Location. Caters for heaps of people.

Aircon in summer may be an issue but heaters were supplied for winter.

Lawn and BBQ was clean. Kitchen was clean. Utensils and cleaning supplies provided (but we took all our own incase). Nice and spacious for big families with kids. Bathrooms were clean and gave a homely feel (iykyk!). Location is great and the property has so much more potential if freshened up.

The property is very dated. Doesn't have a beach house feel. Definitely needs a fresh setup. The house smelt very musty as we opened the door. Had to open all windows and doors to air out before unloading belongings. The bedsheets/spreads are in a bag and have to make the beds ourselves. Though the linen and towels were clean, the mattress protectors left on beds were all scrunched up like they have been used not been cleaned for a long time. No AC at the property meant we had to move beds under the ceiling fans because it was so hot. And there was a lot of dust on bed frames and skirting boards. Huge spider n cockroaches. The dining table was so sticky, luckily I took my own table cover from reading a review about this same issue.

Had to make own beds. Microwave & dishwasher were not working. Mediocre cleaning.

Location perfect. Beds ok. Deck space out front was great Gardens and lawn was beautiful. Bbq was clean Second fridge was great Size was great for large families

We had no power for lights on first night and had to call to have electrical work done. The fuses are old and should be updated. The lounge was filthy behind it and I cleaned it . The quilt covers and blankets should all be updated and fresher.

The location was excellent. The house was basic but ok and comfortable

The location and outdoor area were fabulous.

The house was incredibly dirty - needing a good deep clean. There was grease in oven and shelves and cupboards around oven. Bathrooms were unclean - dirty finger prints and dust on everything. Food crumbs under cushions on couch and food on dining room chairs. The dining table was sticky. We found a pair of underpants under one of the beds and finger nails on floor in main bedroom. We have holidayed on the beach for 20 years and stayed here before but paying this large amount of money doesn’t match with the house. Previous years it was a cheap option. No air conditioning is another minus Such a shame because it could be so special.
