Situé dans la subdivision sécurisée et sécurisée de la péninsule de Caracol, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme à la maison: cuisine entièrement équipée, WIFI, télévision par câble, jeux, équipement de plongée et bien plus encore. Plongez dans les spectaculaires montagnes de Tetakawi, sur l'océan et sur la baie depuis chaque patio tout en vous relaxant sur notre confortable mobilier de jardin Si vous aimez le plein air, sortez par la porte qui mène à la paisible crique du front de mer pour observer la vie marine, chasser les coquillages ou nager et plonger au tuba. (Nous avons du matériel de plongée libre à votre disposition.) La crique paisible et sablonneuse est parsemée de palmiers et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes, des levers et couchers de soleil magnifiques.

We all fell in love with this home. It has the best beach/vacation/relaxing vibes. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a well stocked kitchen to a mini bar. Walking distance to el caracol private beach, this was my favorite part! And of course the patio to enjoy the sunset.

Special week with friends and family. Well stocked kitchen for many meals at home. BBQ in the backyard for charcoal works well in Steak (get it from the Santa Rosa Caneceria). A quick walk to the beach for happy hour in the warm water… Or watching the beautiful colors of sunset from the balconies of the house.
Beds are beautiful and comfortable.
For the couple things that happened along the way (inspired by storms and nature) the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in and check out was hassle free. The home is very clean, spacious and has many amenities. The private beach is beautiful, but there was some construction which impacted access. Very early morning gardeners in the yard also startled some in our group. Overall, an excellent vacation. Communication and responsiveness
The Jacuzzi was a main reason for choosing this home. The homeowner has it where their maintenance is the only one who can adjust the temperature. I texted the homeowner the first day it was like a pool and not a jacuzzi. She responded the next day, therefore, not enjoying our first night. She had her worker stop by and turn up the heat. I believe it got to 75 degrees, but no hotter. I texted back it was not hot and never got a response. The house itself was fine, but a house is a house, the jacuzzi was the draw. Very disappointed and so was my family. Not what was promised and not worth the money. By the way, it says it is three floors, but one is a garage which is also slightly misleading.

Overall we loved the property. Place was clean and the beds were comfortable. In a nice quiet neighborhood. We couldn't get the hot tub to heat, but we could have been doing something wrong. We would stay there again.

Fantastic neighborhood/location!
Spectacular views and very safe and charming neighborhood. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful. The small and SHADED(!!) pool in the backyard was a huge hit when we needed a break from the sun. Would recommend and we would stay here again. Thanks!!

This home is every bit the promise it was made, and pictures are just a preview of the spectacular views it offers. It far exceeded our expectations completely, and there wasn't anything that was needed. It was a true home away from home . This home had all of the amenities that you would need for a relaxing stay, furthermore, the owners were easily able to be contacted for any questions. . We cannot wait to return to this home way from home.

Beautiful house and Beautiful Views
The house this very big! Three big bedrooms, two big patios. Very conformatable house. Beautiful kitchen and the several AC units keep the house Ice cold. The owner was very accessible and very responsive! The beach is a short walk from the house and very calm water, with great snorkeling opportunities in the rocks. Definitely the place to stay with a big familiy and every one will have plenty of space.

Loved the trip. Beautiful home with a great view overlooking the harbor. Group of friends went down, several couples, had a great time. Lots of room, clean and new. Owner was very accessible (available) to work out a few minor items that invariably will occur when travelling in Mexico :) AC units work well.

Great location!
This was our second rental in San Carlos. Previously we had stayed at Playa Algodones, so there were pros and cons to the different location. Being on the Caracol Turistico was much quieter and the water was much calmer. We brought our own kayak and paddleboard and had many smooth water opportunities. The little beach was great - with many visiting sting rays! They were quite visible and seemed almost curious. Having access to the garage to store our gear was great!
The house was great -- lots of space for everyone. The house has all the amenities we needed for a great vacation. And it was perfectly clean. Lots of towels and beach towels. We had a fabulous view into the harbor area. We did yoga every morning on the second floor terrace. Fabulous! We all love San Carlos, and we had a wonderful time staying in your home. Thank you!

Great house and location - owners are very friendly and helpful
This is a great place to stay. The house is about halfway down the hill. It is close to the beach right below the house. That beach is a little rocky but it is great for swimming and snorkeling. The Marina for boat trips is only 5 minutes away.
There are sandy beaches within a short drive.
The view is fantastic, especially from the master bedroom.
The only negative I had is more preference. The beds are nice but I prefer a very soft mattress. These are on the firm side.
We had 8 adults and two small children. We fit comfortably in the large kitchen and dining area.
