Awesome views of the water! Very comfortable house. Perfect for the family. Kitchen was stocked well. Nice grill. We loved all the games organized by age. We will be back!

Awesome spot for relaxation. Amazing view and quiet neighborhood. We used the ping pong table in the garage, lots of fun. Sat out on the deck and really felt one with nature. So many deers and rabbits. Did some day trips to Bodega Bay, Valley Ford and Marshall. This was a great home base. We hope to be back :)

The house was comfortable and a great size for 6 adults. The view was nice when we could see it through the fog. It was close to wineries and the Redwoods.

We arrived trash left on floor in kitchen. Trash left on deck. Oven is disgustingly filthy along with toaster oven and burner pan rings. Not only are they unsightly but unsanitary as well. Replacement burner pans are 7.98 at Walmart maybe they should replace at least once a decade. On positive side lots of games and stuff for families. Overall if you are a clean person you will be unnerved and if your a sloppy person you might not care. One more thing the sofa and chair are without a doubt the most uncomfortable furniture I have ever sat on. I have stayed at many rental properties and this should not be listed as a premier host. I have never seen one this bad where the owner just seemed like they didn’t give a s/:& about people just the money so sad

the house is cozy. it has a wonderful view of Dillan beach and bay. It is high up the hill, a steep hike back up from the beach. great exercise. We had a very relaxing time. thank you for sharing your home, we hope to be back in the future.

Close to great beach- Quiet - great views

The pictures of the house do not do it justice when u step out on the patio a beautiful ocean is present. And they have a great place off to the side of the house for your pet.we cooked most of our meals and it was a very well equipped kitchen. One am we saw two mama deer and 4 fawns they were running around and playing. One single family home which my husband enjoyed. Very quiet neighborhood u can see far from a distance since u r perched up and overlooking the ocean.

This home was even better than the pictures. We came for a family trip with four adults but the home could easily sleep more. Two of our party were seniors and this house was very accessible for people with limited mobility. The home is very well stocked for those who enjoy cooking at home. The views are amazing from every room. The wind blocked patio is lovely and there is a large dining table to enjoy meals with a view. Deer, rabbits, and a variety of birds were in the yatd every day. For those traveling with a dog there is a fenced potty area. We would absolutely rent this home again.

We love Bay Breeze. This is our second time at this property and it does not disappoint. It’s the perfect size for our family of five with the dog. The side yard for the dog is a great perk. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy, lots of games and room to spread out and still be together. And of course the best part, VIEWS FOR DAYS. All in all another great stay at Bay Breeze.

This was a great rental for 6 people. Place was very clean, great views. lots of towels, comfy beds and access to a washer and drier, extra trash bags. My only gripe would have to be the stove. It’s seen better days. Doesn’t cook evenly but made do. The general store is really cute down the street. Access to the beach was a short drive. Beach is nice and clean. Love the wild life that roams while we relax on the deck. Quiet neighborhood. One of the comfiest rentals I’ve had the pleasure of staying. Would rent this place again.

We had a great family vacation and nice walks in the evening. The views are perfect and so are the sunsets. The only thing that was difficult at times was the main screen door to the patio as it would keep coming off the tracks. Everything else was great. We loved our stay ❤️

We had such a great time at this house. It was so comfortable, with many amenities, and the deck was an amazing way to enjoy the view without the wind. The main part of the home is open and you have a view from every window. Large gravel side yard for the dog which was not pictured, so a pleasant surprise when we got there. We thought we would have to take the dog on walks to do her business, but the yard and deck were fully fenced in so our fur baby was secure and had freedom to do her thing. We VRBO a lot on the coast, and this was one of our top 5 favorites for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband, in-laws, and kids all slept well and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. Loves the architecture and the center wooden beams with interlocking joints. The patio was a definitely plus with children. They could enjoy the fresh air while staying safe. We saw a family of quail, deer, plenty of hare, and beautiful cows. Dillon beach is truly a special place 💕

Quite comfortable… Beds just like home... which is good. Pleasant surprise finding kitchen so well equipped including spices....ping pong table a fun plus for us. My two sons and I found wonderful hiking area at end of the road, which led into flower-filled meadows with cows and nonstop views. Really appreciated all the information about local places, flora and fauna. Only downside for us was having to drive so far to do what we wanted, but the drives were really beautiful. Went to and explored point Reyes (visitor center is full of good information).... Discovered Armstrong redwood forest and decided on that instead of Muir Woods, which we had visited previously… Did not disappoint. And of course beach time and just relaxing at 15 Maui Lane. Thanks for providing such a peaceful, well-appointed home.

Beautiful weather!

This time away was meant for rest and the property and it's location helped meet the goal. The views of the ocean were absolutely beautiful and sun sets amazing! The area was quiet and that was with a house being built close to this property. We hardly heard anything. It was easy to get to Vallejo and catch the ferry to SF and easy to access Napa, Sonoma & Petaluma. Since the property is above the coast you need to be ok with driving in dense fog - I was not experienced in driving in fog but was able to make it very slowly back to the property. The drive in was lush green and full of baby and mama sheep and cows which was beautiful. The house was extra well stocked with cooking items which I am grateful for. The views were best in the front of the house and not the master but we were ok with that. Having access to a washer and dryer was another plus for us. Watching deer walk the streets in the morning along with rabbits and quail also were an unexpected joy. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. You can tell the homeowners took the time to consider vacationers needs and comforts as well. We will definitely return!

This beach rental has everything you need and want for a great beach getaway.. Property clean and well stocked.. this single level home is perfect for my Sons who have Special needs. Very roomy and safe! We ALL enjoy this place, it’s our second visit.

We loved this home and location. Everything about it was perfect. I do agree with one of the reviews though about the neighbors. Garbage cans were out when we arrived and one of the neighbors put them back in the backyard while we were there. Although we appreciate their looking out for the homeowner, they should not have trespassed during our stay and just came to the door.

We had a lovely time spending my 70th birthday with a few friends at this Dillon Beach House. Our favorite part was the large deck with wind breaks where we could sit warmly and look at the ocean, keeping safe with social distance. We were also really impressed with how well the house was equipped, providing everything we needed for our party.

We stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed much longer. Amazing views of the coast from every room. Super comfortable home in terms of furnishings, amenities, Wi-Fi, etc. and also very quiet. The perfect Dillon Beach getaway!

We stayed at 15 Maui Ln in January 2021 during a rainy spell in Northern California. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kids appreciated a warm bath after a few hours running on the beach. We hope to return in the summer.

My wife and 2 adult children enjoyed the peace and serenity of Dillon Beach from a great home. A great place to read books, play boardgames, and take naps. Morning coffee and walks on the beach in the fog added to serenity.
