Bitterroot Road est une maison magnifiquement construite et luxueusement aménagée dans la subdivision Bitterroot à Sun Valley. Cette maison de qualité de 5500 pieds carrés est nichée le long de l'eau de Trail Creek à mi-chemin entre Ketchum et Sun Valley. Vous êtes à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Ketchum, de la montagne chauve, de la montagne Dollar et du village de Sun Valley.

Location is perfect- 5 min walk to Ketchum and Sun valley lodge/resort. House is very spacious, great for big groups! Kitchen has everything you need and hot tub was perfect- beautiful views of the creek. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Grady was really helpful and very responsive!

The home was beautiful! It’s located right next to a beautiful stream. There’s a steep rocky foothill right behind the house so lots of privacy. The hot tub was brand new this year and we enjoyed that after skiing every day. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and basics (spices, oil, butter, etc). We loved the house and would definitely stay again.
There is a “cottage” behind the main house, which we did not need/use. It is not nearly as nice (furniture is pretty plain and the bathroom needs some work), but it would work for teenagers who want their space.

Better than expected and more beautiful and comfortable than the photos! This home is in a truly great location, quiet, right on Trail Creek and has beautiful rooms and a gracious, open and warm living room and dining room. The art is beautiful as well. Great billiard room for family games and warm and cozy with a great cooking kitchen for family meals. Nice big garage and the hot tub was appreciated together with the wood burning fireplace.
Great communication with the property manager who reached out early, gave all the details, was always available for question and very kind.
Great experience overall. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Great experience, will do it again
This property was great. Best parts are:
1) Location
2) Property manager (Grady) was super communicative and responsive; offered lots of activity suggestions, made sure we were settling in right and had everything we needed
3) House was great - well stocked, great size, great layout for families
4) Amenities - had access to the Sun Valley Lodge
We're definitely planning on staying here again.

Everything about this home and our experience staying in it was awesome! The reservation process was quick and seamless. Communication before our arrival was was welcoming and gave us all of the information we needed. Grady graciously accommodated our schedule by allowing us to check in a few hours early.
The house was exactly as described in the listing with a gorgeous location right on the creek and beautiful spaces and furnishings inside and out. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time there with plenty of dishes, towels, extra pillows & blankets, books, magazines and games. The hot tub and pool table were both very popular.
Grady and the owners were both very friendly and responsive whenever we had a question or request of them. They made us feel welcomed and were prompt to follow up every time we reached out to them. The same was true of the property manager, Trent.
Overall, this is a beautiful property with excellent management and owners who will make you feel like a valued guest while you are there. We have stayed in a wide variety of vacation rental properties in a lot of places through the years and this was possibly the most seamless experience we’ve had with one.
We are grateful to have had the use of this beautiful property for our time in Sun Valley and even more grateful for the graciousness of our hosts Bruce and Heather and the local team they’ve hired to manage it.

Christmas at Bitter root
Our family spent Christmas in this great house. House manager Graydon was amazing and incredibly helpful attending to every need. The house is large, fun spaces and beautiful artwork. Location is close to town. We loved the large living room fireplace and the party room with the pool table. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about how fantastic our stay was in this home. It’s a beautiful house that is beautifully furnished, great layout, well equipped, etc. The location is unbeatable. Easy walking to both Ketchum and the Lodge. I would and will stay here again for sure. A++++.

This house is literally the perfect
location. Right between downtown and Sun Valley Lodge. In any season this house would be the ideal place to be. Also the layout of the house allows for everyone to feel like they have space to relax after a long ski day. This house is ideal in every way.

Our summer vacation
The location says it all but, on top of that, this home accommodated a mini family reunion for us. We were all able to stay in the same place yet distance ourselves enough during the pandemic. Seeing the deer and listening to the creek was so soothing. We will be back...and as often as we can.

Review
The property is amazing and manager is is very good. However there was one issue. The check out process was challenging. We had agreed on an extra night which was paid for and the cleaning crew came several hours early in the morning. The miscommunication was between the manager and owner but the impact deeply impacted our last night. I recommend only the manager handle the logistics so there is no miscommunication with the guests. The

BEAUTIFUL!!!!
We made an absolutely perfect choice for our first visit to Sun Valley! This beautiful home easily accommodated our group of three couples and two children, each having their own bedroom suite. These suites were perfectly appointed as well as very private.
We cooked quite a few times and found the kitchen very well stocked with all the necessary utensils and quality dishware.
The location was so beautiful with the creek behind the house, and just far enough away from town to enjoy the peace and calm!
Grady couldn't have been a better host, always available to answer questions or make suggestions.
I give this home a AAA+++ and highly recommended it!!!

Stunning property
This house is gorgeous and perfectly located. It easily accommodated three couples and kids. We had a fantastic visit and would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Graydon was a terrific host and made our stay easy and worry free.

Spacious, Well Appointed House!
We've stayed at a number of larger luxury rental homes over the years, and this house was maybe the best of them all. Very easy .5-.7 mile walk to downtown Ketchum, river running through property was beautiful, close enough to enjoy the sounds, but far enough to not cramp the property. We did a lot of cooking and the house was really well stocked. Bedrooms, beds, baths, linens were all excellent. Rooms were all very spacious, and we had 8 people, including 4 teenagers. Bedrooms were all very private - kids could be rough-housing or playing pool in one room, and the next door room was super quiet. Lots to do, pool table and cues were in good shape, large dining table worked great for family game nights. Spacious living areas gave us various choices for reading, talking, playing, or solitude. Large windows front and back made the house bright and airy and connected to the beautiful surroundings. Music system was easy to connect to mobile devices, and was very high quality. House stayed cool and temperate despite the hot weather. Hot tub was hot all the time, and super easy to use. The large in-law bedroom by the river was perfect for a little privacy, and the master upstairs was a legitimate master with plenty of space. All in all, we were extremely happy with the house, property, and Grady and his team were very professional and attentive. Won't hesitate to rent this house again.

Great family place
We loved our visit to Sun Valley! The house was in a great location and was well suited for our needs. We were able to walk downtown, to the horse stables and to the Sun Valley Lodge. The great room provided a wonderful space for our family to reconnect with conversation, games and relaxation. Each bedroom/bath was spacious and well appointed. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and found it to be very well supplied. We also enjoyed the spa/sauna shower and the outdoor space in the front for soccer. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would return again. Thanks to Grady for all his kind assistance!

This house was absolutely perfect and very well laid out. The common areas in this home are amazing. Our family had a great time in this house and hope to come back soon. Lastly, the service and communication from the property management team was top notch!

Just the perfect home to rent for Christmas with our adult children!
Rather than rent a typical condo for Christmas, we decided to rent a home as we wanted a private hot tub and 3 bedrooms. Everything about this house was ideal. It is located within walking distance between Ketchum and Sun Valley. The four of us had plenty of room and privacy in the 3 beautiful bedrooms. The western decor and fantastic artwork made this house fun to live in. We had a tall, fresh Christmas tree and played music through the great sound system. We had a foot of snow the first day and the driveway was plowed and walks shoveled in record time. The house overlooks the creek so the sunrise view was heavenly. We used two of the 4 fireplaces. The kitchen was better equipped than mine at home. We didn't cook dinners but you could easily entertain for 10 here. Overall we felt very comfortable moving around this beautiful western home. Just perfect for Christmas 2015!
