This house lives up to the description and pictures. By far one of the nicest of any we stayed in before. Very tidy and well equipped with everything you need for a fun beach trip. The beds were very comfortable. Many great seating areas outside to enjoy your time.
Great location with restaurants, stores and and shops close by.
Marsha is a great host and very responsive. She really cares about her home and guest. We had a great stay! We will definitely be looking to stay the next time I come to Tybee.

The property was nice and was very convenient to beach and restaurants and shops. Cleanliness could have been better. Some of the beds appear not to have fresh sheets as my guests needed to wash the linens before they could sleep in the bed. Some of my guests woke up with a rash and what looked like bug bites
The one bedroom which was actually the porch was not able to be used due to the heat so I was glad we had less guests staying.
The pool was nice to have for the kids.

We selected this home for our family beach week because it had an elevator to accommodate our oldest member, and it had the right number of bedrooms/beds and baths for our large family, ages 5-81. It was beautifully decorated, with a large kitchen/living area perfect for preparing meals and playing group games. The kitchen was well-equipped, with a variety of seating for dining. The large bookshelves were filled with an assortment of interesting books for young and old, as well as board games. Several "nooks" and porches provided quiet spots for reading or good conversations. The house was well-supplied with cleaning products, towels and tissues, as well as body washes and lotions. It also provided toys and beach carts for our use. There were few problems, but Marsha Marks, the owner, was amazingly prompt in providing a solution that enabled the fun to continue. The home is located at the south end of the island, near the pier and very close to Pier 16 and Sting Ray's restaurants. It is also close to a public entrance and condos and hotels, making it a little more crowded than houses near the middle of the island. In all, it was a delightful house, very comfortable, with good beds and lovely furnishings. We highly recommend it!

Marsha was a great host who has a beautiful home. Lots of bedrooms, seating and outside decks. The home was the best well stocked kitchen and pool and beach items we have seen in a VRBO.
The home is beautifully coastal decorated, with comfortable beds. Lots of room for privacy for our large adult family. We also had a young toddler and the home is stocked with everything a toddler needs which saved us a lot of extra baggage.
Pool as great and location is perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

We had 14 people between age 1-80 yrs old. Beautiful home, walking distance to beach, private pool, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, ice cream. Marsha, who owns the home, was so attentive to our needs, very quickly replied to any questions before & during our stay. The home was stocked with so much. Garage full of beach wagons, floats, beach chairs & sand toys. Marsha thought of everything!! I highly recommend staying in the Million Dollar Home. The elevator in the home was very helpful for 80 yr old grandma, baby & toddler.

Upstairs livingroom area was so wide open and inviting. Backyard with pool and hottub were perfect to come home and relax. 5 minute walk to beach and tons of restaurants. I stayed in the master bedroom and from temperature to lighting to bedding, it was extremely comfortable.

Stayed here for a girls’ weekend. The house was perfect for us. Clean, had all the amenities you could want, nice pool and large hot tub. It was only a block from the shops and restaurants and a few blocks from the beach. Loved all the porches too.
And I can’t say enough about the hostess! She was super attentive and accommodating. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
Look forward to going back.

The owners aptly named their place Tybee Island Joy and ensure you’ll have truly joyful time staying here. It’s a block or two walk to restaurants and shops on the south end as well as the pier. We rented golf carts and had a great time exploring g most of the island. Lovely, welcoming and attentive hosts and home. Highly recommend!

From start to finish our experience with Marsha and this property were amazing. Marsha, the owner, was incredibly responsive and kind from our first to our last communication - you can tell from the start the pride she takes in her rental property and in ensuring guests have a great stay.
The house is great for large family or friend gatherings with plenty of space for everyone - including multiple sets of bunk beds (which the kids loved). The decor was perfect - welcoming and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a week at the beach (fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner and soap, towels, etc.) In addition, had everything we needed for the beach - towels, toys, wagons, umbrella, etc.
Location was FABULOUS - 5 minute walk to the beach and pier and less to multiple restaurants, bars, ice cream, shops, etc. and in off-season still only an 8 minute drive to the other side of the island which had many great restaurant options as well.
If you’ve never been to Tybee - would highly recommend. Offers so much to do (a little something for everyone) both history and the beach. I’d happily go back and rent with Marsha again!

Great family vacation home. Was perfect for our family. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub was a bonus! Awesome kitchen! Check in and out was easy. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this home. Our host was great.

The location couldn't be better! Within 5 minutes, we could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the local grocery store is a 2 minute drive down the road. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, and for our group of 13 who cooked many meals there, we appreciated that! The pool is hard to see in the listing photos, and smaller than we expected when we saw in person but was serviced during our stay, which was nice. Something to thing to keep in mind is there is no frig or bathroom on the ground level. The closest bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and all within bedrooms- so if you are swimming and need to use bathroom, the closest is a floor up and within one of the bedrooms. To access the kitchen/frig is 2 floors up from pool. We found ourselves keeping water in a cooler at the pool to avoid going drying off and going up and down the stairs for drinks so often.
Marsha was by far, the BEST host I have ever worked with in dozens of vacation rentals we've booked with over the years! So responsive and made the whole process so easy- many thanks to Marsha!

This was the perfect home for our family of 10! Ages 74-15. Plenty of room, comfy beds, nice decks, pool area to chill at. The owner Marsha was so easy to reach! We had a few minor issues that were resolved immediately!! Nothing major. The house was well stocked with anything you could need. Plenty of beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, volleyballs, floats, 3 beach wagons. Plenty of bath towels, kitchen items. This house had it all! The location was the best part! Can walk to the most popular spots. We did have 2 golf karts which I'd recommended so you can visit the entire island and with karts you avoid the crazy parking fees.

Marsha was a phenomenal host. She communicated regularly and thoroughly and was always quick to respond when needed. Marsha’s home was very nice and provided our large family group with the space we needed. The house is easily walkable to the beach and many locations on Butler and Tybrisa. The pool and hot tub were added bonuses and made for some great early mornings and evenings. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

Marsha's place was perfect for us. We had 3+ families staying there, and it was just the right amount of space. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we appreciated the separate ice machine. The house was clean and very comfortable. We all could enjoy games each night in the spacious living room. And, Marsha was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is situated within walking distance to the beach, the pier and many restaurants.

Our stay in Tybee was a great experience! The location was perfect along with the amenities of the pool, hot tub, the varying porches and back river beach access.
It was nice size for the 12 of us (10 adults and 2 children). We could be together or spread out.
The home is beautiful, and Marsha was a responsive and accommodating host. We would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Tybee. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful retreat for our family of 14 … we all thoroughly enjoyed our time together away from all of our own busyness … the house was perfect in so many ways … the weather was rainy and cold but we still enjoyed the beach, Main Street Tybee, the Lighthouse, Ft. Pulaski and downtown Savannah! The house had everything we needed … great kitchen … plenty of room to spread out … garage/playroom was great for the younger crew. Marsha was incredible … always easy to reach for questions … and took extra good care of us with the unprecedented cold snap! And the Christmas decor made it feel so much like “home” ! We would love to return again!

We rented this house for the Tybee Island Pirate festival. It was so perfectly located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops, but most importantly the festivities of the festival. We rented golf carts mainly so we could be in the parade but honestly not necessary since everything was in close proximity. This house has plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely porches. The pool was too chilly to swim in since it was October but the hot tub was great!

Just came back from staying at this awesome property. The house was everything and more! The kitchen has anything you can need for cooking. The beds were super comfy and the pool and hot tub were nice to have after a long day at the beach. The host, Marsha, was so easy to reach if we had questions and very responsive. The property is close to restaurants, shops and beach. We thought about renting a golf cart before our stay, but glad we didn't as we walked to everything. Can't wait to come back next year!!

This home was MORE than perfect. Everything you want plus more. The owner has thought of everything to make our family feel at home. The home is located within walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. With a swimming pool and hot tub to end the day. Books and games on a rainy day. Internet and cable available. The kitchen and its supplies is amazing! Quiet nights on one of three balconies made for great memories.

Great location
Very walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. The pool was a great size for our 3 rowdy kids. We have rented lots of vacation homes over the last 20 years and this house was the best equipped I have seen. Everything you need for the beach (chairs, wagons, toys, umbrellas), pool (floats, big towels), and the kitchen! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach House
We just left the island today and cannot say enough great things about Tybee Island Joy!! It was perfect for our large family to gather as we made this trip from NY to attend our Grandsons High School graduation. The house is spacious, clean and very well stocked with anything you may need. A VERY CLOSE walk to the beach along with a hot tub and beautiful pool in the back yard. I wish I could have given the communication with the property owner a 10 star!!! Very quick to respond to any question I had, and a pleasure to rent from. If we should ever need a beach home to rent on Tybee in the future this would be our first choice. Thank you Marsha!!!

Great home for our 2 family vacation. Enough beds and bathrooms for all of us. Great location for walking to the beach and stores. Lots of supplies for the beach and nice to not have to pack and travel with. Pool was cold due to cool evenings and not heated would probably warm up more when there are warmer nights. The hot tub was nice. The owner was super friendly and helpful, very quick with responses. We had a great stay and felt safe and comfortable in the home.

Relaxing family Christmas
Most folks don’t want to “HOST” everyone at their house for Christmas. This vacation rental property was a great way to keep the whole family (11) together but not at anyone’s home. The elevator ain’t fast, but it allowed us to get our 94 year old great grandmother up and down with the family. Enjoyed our interaction with the owner. Everything went very smoothly. I would heartily recommend. Ho-ho-ho!!!!
