting. Very close to Temple metro and Monoprix grocery store. Lots of nice local cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice and safe for evening walks.
No lift. But that was ok.
Living room TV placement was in dining room so a bit off for easy viewing.

It was lovely, clean and suited our needs to a tee. The location had everything we needed… we just needed to stay longer than a week!
I’m glad I am in shape the hike up four flights of stairs was a workout!

Close to metro. Good little shops around.
Facilities need upgrading. Sink in kitchen gets blocked often. Can not have more than one stovetop on at the same time otherwise power goes out. No microwave (probably due to old power line can not handle too many equipments on at the same time)

Spacious apartment by Paris standards and great location - lots of cafes and restaurants out the front of the building. Short stroll to temple metro station and supermarket just around the corner.
The apt has 2 bathrooms (one attached to each bedroom) but just be aware one only has a hand held shower over the bath and the other is open straight into the bedroom (no door) - not an issue for us but just something to note. You do need to access the apartment via the spiral stairs (4th floor) but that’s also part of the charm.
Also coffee machine was provided but unfortunately no pods - minor details - would not put me off rebooking again!

The host was very helpful and responsive. The location was fantastic, close to transport, restaurants and cafes. The property was very clean and quiet.
The apartment was on level 4, and there’s no lift, so it could prove difficult for people with mobility issues. The shower in the hot tub is hand held, and not ideal. A welcome pack including basic tea and coffee would be great.

The apartment was in a lovely area of Paris. it was well equipped and comfortable.
The apartment was located on the 4th floor, with no lift. This information was clear from the description, so we were aware of this.

An exzellent Location!!! The Flat is airy and sunny, offering enough space and privacy for two couples or two colleagues on the business trip.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped and comfortable.
Location was excellent
Nothing! However, the flat is on the 4th floor and the stairs might be hard going if you are older, unfit or have young children.

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment with all amenities.
Be ready to climb lots of stairs! One bedroom is a lot bigger than the other. Could use a bit more privacy in second bedroom to divide bathroom and bedroom.

Rosa met us with the keys even so late at midnight.. and she was still so kind. The apartment was perfect for a family, and location was so perfect next to two metro lines.
Ceiling height. If you are over six feet tall.. I banged my head hard into kitchen and shower requires a lean over. But hey..it’s Paris!

It was really beautiful!
Rosa was extremly friendly & the location of the apartment was also perfect.
There is everything you need in the apartment.
The doors are a bit difficult to open, they stuck a bit.
When we used the jacuzzi dirt came out of one of the injectors.

Perfect location - Monoprix round the corner . Restaurants and bars all within walking distance , metro two minutes away . Apartment spacious
4th floor and no lift so be prepared to haul suitcases up 4 flights of stairs . Could use some dish towels in the kitchen

Great location with lots of cafes nearby and convenient metro locations! Very spacious apartment located in the old part of Paris in a quiet building. We let the host know our expected arrival time and were greeted in the building. Wifi worked very well.
Taller people should be aware that this is a historic building with lower ceilings. This was very noticeable in the shower were my head nearly touched a ceiling. I am 5'10". The bathroom with the shower does not have a door.
