C'est le lieu idéal pour vos enfants. . Notre refuge forestier Tahoe Donner attend votre arrivée. LOCALISATION / COMMODITÉS Notre refuge forestier Tahoe Donner est une excellente propriété pour passer l’été ainsi que vos vacances d’hiver. L’association Tahoe Donner vous donne accès au club-house et au centre de loisirs, qui comprend 2 piscines (une piscine chauffée ouverte toute piscine ouverte en été uniquement), 3 bains à remous, 2 saunas, un cardio et une salle de musculation. Il y a aussi un terrain de golf et des courts de tennis à seulement quelques minutes de route de la maison, ainsi qu'une plage privée associative à l'extrémité est du lac Donner. Tahoe Donner possède également une station de ski qui est disponible pour votre plaisir, surtout si vous avez des enfants. I stayed here with my husband, dog and three adult children for a week in the summer and found this house perfect for our needs. The house is spacious, very well appointed, and within minutes of everything we needed - a short walk to Trout Creek Adventure Center and a short drive to old town Truckee, Lake Donner, and more hiking/biking trails than we could possibly use. The management company was on top of all of our questions and needs and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. We hope to return next summer for longer!

The house was a perfect size and set up. We were a party of 5, but it could fit a few more kids upstairs. Clean, close to rec center and skiing. Great communication from the property manager and comfortable bedding. Remodel and fresh.

Fantastic spot in Tahoe Donner within walking distance of the rec center and local store and a short drive from Truckee and Donner Lake. House layout is great for groups and the wooded backyard is spacious and peaceful. We had a few maintenance issues come up but the property managers were very responsive and remedied the issues immediately. Will definitely stay here again!

Communication with Tahoe Signatures Property was very easy and convenient, thank you to Genesis for your assistance. The property was simply wonderful. It was clean, all utilities were in functioning order, the living room was spacious along with the bedrooms. The neighbor was quaint and peaceful. It was a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property! Two tips: 1) the silverware drawer seems damaged / isn’t opening or closing easily and 2) the grill is in pretty bad shape and out of gas.

Great house with great location
This was our fourth stay at this house in the last year or so, and we hope to be back soon. The high ceilings, comfortable beds, very responsive heating and cooling system. big and well-equipped kitchen and nice back deck and grounds made for perfect vacations, with and without another family with little kids. The location is quiet, but also close to the Trout Rec Center and the Tahoe Donner cross-country ski area. We're so happy to find a wonderful place that will welcome our dog, too. The management has always been extremely responsive to our questions.

Spacious, comfortable home in Tahoe Donner
This is our fourth time renting this house in Tahoe Donner. There was lots of room for our three generations, a big, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a nice deck with a great BBQ, and a big area for the kids to play, as well as lots of open woods behind the house. It was surprisingly quiet for how many houses are along the same road. It was unusually hot weather during our stay but the overhead and portable fans kept the house cool and pleasant. The location is very conveniently close to the Trout Creek Rec Center and the little grocery, too. We received replies from the management to our couple of questions very quickly which we appreciated. We will be back!

As perfect as described
We had a wonderful and much needed getaway as a small family (plus dog) and this place was exactly what we needed, clean yet just like a home away from home. We experienced no issues and the communication was more than proactive. We unreservedly recommend this place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Great vacation home!
This is the second time we've stayed at this property and we really enjoyed it again. The size and layout of the cabin is perfect for two families and it is great that we can bring our dog. The kitchen is not as stocked with pots/pans, measuring cups or mixing bowls as we would prefer. The clothes dryer is challenging as well. We couldn't find the right setting to get a load dried on the first try and often times had to run 3-4 cycles to get it all dry. The backyard with the zip line and playground is awesome! We look forward to returning again sometime soon.

Wonderful Tahoe Getaway!
The home is beautiful! It was very clean and well stocked. My family stayed the week and cooked thanksgiving dinner there. We had a wonderful time and were very comfortable. The layout is perfect for 3 kids and a dog. The bathrooms all had heated toilet seats and bidets which were very nice perks on the cold mornings! The backyard has a small playground, horseshoes and a zip line which the kids absolutely loved. The neighborhood was perfect for walking the dog. The washer and dryer worked great and all other appliances were clean and worked well also. The WiFi was great and although there was no cable, we enjoyed streaming through the Roku and watching DVDs. I requested an earlier check in and later check out and both were granted which was awesome. I also messaged with a few questions and got very fast and thorough responses. Overall this was a perfect place to stay the week and we cannot wait to return! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Hello! Thank you for renting this home to us! We had a good time. We all would only suggest the drawers and cabinets get vacuumed ur cleaned if mice droppings. It grossed us out and we washed everything we used first which doesn't seem fair for the cleaning fee that's charged. We do appreciate your letting us occupy an hour early and leave an hour later! Can you please tell me when thus home is available to again in the next month please?

The directions for leaving were different in the house than on our paperwork so we kind of split the difference. Hope that was ok. A later check out would be so much better. It is almost a waste to stay the last night. Thank you for not cancelling our reservation because of the virus. We were there for our daughters wedding and I don't know what we would have done if you had.

The house itself was very nice and comfortable. The only bummer was that the internet did not work at all and we ended up having to use the neighbors. The neighbors wasn't a very good connection because of the distance / 2 households using it at once. It was a pretty big deal because we went during the week and had to do some work. Homeaway didn't assist us much with getting it back up and running until the night before we left which at that point we didn't even bother.

Great time in Tahoe
We had a great time staying at this lovely Tahoe home. Everything about the reservation process, check in, and check out was super easy. The house itself was nice, with lots of space. Kitchenware could be a bit better with more measuring cups, Tupperware, and foil/wrap options. Also, it was obvious that this house allows pets as there was a lot of dog hair on the carpet. This was slightly problematic for our guest with pet allergies. Otherwise, a lovely house resulting in a great vacation.

Overall we had a wonderful time staying at the property
This was a really nice house and the biggest perks was that the kids loved having three beds to sleep in in the loft. We were very happy to be able to bring our dog with us and the kitchen was nice and comfortable to cook in and we loved the big windows. The places where we felt it needed improvement was there’s not enough cups, there was no aluminum foil or plastic wrap nor any Tupperware. For us the smell of the fabric softener was overbearing we had to re-wash all the sheets and towels. The kitchen definitely needs updated kitchen tools and more cups that can easily be taken care of by a short trip to IKEA. Also there’s no cable but there is Roku I think that’s something that should be disclosed and we were really looking forward to using the outdoor deck which had a lot of snow on it and the barbecue was not usable. Aside from those things we had a really wonderful stay and we would rent this property again with hopes that those improvements were made. The top for my kids was that there was a playset in a zip line in the top for me was that there was a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and wooden floors. Also to it seemed like the carpets could be cleaned Thank you for sharing your home with us we had an unbelievable vacation and overall we really love the house

Nice accommodations, but....
The wifi/internet signal was incredibly slow, bordering on worthless. And since there was no cable signal for the TV, streaming a signal to the tv resulted in a fuzzy picture.
A Roku box was connected to the TV, but was unusable because no subscriptions were provided and because of the aforementioned slow internet speeds (for Roku apps that didn't require a subscription).
Cellular service wasn't available so we had to use the painfully slow wifi signal.

Wedding Fam Retreat
We rented this home for our family to use during our daughter’s wedding. Location is conveniently minutes from the Lodge, home was well sized and well located. When I needed them, the Property Managers responded quickly and responsively.

Needs some love
1. Master bedroom has no closet and no where to hang up clothes. Just crazy.
2. Management company needs to throw out open boxes of food from previous tenants.
3. More towels, shampoos needed in all bathrooms.
4. One hair dryer that worked intermittently and no other hairdryers in other bathrooms.
5. Living room coffee table is very wobbly and loose. Needs replacement.
6. All living room furniture needs upgrading.
7. Patio furniture is junky and needs replacement.
