Our stay was perfect! Our host was extremely communicative and had the houses to med with anything we could have needed and so much more! The basement had all kinds of toys for kids and everyone was so happy!

This is the second time our family booked this property for our yearly reunion. We had a wonderful time. House was clean and well stocked. Pool is heated and well maintained. Colleen is so responsive and easy to communicate with. Can't wait till next summer!

We do a family vacation every years. myself and my 3 kids ages 16-14-7, My sister and her 3 kids ages 14-7-4 and our mother. Every room was better than expected. The pictures do this home no justice. The pool is perfect. The gym was such a great added extra and the bikes were amazing to have. I didn't realize how great it would be to ride bikes in this area. 5 min in town and 20 to the beach maybe less. The thing that sold us on this house was the fact there thier are 3 main bedrooms with full bathrooms. Everyone had their own space. This gives families to not argue over the master. The master is on the first floor and has a huge jacuzzi tub that we gave my mother. The kids loved taking baths in there. Even though we had cloudy and rain all week, we still were able to utilize the whole house. The host was amazing and quick with any questions. We will be staying here again. Oh and side note. There are plenty of towels and a convenient washer and dryer on the second floor by all the bedrooms. The house is also equipped with all the spices and kitchen appliances.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was stocked with everything you needed. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature. I will dream about the beautiful hydrangeas in the garden surrounding the pool forever! The hosts were attentive and helpful in making sure we hit al the must-see spots. The house is wonderful… even nicer than in the photos. The rooms are spacious. The decor is lovely. The layout is easy. My 84 year old parents were in the master bedroom on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about them on the stairs. There are so many bedrooms and beds. Each of my kids had their own room.
The pool area is lovely with hydrangeas blooming and comfortable lounges and umbrellas.
Communication with Colleen was easy. She is very nice and willing to answer all my questions. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Colleen's Westhampton house. She was by far the most communicative host we've had so far and such a lovely person. The house itself has everything you'd need - the pool, gym on top of the garage, basketball hoop in the driveway, ping pong in the spacious basement along with a large tv and couches. Grilling and spending time in the backyard was enjoyable with comfy outdoor furniture and the fire pit. The interior was tastefully decorated and well stocked. The house is very close to town and Lidl. Although Roger's Beach is for residents only, the other accessible beaches are not too far away - we went to Tiana Beach and the drive was beautiful. All in all the stay was great and I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Westhampton!

Our family and groomsmen had a wonderful stay at the Flores’ gorgeous home while in the Hamptons for our son’s wedding. It had everything we needed, plus some!
We were so busy with wedding activities and only had one car but the bikes and proximity to town made exploring and last minute errands so easy! The house provided a home-base and the homey feel we needed.
Colleen was so helpful as we were planning our stay and rehearsal dinner and I am so grateful!

We had a fabulous stay in this very well-equipped house with more amenities than we could ever want - from bicycles and games to workout gear and a fully stocked kitchen. The pool area was just beautiful and it was hard to tear ourselves away from it. Just a one mile walk into town and a great fruit stand around the corner. Plus, it was pristine! We would love to return next year!

My family had a blast at this rental. The owner provided so many amenities for our kids that they never had a dull moment. There was a ping pong table, countless board games, video games, and access to video streaming on the TVs. In addition, the garage also had all the outdoor toys such as bicycles, beach chairs, and skate boards.
The kitchen had all the appliances and cooking tools we needed to make meals. The entire home's decor was top notch so we felt at home.
The pool is well maintained and the perfect temperature for the 2 year old. All the kids wanted to stay in the entire day.
The beaches and Main Street are a close drive. The downtown area has a lot of charming restaurants and stores. We are looking forward to future stays here and visiting West Hampton Beach.

Really can’t say enough about our stay. Our hosts John and Colleen were so warm, friendly and accommodating. I had yet to stay in a VRBO that had truly thought of everything a family needs to be comfortable - until our stay in Westhampton Beach. Colleen has honestly thought of everything from ensuring there are more than enough towels, blankets, comfortable seating, table settings, pool toys and floats, all the sports equipment, ping pong table, books and coloring books, etc etc etc. Our large group of various ages from preschooler, teenager, moms and Dads and grandparents were so comfortable and happy. Colleen sent us great recommendations and scoped out areas that would accommodate our family. There are so many fun things to do in the area, but you could also stay at the house and be completely content. We created beautiful memories and our kids are begging to come back next year. Can’t say enough about the house, pool, yard and our most amazing hosts. Our family is so grateful!

We had a wonderful one-month stay here! Everything was terrific -- Colleen was responsive to all questions/requests, both before and during our stay. The house is a great size and well equipped with what you need. My kids (ages 3 and 5) LOVED playing for hours in the basement with all the toys. Plenty of room throughout the house. I really enjoyed the exercise room. The pool was well maintained and we used it almost every day.. This home was perfect for my family during a recent wedding weekend in the Hamptons. The house's layout and property are so well designed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from dishes, towels, tolietries, pool supplies, beach gear and sporting equipment. The hosts were readily accessible, very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. It is located 5 minutes from town and 6 minutes from the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Great vacation house for two families!
We so enjoyed our time at this home. We were two families traveling with 7 kids and 11 people total and the home was very comfortable and spacious. This is a great house for two families because there are two masters. The pool was amazing! It’s super deep on the deep end, but has a nice shallow part where our 4 year old could stand. The house is clean and nicely decorated. It’s well equipped with tons of towels, sheets, and a kitchen. We had a few small hiccups and Colleen was very responsive and on it. The house is at the end of a quiet street that was very private so the kids could play outside. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Women's Retreat
Colleen's place is beautiful. It is a home that was prepared with love. There is so much attention to detail. The art work and set up was perfect for our group of six women on a retreat for fellowship, fun, and personal growth. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is easy to work in, although we took advantage of the local restaurants and catering services for our meal preparation, places Colleen recommended. There is also a gym/workout studio above the garage.
The home is at the end of a road with trees as a backdrop, so it's quiet. We also saw a family of deer one morning, which one member in our group desired to see! The entire home is spacious and set up for group and family gatherings.
Colleen is responsive and so easy to work with. We loved the town of Westhampton and, after spending six days there, we are ready to return and make this an annual trip. Their home is close to the ocean and the weather was just beautiful, brisk, sunny and clear.

This is a great house - clean, spacious and well-furnished, with lots of amenities. Perfect for a family with children. The hosts were on top of everything and accommodating, and that added to our enjoyment. The village of Westhampton Beach is just a stone's throw away, and the wine trails are close too. We had the absolute best time at Colleen’s property. The house is so clean and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great! A wonderful family retreat!
What a wonderful home for family to gather! We are so grateful to the hosts. The home had everything you could think of and more for a family get away. There were ample kids toys and beach and pool toys. The kitchen was also very well stocked. The home is walking distance from town, and even had enough bicycles for the whole family to use. My children took full advantage and had the freedom to bike to town whenever they wanted. There is even a gym above the garage which we used daily. The basement became a kids' lair - it's huge. Even though the house was full with many family members the whole time we were there, we never felt on top of each other. A big bonus is that two of the guest bedrooms, in addition to the master, have their own bathrooms. There is also a basketball hoop on the driveway which was new to my boys and they played outside all of the time (which after 18 months of being cooped up was so nice to see). We'll be back!

Great home and location. The house is located at the end of a quiet and secluded road, which we loved. The house was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked. The owners have really thought of their guests with lots of great amenities to enjoy your stay. You really don't have to leave the house. Family Reunion Trip
We were lucky enough to stay at Colleen's house just recently and it was the perfect trip for our extended family who haven't seen each other since last year! The house provided us with a lot of space to all be together and have a great time. It truly felt like it was our own. We absolutely loved the pool, the house was immaculate and equipped with everything you need (and more!), and it was so nice to be a pleasant/short walk to town. We had a quick question for Colleen during our stay and she got back to us immediately. We wish we could have stayed longer!! The property is just as pictured if not better. Colleen and John are wonderful hosts who were extremely responsive and helpful. The property is located 5 minutes from the beach, it’s beautifully decorated, the rooms are clean and gorgeous, the pool is refreshing and huge!! We did a family reunion in this house and the kids did not use their electronics once!! There was so much to do!!! The basement is stocked with toys and games, the garage has a million bikes and a basket ball hoop. The house has a gym so after you get your beach bod you can grab all beach toys and lounging chairs and head for the beach. The kitchen is stocked with every kind of spice and cooking supplies. You really only need to bring yourself and your family. It is an easy vacation!!! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!!!!
