Our stay was everything we expected! My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better cabin with amazing lake view! Cabin was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a plus. The views are amazing! We will definitely come back soon! Host was very nice&attentive! Thanks Steve for everything!

We enjoyed our time here - it's a chill spot with a beautiful view and great access to a wonderful regional park that we visited everyday of our visit. Walking distance to the lake. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Our party included 10 adults and one child. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of dining space. We cooked all of our meals in the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We would stay here again.

Breathtaking views

Two families (8 people) stayed and we had a great time. The location is walking distance to sledding and an east drive to skiing, groceries and everything you need. We also had ample space to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked (aside from plastic storage containers so we bought some) and the hottub and views are amazing.

I managed to arrive and stay at this cabin on the last day of a winter storm on December 14, 2022. 1st, I am extremely grateful for the owner's communication through email, phone call and text. It just so happened that Steven was out for the holidays but he had Miles manning the front during his absence. I cannot say anything but great things to how helpful Miles was, even advising us what road to take, since we were coming from LA. Both were always accessible and quickly responsive. The place is a three story cabin, with 3 great big rooms, with a cute hobbit room at the base with multiple spacious beds. The highlight of the place is the stunning patio overlooking the lake and the mountains. There you'll find the gift of the jacuzzi that we enjoyed thoroughly. Lake views, hot bath and stars peppered at night rendered us speechless. A minor thing that may be easily overlooked is how complete and stacked their amenities are, from condiments to appliances. Anything you may need, they have it. We were provided for completely. Steven and Miles, I have this place saved. I will come back again. My sincere thanks for letting us stay here!

The property was great. Very convenient and accessible for the activities that we wanted to do. Steve was an amazing host! Very communicative and accommodating. Check-in/check-out was seamless. Overall it was a very lovely experience!

This was a perfect venue for our family get-together. Great location- Kings Beach is close by as well as grocery stores and the pictures don't do justing to the amazing view of the lake from the deck.

We loved our stay in Tahoe Vista. House was great and the views of the lake were outstanding. It was wonderful being able to sit in the hot tub or on the deck looking at the scenery. A great trip.

The house has a fantastic view and is very close to a park with all kinds of trails through the forest. Feels remote, but groceries and restaurants are nearby. Great trip.

Check in was very easy. Steve was great, and was able to let us check in a little early to watch the Niner game! The hot tub was hot and wonderful after a day swimming in the cold lake! Beds were SO comfy. The place had all the amenities but who even cares with that VIEW! cocktails in the hot tub overlooking at the lake and stars….perfection.

Our group of 6 friends/dogs really enjoyed Steve’s vacation rental. Highlights: - killer view from the upstairs area/deck/hot tub! - plenty of amenities. Steve’s place had everything we needed to cook our gourmet meals and imbibe in our cocktails. It’s amazing how including things like a lemon squeezer / vegetable peeler can make such a difference. - the place was really clean! Steve lives next door and it’s evident that he holds his cleaning crew to a high level of quality. - plenty of space for us to lounge/eat/socialize upstairs and downstairs floors and rooms are there if you need some downtime. - the hot tub and deck are new! Did I mention the view? We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks for a great weekend Steve!

The house was perfect for 8 of us going to a wedding. Stocked with everything you need, beautiful views, very clean. Steve, the owner, was very helpful and nice making sure all our needs were taken care of. Easy access to the lake and the neighborhood was great including very nice neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!!

The location and property were great! Steve was very attentive and answered any and every question we had in a timely manner. Cozy place and perfect for a group of 7. The location is great with grocery stores only a mile away! Wonderful view from the balcony and hot tub. Place was nice and clean. I would recommend 10/10 !

The house is spacious and easy to have “alone time” when needed. Very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by all the kitchen cooking equipment available it really made it a breeze to cook. The deck was the favorite. Great hot tub with the best view in town. Nice bbq. Plenty of seating. We had 2 Australian Shepard’s with us and they enjoyed the Morning walks and the Regionsl Patk dog park close to the house. Everything is a short drive away. Great place to enjoy family and a monumental birthday!

Steve was a great host and very responsive to all our questions. He even brought us extra toilet paper :) The property was clean and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home!

We had a great time! Steve (the owner) was fabulous. He was very communicative and helped us make sure the hot tub was working properly. He even gave us a great recommendation for a sledding spot that we all loved. The view from the balcony was the best - we really enjoyed watching the sunset each evening and stargazing at night.
