It is a wonderful resort in Port Stephens with the largest pool on the Southern Hemisphere. The rooms were big, comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The heated private plunge pool was fantastic.

The garage is a bit small and the pass cards for vehicle access to the resort didn't work. The jets in the plunge pool spa were very weak.

516 property was amazing, so much space. All the appliances are top of the range and has everything that you need for your stay, it was also very clean. We very much appreciated the two bottles of wines and the box chocolates on arrival. Thank you for a fabulous holiday away from home.

the restaurant was only open on weekends during the day. we have stayed there years ago and it used to be open in the day during the week.

heated plunge pool. not heated which wasn’t good as it rained every day and was cold so we couldn’t use it.

The location was good, the spa was good

The main reason we rented this property was that it advertised a private heated pool which we thought would be great for the kids. First day there went to the pool and it was freezing. Called the agent the property was through only to be told that they know nothing about the pool so there is nothing they can do about it. Upon returning the key mentioned it again only to be told sorry but i don't know anything about the pool by the person behind the desk Won't stay there again.

The apartment was great and roomy. Very clean. The heated spa pool was awesome. It came with lots of kitchen accessories and extras. Would stay again.
