Notre unité a une vue directe sur l'océan (veuillez noter que les unités avec 2 bains ne font pas face à l'océan). Cette unité est bien décorée avec des touches haut de gamme partout où vous regardez. Les trois salles de bains ont du granit avec la cuisine. La salle de bains principale est aménagée comme une maison haut de gamme avec une baignoire à jets séparée, une douche, des lavabos doubles et une toilette privée. La cuisine a des appareils électroménagers de première qualité en acier inoxydable et un grand garde-manger! Le très long balcon avec accès depuis la grande salle et la chambre principale est un endroit idéal pour se détendre le matin avec son café et le soir avec sa boisson préférée! Chaque chambre a également une entrée de salle de bain privée. L'accès électronique à l'aide d'un code numérique permet au client de ne pas avoir à garder trace d'une clé. La laveuse et la sécheuse (nouvelles 2016) vous permettent d'avoir toujours des vêtements propres et frais. Enfin, nous fournissons le meilleur accès des deux mondes directement au propriétaire avec l'aide d'une équipe de gestion professionnelle locale avec un bureau situé à 100 mètres au cas où quelque chose nécessiterait une attention immédiate.

the mattresses! I know everyone has a different firmness preference, but these mattresses were too firm for our whole family.
Pros: love the 6th floor view

communication with the owner was good (we had a sink not draining, and he had a maintenance guy there within a few hours)
had all of the amenities you could think
Overall was clean
Cons: having something other than a broom and dustpan would be helpful to stay on top of the sand that gets brought in, there were a few minor things housekeeping missed prior to our arrival. I made the owner aware so they would know what to be aware of in the future, but wasn’t a deal breaker.
Honestly, one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in at the Azure building.

Condo was nice, there was little to no storage for clothing provided. A week without a dryer with six people at the beach is a major inconvenience. The suggestion to go to a laundromat 3 miles away was unreasonable while time is limited on a vacation. We had to buy hangers and drip dry all our things.
Our conditions as far as weather and surf was disappointing but out of our control.

Our stay was wonderful. Rick communicated very quickly when I emailed him. The location and ease of the property was great! With the building being 6 floors, the elevator wait was never long and there was another elevator down the hall we used often. I gave the cleanliness only 4 stars because when we came in there was more sand than I would have expected on the floors and rug in the living room for it just being cleaned. Our socks and slippers were black, so the floors were not cleaned very well. Also, bring your own over-the-door towel hooks because there was only 1 towel bar in the shared bathroom to share between 3 teenage boys. There was plenty of room for hooks or Command hooks to be installed. For a place to house up to 10 people, they will have some very wet towels with no place to hang them. Obviously that is an easy fix! Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We have stayed on Okaloosa Island a few times and Azure is the nicest property by far! The condo was exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable. The beds are firm if you like that. Would definitely stay here again!

This rental was as pictured and overall a nice rental.
Plus side.. the kitchen was SUPER well appointed. The bathrooms also very nice, roomy with great water pressure. The other plus is that if you want easy fast access to beach and pools it couldn't be a better situated condo. If traveling with kids old enough to swim alone, you can easily watch them from balcony which hangs directly between the two pools and beach boardwalk. Also, another plus for those with limited mobility, ZERO stairs to beach!
What I was less pleased with, the condo could def. have been cleaner, and the walls in the main living space are badly in need of a fresh coat of paint. The master throw pillows, smelled like greasy hair. Yes, I make it habit to always smell bedding. :) I can report the rest was clean. The beds are very firm, but no one complained and all of us slept well.
Lastly select furnishings, were a problem. The balcony furnishings are basically trashed with eh exception of the tall deck chairs which we stellar and all we sat in. And the TV, for move nights was awesome, but the small, uncomfortable couches in the main room were not something anyone wanted to gather on. The TVS worked well. Though this condo sleeps 8, I would say best case is 2 couples and their kids sharing the bunk room.

Condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Kitchen well stocked; some beach toys, and access to 2 beach chairs and umbrella; beach rental staff on property were very nice and helpful. Communication with manager was excellent! Well located to many things; we enjoy walking in mornings and found good sidewalks. Building was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed. Would love to return in future.

Spring Family Vacation
The property and view was beautiful. Nice furnishings and space to accommodate my family of 6 adults and 3 kids. Kitchen was well supplied, beds were very comfortable, and we loved the large balcony. Location is wonderful. Easy access to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. Owner nice and easy to communicate with about any questions we had prior to arriving and during stay. Definitely a top notch rental!

Unbelievable view and sugar sand beach
We loved the color scheme and well decorated condo. Ease of getting to the car, beach and pool area. Pool was heated and hot tub was spacious. Great to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella included. The comfy deck furniture made it nice for sitting with a cocktail and chatting as we watched the sunset. I’d come back here again.

Really enjoyable extended stay!
We stayed for two weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed unit 607! The unit and the experience was wonderful. We were already familiar with Azure, Okaloosa Island, and the general Destin area, all of which we really like. This is our consistent go to location for vacation time and we plan for this to be our go to unit.

Balcony is worth every penny!!
We had the best week staying at Azure!
The penthouse unit is in the perfect spot in my opinion. My 75 y/o mother in law loved being able to hang out on the balcony. She could either watch us at the pool, which is directly below the balcony, or spot us at the beach. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times while sitting out there drinking our coffee- it was perfect.
The walk to the beach is within feet. You simply take the elevator down to the main floor and take a very short walk out to the pool area- which is beautiful- and the boardwalk to the beach is right there.
We loved having beach service, which is for two. But there were also extra beach chairs and a few toys in the laundry room of the unit to use.
When we weren’t hanging out on the balcony we were playing scrabble at the large dining table. They had a PlayStation or Netflix for the kids.. when they weren’t swimming that is. ;)
Being able to cook dinner or breakfast in a fully stocked kitchen helped us save money. But we did hit up way too many restaurants that week! Our favorites were AJ’s and Tailfins.
Although we did have an issue with our deposit- it was in no way the owners fault. It was completely something I must have missed. And even then- when I spoke with Rick he walked me through it and worked with me, meeting me half way. This was 100% something he didn’t have to do and was my fault. They rarely ever have to hold back a portion of the deposit. I wouldn’t even mention this but my experience in speaking with him on the phone completely turned the situation around. My advice is to reach out to Rick if something goes wrong. All they want to do is take care of this property to the best extent possible for the next family staying. And you guys are doing great Rick! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Views Beautiful Condo!!
The pictures do not do it justice- the views from the balcony were spectacular we saw dolphins multiple time a day! Fully stocked kitchen, had beach chairs and toys. Rooms were set up perfectly for multiple families and kids had their own room with bathroom. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Felt very safe in the area, clean throughout the condo and the whole complex. Definitely visit the pier down the beach- saw sea turtles, dolphins, sting rays and sharks every time we went! Owner was quick with all responses. Would most definitely rent again!

The views from the deck were absolutely amazing! We even caught a fireworks display one night. The bunk bed room was spacious and allowed us to fit 4 kids in there. The 2 pools and splash area were great. There was plenty of space and never felt crowded. The area has so much to offer, plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed with 3 kids, us, and the grandparents. Had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Penthouse views of the ocean. We love the Azure with the 2 big pools, splash pad, and hot tubs. Nicest beaches I've ever been to, and is snow white and soft, water is crystal clear!
The owner was very responsive during booking and checkout, and had no issues during our stay. Would love to be able to come back.

Wonderful early fall trip.
The condo is a nicely appointed unit in a great area. For health reasons I have to spend more time than usual in the condo. The unit was really nice and I loved the balcony. I am 6’4’” and 250 lbs, the balcony was spacious with furniture that was very comfortable for spending the entire day relaxing on the balcony.

Needs new furniture and updating.
The location and property itself were great. However, most of the furniture was old and dirty, which bothered all of us. Even the outdoor furniture was dirty. The master shower was extremely moldy and in dire need of repair/ replacement. The kitchen was not well equipped as far as utensils. The master bedroom was warmer then the rest of the unit.

Vacation at Azure 607
We just returned from a wonderful stay at Azure 607. This unit had a fully equipped kitchen (including a Keurig), comfortable furniture with a huge tv (perfect if it should rain and you have to stay indoors), a very comfortable master bed and has a bunk room that is perfect for children complete with queen bunks and video games. It is on the top floor, fairly close to elevator, was very quiet and we saw dolphins every morning. We had a great stay.

Loved every single thing once we got in to room.
View was outstanding, rooms were great. Only issue was the check in. Didn’t get in to our room until 6:45 PM because it wasn’t cleaned yet. Owner was very nice and apologetic and from that point on the trip was fantastic. I cannot wait to go back next summer, if not sooner!!
