Great location but on a very busy road. Had some issues with 1 tv and dishwasher but having a great washer and dryer was nice. Comfortable beds and awesome bathrooms for all! Overall a recommended property to rent.

This was the nicest vacation property I’d ever stayed at. Perfect for my four buddies and me for our weekend trip. Two bedroom, pullout sofas on the first and third floors, and two fold-up (high quality) foam mattresses. Great balcony on the third floor. Large TVs in every room. Spotlessly clean. Several bars/cocktail lounges within walking distance. I would describe the area as “up and coming.” About a fifteen-minute drive to Broadway. Highly recommend.

This property was beautiful! We stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. It was close to everything downtown and very nice and comfortable. It was a little noisy with the sirens going on a few times a day, but I guess that is to be expected in a downtown area. It wasn't too disturbing. We enjoyed the nice kitchen where we had our breakfast and coffee every morning before we headed out to explore. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable! I loved that there was a television in every room. If you have more people stay, it is nice to have a tv in your own space to retreat to. There was beer in the fridge (not sure if that was left by the host), creamer for the coffee, coffee k cups, spices, many items that we have had to go to the grocery store right away when we stayed at other places, but not here.... they had everything!! We will definitely be back to stay!! Aaron and Grecia were super friendly and responded to us very quickly. We did not need many things but the first night we were there we wanted to watch the Super Bowl and I could not figure out the television in the sitting area upstairs and Aaron was super-fast to respond, and I was able to figure it out. Great place to stay if you are in the Nashville area!!! Danielle M.

This condo was perfect for our visit to Nashville for the Cowboys/Titans game and NYE celebration. Great location, many restaurants and bars in the area and only 15 from downtown. Second bedroom is small, no dresser for storing clothes, but a minor issue. Highly recommend.

This townhome was such a cheery place to stay! It was exceptionally clean and the host took great care of us. It’s a great location, close to everything we needed and downtown. The decor was lovely and there were plenty of special touches throughout the house. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We came to Nashville for a getaway weekend with friends and loved the property! Had a small hiccup due to VRBO but the owners were fantastic in helping with the situation. We had a great time and will be back for our next getaway!!

From the walk through the door we were amazed from the decor to cleanliness! Everything you could possibly need was provided to us, every kitchen utensil, every toiletrie, extra blankets towels and pillows. Aaron was super helpful sending us places to eat and his recommendations were spot on with our taste❤️❤️❤️ would definitely stay here in the future and hopefully get to use the grill and firepit

This property was very clean and easy to find. It sits very close to the heart of Downtown Nashville. It is three level so easy to separate out spaces. There is also a brewery and coffee shop right across the street as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very accessible property that is very updated, clean, and within short drive to most things. The home is well appointed and there are lots of things to do once you get settled.
The manager Aaron was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to our requests no matter what time of day or night. Thank you Aaron. A bottle of wine greeted us as we ended the lower level.

We would definitely stay again! The home is laid out well and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved using the upstairs outdoor deck and fire pit. It was such a relaxing stay and it was easy to get downtown or anywhere else we wanted by either an Uber ride or by our rental car.

Getting into the house was easy. Layout was nice. Cutely decorated. The neighboorhood was quiet. Wish there was a third shower on the 3rd floor. Also, wished I read that the two beds where air mattress and futon mattress. But that was my bad. Glad they had accommodations for my large group. Took a survey from everyone and they give it a thumbs up to stay here again.

The perfect amount of space for our crew. The drive to downtown very easy. The property is clean and well maintained. They even have an adequate supply of towels for 6 people!

We stayed at this property for a guys weekend. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was less than 15 minutes away from downtown and was perfect for what we needed. There was one issue with the internet that the host was quick to respond and get fixed. The only thing I would caution on is trying to sleep 10 in the house. It could be done but would be tight, but the house itself was perfect for us.

Great location! We loved walking right across the street for used books, coffee and beer. Other popular Nashville sites were very short driving distances away! Very clean property and filled with lots of amenities, my 5 yr olds loved the ps4 with games!

Awesome property, booked for a bachelorette. Looks just like the pictures. It's close enough to downtown to go out for a fun night, but far enough that it's quieter than the main strip. There's a coffee place within walking distance, short Uber to some local bars, $10 Uber to downtown. Will def recommend
