Fantastic location, great holiday house. So close to 2 small quiet beaches. So relaxing sitting on the balcony watching the water.

The main room upstairs can get quite hot. The ceiling fan is making a loud noise so you can’t leave it on while trying to sleep.

Loved the views, had everything we needed, comfortable, good value, had a dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of crockery and untensils.

The stair case to downstairs was a little rickety, The fan in one of the bedrooms didn't work and the light in another bedroom didnt work. Downstairs in general was a little strange, you can tell it has been converted from a garage to a couple of bedrooms after the main house upstairs had been built.

Location close to beaches and walking tracks, 5 minute drive to central Nelson Bay. House was well set up with all you would need, including kitchen cooking equipment with ample dinnerware and glassware. Good dishwasher, washer & dryer. Large lounge area and nice balcony with views. Enough space for family to share but also have time out in different areas.

Would have been nice if beds were already made up with linen, as we paid for sheet/ towel hire. Would have liked a clothes airer rack in case of inclement weather.

1 The house is very neat and tidy, comes with pretty much all kinds of kitchen tools needed for cooking cleaning sponge, dishing washing liquid and dish cleaning liquid is provided The bedding is very clean 2. The location is very close to woolworth, shell and restaurants 3. Located just next to the sea, only a small area of the sea is visible in the house but the view is very good when goes down to the beach (only 10s walk)

1. Wifi is not included in the house 2. Although the parking lot is big (it can park two cars), there was a steep path (only around one car long) in front of it. So basically, you need to park real slow to avoid hitting the ground and it needs some efforts to climb up the steep path and get into the road OR you can park at the grass in front of the maindoor (parking lot is behind the house) 3. There is no shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste or extra toilet paper roll provided Toilet paper is very thin as well.
